Day 2 flip: Due to the other plants in the room , I needed to flip the lights to flower. I was worried she wouldnt really be big enough to benefit from the flowering yet but ad it is a tester seed for my own cross , I wanted to see the buds it creates rather than a big yield yet. I have about 15 of these crosses that I separated as they popped out and among the many that I mixed together during the panic to remove the offending male, "Billy big bollocks", to stop him ruining anymore of my vestal virgins. The result of the Gorilla Zkittelz/Blue Gelato41 is impressing the hell out of me so far. She is a lot younger than her neighbours by 2 weeks in some cases but she is the biggest in her NFT tray now. I have been training her with bends and squashes into a quadline of sorts and I am not dissapointed either response. The below decks nodes are stacking right behind each other's heads and look like they will remain close together. This is a bonus as I have a friend growing another cross of my gelato (RQS Hulkberry/Gelato)that is 1.2M tall and colas from the base to the many tips. I dont have space for any more monsters with the fastbuds testers going wild. lol The Zkittel pheno can go two ways too as I had two different ones in a previous grow that both produced rock solid buds but were very different in growth rate and structures. The Gelato gene is also a lanky lady from her sativa background so seeing a squat ,thick plant at this stage indicates a fat colas short girl is coming. I will be popping a cross in each new run i do as I want to see what I have created here with these and also as I a have always fancied a go at breeding seeds. Today is day 61 and she is maturing nicely.. trichomes are still mainly clear but this girl's had orange hairs for a while now.. interesting how some get orange hairs quick and then some hairs never turn orange.. Just watering with tap water right now with great white and molasses things are running smoothly no deficiencies. Thinking about going organic but idk what to get still doing research but if not I got synthetic on stand by. Gonna be going another month in veg to get them nice and big.

Day 66 : This lady continues fattening, faster now. Also crystal production increased. The breeder suggests 70-75 days. For now all crystals are almost milky with some cloudy. So she need 1 week for sure, maybe a bit more. That gum smell is so attractive, you want to eat it. Reduced bio grow and removed Calcium. Edit 70 : I saw the first ambers, very little. So i watered for last time with juices Next watering will be flush to reduce the juices in the soil. So if initially has 1200-1300ppm i want to reduce it to 350-500ppm. After flush continue pure water until chop chop. This is my approach for all ladies always.

Not as rooted as I would hope, but roots look white and healthy! --- The original Garlic Budder #1 pheno easily slipped out of her cup! --- Similar the Gorilla Goat, she could have more roots, but that’s okay. 20/01/2025 Seedlings have definitely grown in size! Bottom watered again today. Mixed 3L solution of Calmag, Growell Plus 8:8:8, Seaweed extract (2ml / 1ml / 1ml) and watered 1L per pot. Solution was sucked dry from tray relatively fast, guess the roots are growing. 21/01/2025 Measured PPFD / DLI today and found that my existing light had a relatively low ppfd value output. Reading 50 plus PPFD / 4.5 DLI at 24 inch height 75% power, generating insane amounts of heat if the grow tent is closed. Thing is the max ppfd is about 150 at 24 inches. Can't bring down the lights more without potentially causing light burn due to the high DLI low ppfd ratio. Fortunately I have the tent in a temperature controlled room so I had to leave the tent open to ensure there was good airflow cooling down the excess heat without causing too much of a temp shift. Managed to bring up the humidity by adding a larger humidifier maintaining 60 to 70 % range. Did myself a favour and ordered the vivosun aerolight a200se to go along with the rest of the vivosun kit. Hoping it arrives by week 3! Besides this, seedlings look healthy, did some foliar feeding with homemade wood vinegar (5ml to 1L) after lights out. 22/01/2025 I almost killed my plants with light lol. Turns out my existing light was putting up alright dishing out 1200 pfd from 24 inches at max. I noticed some skewed reading when I was tilting my phone screen so decided to take off the screen protector and damn.. ppfd was at 800 ppfd! It was the screen protector not the lights 😆 Since there were no signs of yellowing or wilting I decided to keep it at 400 ppfd. Bottom watered with 1L each of (2ml CalMag / 1ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 / 1ml Seaweed to 3L phed to 5.9) had about 100 ml excess after waiting for 10 mins so I drained out the excess. 23/01/2025 Fortunately my blunder with the lights didn't cost me too much. Plants still looking healthy, 3rd set of true leaves opening up.

The plants are really growing along now so we will be looking to transplant as soon as possible into their final homes ( 5 gallon ) I will be topping the plants this week to get some of that branching going and we will be looking to start the flowering process sooner then later. Day#23 Pictures N/A Transplanted plants into their 5 gallon homes except for 2 went into 7s and 2 stayed in their same buckets. Watered 1/2L each at 550PPM Day#24 Plants are digging their new homes , we took some video action. Its getting hard to fit all the plants in 1 frame haha. Day#25 Pictures N/A Plants are just growing along , going to top in the near future. Day#26 Watered ladies 1L each from the bottom at 550PPM. Going to be bottom feeding from here to see if it makes a difference. Day#27 Topped the plants let the branching begin! Day#28 Ladies look unhappy but thats them adjusting for their new nodes! Recap: Things are pushing strong this week we topped the plants and they are growing like nothings happened. I dont know that Im a fan of bottom feeding the plants but well see how things develop in the near future, I may have to practice the technique until im comfy with it as I would normally top feed.

Debo aclarar que esta vez he cambiado de modalidad de cultivo y he escogido la del living soil.
