I must confess that it was very satisfying to push this plant to the limit and then watch she recover in just a few days. Height at the end of the veg stage: 55 cm. During the veg stage PH was always between 5.5 and 6, about EC I started with 0.8 and was 1.7 on the last veg week. 🌸 FLOWERING STAGE (10 weeks) I started this phase after 48 hours of darkness, Then changed the DWC solution for transition. I focused the training on the first 4 week flowering, mostly LST and defoliation, then mounted another scrog to support and open the canopy even more. Stretching stopped during week 4 of flowering, doubling in height despite bending branches through the scrog-net during the transition phase. She showed pre-flowers around 20 days after the switch. During the last six weeks of flowering (weeks 5-10) I simply paid attention to the PH-EC levels to provide the roots with optimal conditions. I then kept the TEMP-RH-VPD-PPFD values ​​under control with the Tent-X which allows me to provide optimal conditions also above. Height at the end of the flo stage: 100 cm. During the flowering stage PH was always between 5.6 and 6.2, about EC I started pretty high, EC was 2-2.2 during the transition, then I raises it up to 2.4 in the fattening phase, then slowly downed it during the ripening. In the end, there were five flush days before the cut. ✅ HARVEST - From sprout to harvest: 152 days (84 days veg + 68 days flo); - Harvest on day 68 from switch, when trichomes were about 95% milky and 5% amber; - Wet trim, removed fan leaves. ✅ DRYING - Time: 8 days; - Average: 23° C - 55% RH; - After that I made a dry trim, removed branches and sugar leaves. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT 290 gr buds + 50 gr larf. I also collected about 5 grams of finger hash after the trimming session. ✅ CURING Curing is done after 60 days with Boveda 62%. 💯 SMOKE REVIEW After 60 days of curing, buds look frosty and shiny! Due the trichomes stage when I harvested, effects are definitely on the sativa side. After smoking it I feel euphoric and in a good mood, I will smoke it mainly during the day. As for the flavor, I can detect some pungent and earthy notes, very consistent smoke. It reminded me of my years in Germany, when we would drive to Holland to stock up on White Widow 😍

Magnificent plant! Sooo, sooo resinous, covered in trichomes and smells super-citrusy - kind of like lemon scented Geranium 🍋 Small but mighty hard buds. This is one of the most trichome producing flowers I have ever seen. I'm in love 😍 Breeder did great job here!

The second tallest one of the bunch. I'm excited to watch how a strain rich in CBD grows in comparison to THC rich strains. I topped and defoliated every plant. I'm trying to form them into canna-bushes. Hopefully I'm doing the correct training procedures to make them all grow that way both indoors and out.

Day 61 nothing new. Day 62 raised light again 2 more inches. Day 63 lowered light power down to 75% now she's getting 1100umols. Day 64 all is good. Day 65 nothing new she is big. Day 66 can't raise light anymore so I dimmed down to 80% light. 1100umols on main cola. Day 67 all is good refilled refill tank 1400ppm.

It's been a fairly uneventful week in the 5x5. I cut down my Blackberry auto the other day and I've been thinking of getting seeds ready for the stuff I plan to grow outside this summer...With my currents cycle of plants being deep in to flower, I have time to look forward at upcoming projects. The Mimosa cake auto is one of those plants currently deep into flower. She's been giving off a dank smell of earthy/fruity/spicy terps. She is extremely dense and sticky to the touch. I find myself cutting fan leaves off daily due to her busy and stout stature. The only down side I have to her is the fact that she's going to take around 100 days from germination to harvest. Process/ Environment changes: - Turned off one TS1000 after I cut down the Blackberry auto. I did this to try and cool the tent down. Higher temps outside creates an increase I'm ambient air temp in my basement. - Fed Advanced Nutrients Bloom nutes at a rate of 1.5 mL/gal - no longer using a fish tank water heater to heat my water reservoir due to increased ambient air temperatures in basement Trichomes still mostly clear... I'm on day 84 post germination today as I write this.
