01/31 - HST SOG completed - rebounding accordingly - increased feeds to every other day between clean water and nute feeds - Lights have been picked up to make soon for SOG - looking to pluck clones in about 2/3 weeks

November 17, day 23, the Black Cream hit it's flowering stage very quickly. The second time around it continues to be the fastest strain I have grown. Some leaves are a little droopy/clawed, but it's growing quickly every day so I am not too concerned. The Mars Hydro SP-3000 is able to penetrate the canopy well so i have not removed very many leaves. Starting to get some nice purple colours on #4 buds and Ozz leaves! Not super visible on the video but looking really good. Also had an unpleasant surprise the other morning, due to wind gusts the support went out the pot and #4 straight bent to 90 degrees. Looks like it happened around 3/4am and I only saw it around 9am, so she got pretty roughened up but no actual damage to report. Same for Dorel, a brush fell on a lower branch but didn’t break anything. The learning here as it is the second time it happens, both time just before I water them: I suspect drier medium is less efficient in holding the plant when there is a lot of wind. Well well! In just 2 days she went from little purple to actually the whole plant changing color. Curious to see where it’ll go!

I purchased a pack of 3 seeds, and one of them didn't germinate. I must admit this is discouraging, and I believe reputable seed banks should address this by providing guarantees to us growers. I'm not wealthy, and when a seed doesn't germinate, it feels like I'm wasting money. Regarding the fertilizers, they come in powder form, but I didn't see the option to measure in grams, so I used milliliters instead. The iron supplements I use are effective; I even found it strange not to have Plant Prod around here. It's a very affordable Canadian fertilizer that delivers good results. Many brands don't want you to know about this fertilizer. Look it up and let me know what you think.

GENERAL COMMENT. Two different realities are populating my humble growroom, by one side we have a vibrant SKR and the other the NL that was destabilised a wile back. This two girls from RQS have lots of virtues, and shooting up many colas, and harvest is looking promising also with the lock in the NL. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO AKA NL - COMMENT. After struggling a lot to curb her deficiencies and spotting, I could rinse off the salt buildup and raise the soil PH, flush, flush, flush little bit of voodoo juice, and only the full organic based nutes made the trick for now, so we are stable, and leaves started to look healthier, spotting stoped but is already in the majority of the leaves. EC is light at 1.1 Stoped taking the runoff since i made the medium treatment, and honestly that got on my nerves now is bulking this colas or die, finito with the over caring thing… One thing to notice is that i have to re do this strain to fully grow it and having a 100% potencial to be able to fully judge, as for now if you do this strain use less of everything, nutes, light, water, less is definitely more with this strain. Smell is the least pungent of the plants i ever done, so if you are looking for a stealth plant this is a good candidate.

...and here I am, at the end of this fantastic journey, with so much knowledge I have got in this process, including regarding myself! Fantastic!! Plant is doing well, its definitely slow to grow buds, but all the stems have multiple bud sites with lots of pistils, some trichomes are just starting to develop. Cant wait to watch true buds form this week! Ill be doing a water change on saturday, and upping the PK booster "big bud" Its the end of week 4, and there are tons of sugar leaves forming on the colas, true buds are starting, and theres decent trichomes forming. Most of the main tops are super close to the lights, but theyre not burning because I turned down the intensity after noticing minor burn last week

8/12 (Day 56) - Well it’s a week and things are looking ok I suppose. Everything is staying in check and I’m feeding full strength and the plants seem to be handling it well. Drinking 4-5 gallons a day. I think the stretch is pretty much done so hopefully we can get some big juicy nugs to develop. These ladies are sooooo stick. I defoliate and 10 seconds later it’s like my hand is covered in stick glue, and the smell…sooo sweet. Like a tropical candy. Going to be doing probably one last big defoliation on these girls in the next day or two. I’m always plucking here and there to be honest. But seems to be ok. Thanks for looking! 8/13 (Day 57)- Did some very light defoliation on three of the plants, then the back right plant I ended up removing a ton of the lower growths and leaves. It needed it pretty bad I feel. She is a little behind the other plants but looking good none the less. Just going to continue to monitor and feed regulary. 8/14 (Day 58)- Started the morning with the flush and change of water and nutrients. Everything is looking good, going to leave them alone for a few days let the one plant recover and grow. All conditions are steady and constant. 8/15 (Day 59)- Just continuing to monitor and check for issues, feeding around a gallon or more every 4-5 hours. I am noticing more and more frosty goodness as the girls continue to develop! As always tips and recommendations welcomed and appreciated.

Sooo many bud sites!!!! I’m not even sure if I should defoliate more or try to bend and tuck leaves around but there are so many bud sites it’s impossible to get them all exposed to light without removing a lot of fan leaves. Cannot wait until those buds grow and fatten up!

Day 29 - Second day of light defoliation only at the base. LST continues along with regular tucking Day 30 - flowering is kicking in for two of the girls and they are starting to get some stretch going on. They are not very tall but sure seem happy. Day 35? - Final pics posted for end of week 5 and week 1 of flower is killing it. Got the light dialed in after researching the par output on my light and watching some reviews. It’s now at 18 inches running 100%. 335 watt draw at the outlet. They seem to be loving it. Day 32 - finally finished the watering system. I can travel now if I have to.

Mar 24: Watering till runoff now... runoff ppm was 2500+... Will be using very mild nutes to flush over 1 - 3 feeds... or until I am near my input. Mar 26: Continuing to use 650ppm feed with bloom focus, 2L per plant gives 15% runoff... Runoff ppm is still very high... I wanted to check pH of runoff but the color is so vibrant i cant use the pH drops to view color, need to get a pH probe. Plants are thriving, no issues at all. the extra fan fixed the post-water droop. One plant is bushy and has the most bud sites, One is the smallest but has the most uniform structure, this one has the biggest buds and thickest stalk, One is about in the middle of the 2. Mar 29: one of these girls gets droopy early when its time for water, thought the canopy was too high so i tied down some more, no cigar... gonna try increasing calmag, if that doesent work im going to reposition in the grow box to a side instead of middle, may not need the upper end ppfd...
