Eternity Grow Cup - Week 1 Flower Report Welcome to the first week of flower in the Eternity Grow Cup! This is a crucial stage in the cycle, and we’ve made some important moves to set the girls up for success. Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality. Monitoring with TrolMaster TM + App All data is being closely monitored using the TrolMaster TM + app, and I highly encourage everyone to check it out. Seeing all the details, tracking trends, and adjusting conditions accordingly is a game-changer. If you love data as much as I do, this is definitely something worth exploring. Gear Spotlight - AeroFan Extraction Let’s talk about one of the essential pieces of gear in this setup: the AeroFan Extraction System. This exhaust fan is an absolute beast, keeping the environment perfectly dialed in while looking sleek mounted on the wall. A good extraction system is key to maintaining ideal airflow, temperature, and humidity control, and this one has been doing an incredible job. Current Environmental & Nutrient Data Water pH: 6.0 Water EC: 1.36 Water Temperature: 16°C (a bit low, will be adjusting soon) Soil EC: 1.44 Soil Temperature: 20°C (decent but could be slightly higher) Maintaining the right balance of temperature, pH, and EC is essential for a successful flowering phase, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on these numbers and making any necessary adjustments as we progress. Day 6 of flower sorry for the very late update been a busy few weeks..... she has some issues my cat knocked the pump plug out of the wall and she sat in stagnant water for two days 😑 she is strong and will bounce back quickly. The scrog filled out nicely and she started her stretch I will clean up some of the larger leaves in the next few days before we get to far into flower I sat her in 24 hours of dark to start the process I like this method though many people have different views this is the one I like to do and I have never had any issues

2025-09-26 We are under 13 Hours of Light, we had a cold and rainy Week from Sunday on until today ( Friday) weather was cold. it was raining heavyly- and iam hoping some dryer and warmer days to come for the moment everything is fine, plants are standing under the Roof and getting stabilized by 2 SCROG- nets we will see.

This week compromised of vertical growth (still) and development of the bud sites. Pistils are in full production, and buds at the nodes have doubled in size this week! The girls are drinking steadily from 10L to 13L daily by the end of the week. Defoliation continues on a seems-to-be weekly basis.

Day 22: Honestly didn't think I would have made it this far. The girls are looking great minus a couple of issues. I have over watered them and over fed too! Not to mention trying to LST too early. I will wait a bit longer before watering this time. Day 23: MORNING - They were super dry. I have been over watering a bit so I watered maybe 1/2 gallon for all 6. I also did some more LST and took 1 large fan leaf off of each plant. I will update again before lights out. Day 23: NIGHT - The girls are responding very well to the LST. I don't think they are liking the 80°. I am starting to have issues with lower humidity again. I need to try and figure some sort of ducting out or possibly even get a small AC unit for the grow room. Day 24: MORNING - I removed a couple more leaves that were covering potential bud sites. I have also done a partial main-line on the smallest girl. It looks to be already showing pistols. I've had to open the tent with a big fan blowing directly in with the humidifier behind it. The girls were getting hot and dry. Day 24: NIGHT - Well 5 are showing to be female. The biggest plant is showing no signs of sex. I am guessing it will be the mystery seed. I will be doing no more LST to these ladies for at least a week or better. I think I have stressed them out enough the past 2 days. Day 25: These girls are very resilient!! I tortured them all weekend and the one I nopped off to do a sort of mainline grew by 20% at least. Day 26: It is the official 3 week mark today and the girls are starting to flower. I tied em down to get light to all bud sights. I will 100% not touch them unless they need it from this point!!!! They are soo small and I need not stunt them any more!! I have removed the Mystery Seed as it looks to be a male and I do not want to take the chance!! Also fed and watered today. Only 200 ppm for the feed. Day 27: Nothing new to report. These girls are gonna be tiny :| I must've stressed em too much too soon :( Looking good though I think! 💪 Day 28: I never do what I say. Dumb! Broke main stem on one of the best plants. Taking it as a lessons learned. It's been two hours and she looks SICK! Oh well.

Day 27 flowering : Wow this girl want a title. She is about to go i to her 4th week tomorrow and her bud size is huge compared to the other strains. Her stacking is rapidly increasing and her while stem on a few mains is joined up. She is smelling of orange now and is very sticky to touch. Love this lady and her abilities. humidity has been a bit high due to weather pattern in uk at minute but with lots of air getting around it should be ok for mould resistant conditions. All in all a great week for the Orange girl.

Both plants doing good. 45 and 51 cm tall. No purple color yet, that's the only thing that worries me. I'm trying defoliation on the tallest plant.

The time I got a qp off a plant I did nothing but water and top but not sure what day I topped. So leaf tucking might mess it up, not sure. *update* they are untucked

Hello Growmies 👊💚 the plants look happy and that's the way it should be 😀 I've topped all the plants, now I'm giving them some time to recover. unfortunately there will be no mainlining this time, it will be topping and lollipoping i aim for 16-32 colas per plant.
