The week starts Monday Jan-27, being day 27 of flowering.
Plants are looking very good and healthy, albeit some bigger buds at this stage is missing.
Carried out more defoliation of upper leaves on the CBD. Only trimming fan leaves on one side of a bud site in alternate fashion. Strategy is to expose more bud sites to light. Leaves are getting sticky and glistening brightly.
Feeding a high EC nutrient mix whilst monitoring run-off EC which remains below feed EC. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica.
Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering just over 2L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%.

The week starts Monday, Jan-20 still flowering away.
Bud sites are beginning to take form and the ScrOG setup looks full, ready for the development of some large buds.
Removed a few more leaves from above the canopy which were blocking bud sites below. Also cut small stems (with bud sites) below the canopy from both plants which were unlikely to grow strong. It's now looking clearer below the canopy.
The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Run-off EC has been slowly rising over the weeks but still under the feed EC - will be keeping my eyes on this.
Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%.

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage.
The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy.
Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds.
The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup.
Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%.

The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage.
The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour.
Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy.

My grow setup includes;
- Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months.
- Mars Hydro SP250 LED light
- extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6
- ventilation fans

- 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage

Watching the time lapse shows me how my plants are doing throughout the day. Unfortunately, I am only setup to download the data once a week after the grow has already happened. I noticed on the one from week 5 that there would be times it would show growth, and then later in the day start to droop. I figured this might have to do with my watering schedule, I did not want to over water, so I only did it every 2 days.
Then I bumped it up to 1.5 days, but now I am watering every morning and that seems to have helped a bit after watching this weeks video. Next week should show better results I hope. So far each time I check them they seem to be doing well. I would like them a little taller, but I can't complain on how they are doing. I upped the nutes a bit this week as well.
Do you think I should water more than once a day? When is the best time to water, just before they start daytime or just before they hit nighttime? Or somewhere in between?

So work has been very busy - but plants look like they are doing well, last week we added the SCROG and top dressed, then just watering (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) and 1 watering with Recharge.
The tent is alive with flowers, tomorrow I am going to add a second SCROG net to help with the weight when these flowers become
massive, also will clean out the plants a bit - and may try to create a compost tea.
Remember last week I moved the little girl over to my grow cabinet she is doing well but weird phenomes produce such a short plant when her sisters are like triple her size.
02.06.20 - Today I defoliated the little girl - look at all the flowers I found, I topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost with Recharge.
02.06.20 - This afternoon I defoliated and cleaned out all 4 of the girls, topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) - along with a few doses of optics overgrow planned in the morning - I like to use optics overgrow for insect an inoculant and as a WPM prevention, the other amazing things this dose it just a bonus.
02.07.20 - Uploaded a few pics of the day after defoliation - all looks great!
02.07.20 - Just a few more pics from this evening - the plants are responding well to the cleanup - also pushed the light to 100% now just have to keep things watered and let the buds get fat and juicy!

Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: I have to start flushing next week is harvest time :*

Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used.
So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal
mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying.
Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints.
Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast.
The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars.
About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :))
P.S. This is a lengthy diary but I hope that people can learn some stuff from my notes shall they read them!

156 días después de lanzar la semilla al sustrato el milagro de la vida ha vuelto a hacerse realidad.
Esta mañana, después de pasar la última noche en la carpa de cultivo, he sacado la planta al exterior para disfrutar de la luz fría de febrero, unas pocas horas más de luz y libertad antes de entregarse al verdugo. Al atardecer el destino se cumplió y decapité a la Reina, porque es la manera más decente de matar a una Reina... Viva la Reina! 😁
Ahora los frutos prohibidos cuelgan delante del extractor de la carpa de cultivo, aire templado, seco y constante para hacer perder humedad lo más rápido posible, después de 3 días pasaré los cogollos a un secadero durante 4-5 días más para que continúe el secado de una manera natural, después guardaré los cogollos en frascos de cristal para que se vayan curando, y reservaré la hierba para fumarla este próximo verano.

4/8 - They are doing great. PPFD at 800. Debating if I want to do CO2 this grow, because I could easily get 1000 PPFD out of this light. That means adding a dehumidifier to keep a sealed environment, but don't think there's enough of a cost benefit. Might just add more far red at lights on and lights off to try and get a little more vegetative stretch before I switch over to 12/12. Clock is ticking. Mother-in-law shows up 6/15, and I'll want it chopped by then.
4/8 - on further calculation, I'm switching to flower today. Never switched this early before, but we'll see how it goes, eh?
4/9 - prepping for vacation.
Bought new 10 gal Roughneck storage container, mixed new nute mix 2:1:2. EC 1.40 with 0.3 tap water. 11ml of pH down to get PH from 6.4 to 5.8. Ditching the auto fill. Too high risk for flooding without flare fittings. Don't trust cheap-ass quick connect push fittings.
4/10 - turned off "seedling vpd mode" which kept humidity artificially high.
Turned on 2nd bank of LED lights, so system is pulling about 370W with lights on, still significantly dimmed down. Turned on light cooling circ fan, which is a sealed aluminum labyrinth tied to two 4"vents. Although, almost all the heat this lamp generates is from radiation, not thermal loss of the LEDs, so the heat sink is barely warm. Lights up to 16" over canopy to allow growth while on vacation. Ppfd at canopy 800. Room temp 81, humidity 73. Auto water time is 30 sec per pot.

Un hobby que demanda mucho tiempo, hago lo que puedo con los horarios, espero disfruten este crecimiento de las hermosas presentes.
Primera semana de Floración, espero las raíces dejen de crecer, no tengo contemplado hacer un cambio de macetas 😬
Riego cada 2 días, para ser invierno toman mucha agua 2L. por maceta 6.3 ph.

These lovely ladies are growing amazing. Weekly update as they're getting super close to being finished. Some already are going to come out and be harvested but there's a few that still need another week or so. The terps smell like you just opened a can of 7-Up so I can only imagine what they taste like. All in all Happy Growing.

the girl went to the tent on the 69th, they predict very bad weather, which would probably cause her to rot, I will try to finish the growth in the tent, she has 14 days left and will be cut, I am going on vacation, so I am forced to do it a little earlier... In general, the girl is very it's healthy, it barely fit in the tent, so a fair amount of leaves were stuck to the edges of the tent, I've never seen anything like it, that people carry from nature to the tent - and not from it to nature :D it will be interesting to see how it all ends :) good luck:)

Las 3 del fondo son dos mandaruntz y una mango, y una de las q esta al lado del humi es la otra mango, las demas son las oreoz q tienen su propio diario pero estan con estas asiq las puse tambien aca jajjaja.
Borre algunas geneticas de este diario porq las saque al exterior, asiq les voy a hacer su propio diario. Ya estaban tan enormes todas y ramificadas q no entraban, unas ganas de pasar a flora! Pero bueno esperando para sacarles algunos esquejes, la nueva aventura

Semana 3 Prefloracion.
Día 55(29/08): Segundo día de la 3 semana de floración, entramos con algunas complicaciones, o eso creimos, aparentemente no fue nada grave. Aun asi por el momento no voy a fertilizar con monster bloom. Ya va a tocar.
Día 58(01/09): Ayer regue con Melaza, y los mejores resultados de Abby. Me decidi a usar el monster bloom.
