Super busy with a move and a big garden reno. Sorry, this is the only update for this week

Day 85 (September 9th): Today is day 43 of flower and things are shaping up nicely. Colas are fattening up. It looks like the yields aren’t going to be super high, but the bud should be premium. Couple more weeks! Day 88: Girls are getting thicker every day. Colas are filling out nicely. Water tomorrow, no nutrients. All waterings from here on will be just plain water Day 91: Gave the girls some humid acid today to use up the last of the nutrients in the soil. 1/2tsp per liter was my mix rate.

This week was uneventful. I fed them Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Iguana Juice Grow @ 0.5oz/gal and gave them about 1/2gal each. I gave them a light watering each day to keep the top soil moist and add a bit of humidity. 2/4 are in pots about 150gal, one is in a 100gal or so, and one is in a 5ish gallon pot. They are just cruising along, enjoying the ride. See y'all in a week!

Ancora rimango pietrificato dalla struttura di questo gioiellino di Green House seed....sta diventando veramente alta con internodi relativamente corti. Ha iniziato anche a mettere germogli veramente ovunque! Questa è la seconda volta che coltivo questa genetica e ricordo che anche la prima volta fú un successo, anche se questa volta penso lo sia ancora di più! Anche grazie ai fertilizzati di CANNABOOM ( stavo utilizzando plagron per queste fanciulle ma poi ho deciso di cambiare la loro dieta) che sinceramente hanno fatto il loro grandissimo lavoro ! Già alla seconda applicazione ho potuto notare tutto il loro potenziale! Il CALMAGSI e veramente eccellente un prodotto con calcio magnesio ferro e SILICIO! Veramente questa azienda offre prodotti di qualità elevatissime a prezzi veramente modici! È il bello è che sono anche super concentrati, ce ne sono parecchi che ne basta 0.1 o alcuni addirittura 0.02 quindi parliamo che puoi fare veramente molti litri! Ma adesso tornando alla nostra carissima KING'S JUICE AUTO, penso che questa coltivazione sia veramente un grande successo...(almeno lo spero) Ringrazio veramente tanto i ragazzi di CANNABOOM per avermi consigliato al meglio ogni piccolezza, e ringrazio anche GREEN HOUSE SEED per la loro scrupolosità nel consigliarmi che seme coltivare! These came down 11 weeks to the day from seed , this is them on their last day here. Wet weight is 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 was not expecting so much, it will last me HOURS ! these got wet trimmed now they're on the mat drying , the smell is typical american sweet candy ... was it fun? yes , yes it was fun ! what a plant this one is, my tallest one at 100cm, averaging 85cm , wet weight is.... gonna wait for dry weight, before i jinx it could be dense could be loose ! looks dense + not expecting to loose more than 50% it's all in the cure now ! 🚀

Week 6 of flower - At the end of this week I defoliated down to mostly bud and sugar leaves for the final stretch. I fed them normal with no HP2. Feed this week was 1.25 gallons two times with about 4 days between. 750ppm total before add-ins. I used 750ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to all feeds. PH balance this week was 6.3. Next week I will add the HP2 back again while reducing the nutes for flush.

Feels like this is taking forever lol hairs starting to turn brown and starting to get thick and resiny. Nice smell, girls are still really thirsty, drinking 18-20L every 4-5 days. Can’t wait to see the end weight. Also wish I had something to test the quality like T check.. I’m thinking 2-4 weeks left. Still some white flies around but the big boss is keeping them at bay

Final dry weight report (details later): Final chop was on day 88. First harvest was 184g of top-shelf from 5 colas. Then another 5 colas brought it up to 300g of top-shelf on sticks — all from the tent. On the second-to-last harvest I took the rest, which added up to another ~300g including leaves. Flushed with Terra Aquatica FlashClean (before that I was running Overdrive + honey with the base bloom nutrients). In total: 3 days on water + FlashClean, followed by a step-by-step harvest and another 6 days just on water.

1/26: Honestly, this plant is just living it's best life outside of the tent. She's proving to be resilient. Unsure what's happening with the leaves...I'll be doing some research on that. Watered with pH balanced water, but will be considering nutrients, pending the aforementioned research. 1/29: Vegetative growth is exploding! So far she's been an absolute joy to grow. I do believe that I'm seeing some signs of pre-flowering, which is super exciting! Gave her a solid watering/light nutritients and moved her back into the tent for a more favorable light situation. She requires significant leaf tucking...some of the fan leaves are gigantic and they're blocking a lot of the lower potential lower bud sites. Looking forward to what's to come!

Auto Northern Dragon Fuel is growing good. She has been getting lst, and selective defoliation as she goes. Everything is looking really good. She has potential to get really big in a tiny Potter. Just updated with some final product shots -- the dry ice method was a new one for me -- It went pretty well except I f'd up and dumped a bunch of trim into the sift -- contaminated 1/2 of it -- I smoked the other 1/2 😁 I am happy with this run - it produced some stellar buds --- Gelato Rules!

Added white foil in the back of the greenhouse to allow for some more light in the back. She reacted to this fairly quickly by rotating her leaves more upward rather than to one side. I also raised the camera more and adjusted the position of the pot for it to be more centered.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. I’m going to leave the seedlings in the small brown pots until their 1st node and then I’ll transfer them into bigger plastic 3.5gal pots with 80/20 soil to perlite potting mix. One Dosidos is looking a bit behind and the one with the weird leaves ended up catching up to the Northern Lights, maybe even growing faster than it. All Dosidos’ ended up dying but one and I’m sure it’s on the way out. Northern Lights has had no issues and growing perfect.
