Week 5: Transplant Time & Root Power! Oh man, this was one of those weeks! We transplanted all five phenos into bigger pots, and let me tell you, they’re thriving! (Check out the complete video episode for all the details 😉). The girls are looking amazing, all pretty much the same size for now, so I don’t have any favorites yet—but let’s see what the future holds! For photos, I used both my Nikon P900 and Sony A6000, with a bunch of lenses and filters to preserve the true colors—these LEDs are powerful! Current Setup & Conditions This week, they’re still chilling with their sisters in the big tent, but in about a week, they’ll be moving into the TrolMaster ecosystem for even better environmental control. Watering: pH 6.06, EC 0.96 Temperature: A bit cold , but it is what it is. We’re facing some freezing outdoor temps (as shown last week in the frosty veggie garden pics!), yet these Runtz are holding strong like true champions. 💪❄️ Nutrition: Still on the Aptus Clean Program, with: Regulator System Clean RO Water Conditioner All-in-One Liquid Root Development: The Real MVP! Let’s go deep on roots! The mycorrhizae in the Pro-Mix soil has been working its magic, and I’m still boosting them further with a touch of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix. The root development on this transplant was insane—super white, healthy, and ready to explode with growth. What Are Mycorrhizae? Por lejos este ha sido mi mejor cultivo hasta ahora, han sido los cogollos más grandes, densos y llenos de tricomas que he cultivado, comparado con el cultivo anterior en el que usé el mismo tipo de planta, está vez fue muy superior. Los motivos de la mejora pueden ser varios, incluidos más luz, ya que en el cultivo anterior solo tuve 480w, ahora fueron 720w, también usé tutores y palitos de madera para crear una estructura firme en algunas plantas, y fueron estás mismas las que tuvieron los cogollos más grandes, así que lo usaré en todas las plantas del siguiente cultivo. Además el tiempo de cultivo se redujo de 4 meses a 3 meses y medio, aprox. Ahora solo queda esperar unas 2 semanas para el secado y ver cuánto fue la cosecha total en gramos secos, la anterior fue de 635 gramos secos, está yo creo que por lo menos rondará los 700 gramos secos, incluso puede que me sorprenda y sea mucho más.

Hard buds with a lot of resin, very intense smell, sweet, fruity, as promised the plant produces a lot of resin, a lot, even in some fan leaves, I will dry them and put the result soon.

4/15/25 Things are progressing nicely. Some plants dont seem to be doing too much but 3 of them or so that are really standing out. Im curious if some of these are going to be longer flowering time than anticipated with the very obvious sativa dominant plants.

This week the smell have really developed and the pistols are long gone but she’s plumping up! This one is only 63 days old and shows a lot of ruderalis in the fans but I’m happy how the bud structure is forming and would recommend anyone else that grows this to top it and scrog it for sire cuz she’s going to stretch a lot she’s 38 inches tall.

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.
