Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. Another amazing week, stretch is starting to slow down so the stacking begins and I'm pretty happy with how big the buds are considering the set up I'm currently running. Excited to see what happens next! At the start of week 4, I opened my tent to see one of my girls (Watermelon Zkittelz) had fallen over and was on the floor laying against the tent wall. Soil was everywhere and when I picked her up I noticed a few broken branches 😫 what upsets me, I have no idea how long she was on her side broken like this. So I wasted no time, I didn't have any time to waste, and so I taped her up as fast as I could. Cleaned the tent and then tried figuring out how this happened. I'm thinking it was the platform I had her on, along with her being super top heavy maybe? I didn't think she would be so top heavy yet but I think it's the mixture of those two things. Anyway, at the end of the day, she's doing fairly well considering. The branches I taped have responded well so far. We shall see if it holds up! I had another branch off the same plant break in half and I taped her immediately and she seemed to recover fast. She's very resilient! I just realized I was promoted to Aprentice from Newbie!! I hope breaking branches doesn't make me a newbie again 🤣 Cheers to that!! Thank you fam! For the nutrients, this week I added the lovely Aloe Vera Juice I make from my Aloe Vera plant. I also added more of Organic Barley Grass powder I made from Organic Alka Green powder. I used this on one of plants during vegetative stage and she loved it so I've been adding this to my feeding schedule every other week and they girls are loving it so much! So many amazing nutrients are in these tabs. The only reason I decided to use them and expierment was because I was on a very tight budget, still am but anyway I looked in my cabinet for any organic nutrients I could potentially use with my cannabis plants. To my suprise it's worked out amazing!!

Added some potassium sulfate and they seemed to bounce back but now they want calcium and I’m pretty sure the potassium I put in is antagonistic to calcium. I might harvest early to prevent any trichome degradation due to photosynthesis being halted, trichomes are looking milky too.

While I was very happy with the grow at harvest time, I am a bit disappointed with only 190 grams total dry weight from these two plants. The buds are nice, dense and packed with tricomes, the smoke is smooth and the high is clear.

Aug /20 Week 7 of flower and im only began to flush yesterday i expect to havest by sept 1st

Hello Diary. Here we are in the seventh week of the cycle, the fourth week of flowering. Sherbet Queen is making great progress, the flowers are filling up, and they already have a strong smell. I really have nothing negative to write, as you can see in the photos, everything is great. I gave her some food this week, I added an Easy Bloom Booster tablet and I added BioBizz on two occasions. I stopped adding CalMg since the plants show no signs of a deficiency of these minerals. I had to connect a few branches with the pipe cleaners, they started to tilt from the weight. The temperature is in line with the summer months, slightly higher than ideal. Humidity is satisfactory, around 50%. Here's what the week looked like. 28/06/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I lowered p.H. at 6.3 and added one Easy Bloom Booster tablet to a total of 8 liters of water. With that amount I watered all three plants that are on the Farm. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 49% humidity. 30/06/2021 - Day 46. Watering. This time I added BioBizz. I added 8 liters of water Alg-a-Mic - 10 ml BioGrow - 15 ml Top Max - 7 ml Bio Bloom - 10 ml I adjusted p.H to 6.4 and with that amount I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 32 degrees and 38% humidity. 02/07/2021 - Day 48. Watering. p.H I adjusted to 6.2 and added Bio Bloom 2ml / lit, Top Max 1 ml / lit and Alg-a-Mic 1.5 ml / lit. A lot of growth this week, decided to up the ppm a little with more rhino skin, plants looking pretty healthy, no signs of pest, nutrient burn, or disease. I do have a little wrinkles on the leaves but I’m not sure what causes that. Fan was blowing on it a bit so it grew slanted but sturdy, and I noticed the second set of leaves was pretty close to the first, don’t know whether I should pull the light a little further back. Noticed 2 bags around the tent, so I put cinnamon over the top of the soil and ordered fly traps.

This entire week was just rain, rain, rain. I kept the plants under the lamp. I'm really not prepared for indoor growing. But, light is light and it will work for a short time, apparently.

**Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. December 23, day 9. Growing coming along decently, despite the early transpiration issue and large pot size. Clear bag and humidifier have been working well, as the ambient humidity of around 35 percent is not pleasant for younger plants. Coco is never my favorite for seedlings, but I expect things to take off soon! December 26, day 12, I reduced how much the plant is covered, while still maintaining humidity. I am experimenting with JR Peterson dry nutrients, specifically their 1 part "tap" formula to see if it holds ph better in for Toronto tap water. I am feeding .4 ec of dry Cal mag and .4 ec of the base nutrients for a total of 1 ec, and I will see how the malasana cookies responds! December 28, Day 14, malasana cookies is responding just fine to the change in nutrients. I am applying 2x daily foliar at .8ec Cal-mag. Its difficult to maintain consistent high plant humidity with such low ambient RH, so this can hopefully help with cal-mag. Cal-mag can be particularly difficult to move up the xylem during transpiration under these conditions. While the plant looks a bit yellow in the photos the leaves are a decently healthy green in realty.
