Week 5 Flower โ€” Sundae Driver Five weeks from seed, Week 5 of flower. The girls are tall, frosty, and carrying real weight. Supercrop results are showing: the knuckle site on the main top is packing beautifully and producing extra fruit around the bend. Photo sessions continue while theyโ€™re still mobile, but theyโ€™re quickly approaching the point where moving them will be risky. โธป From seed to here โ€” short recap โ€ข Very short veg, early flip (11/13) to encourage a quick transition. โ€ข Strong genetics: both phenos established great branching early and then stretched in flower. โ€ข Early training: leaf-tucking and one deliberate supercrop on Pheno #2 to control a โ€œmoon-shotโ€ top, the plant has recovered and is producing strong bud sites. โ€ข Feed strategy evolved from light steering (low solution EC) while relying on the active living soil, to a slightly stronger, targeted push now that the plants are bulk-building. โธป This weekโ€™s snapshot (numbers you gave) โ€ข Solution EC: ~1.78 mS/cm (after adding All-in-One Liquid) โ€ข Solution pH: ~5.87 โ€ข Water temperature: ~19.6 ยฐC โ€ข Substrate EC (measured): ~5.75 mS/cm โ€ข Plants: ~heavy, visibly bulking, good frost and early trichome coverage; leaves lush and green. โธป Nutrition this week โ€” what you added and why Youโ€™ve blended the Aptus baseline with the Plagron bloom stack and added the All-in-One Liquid this week to โ€œboost things up a little.โ€ The working recipe (as youโ€™ve been using it) is: โ€ข Plagron Power Buds / Power products โ€” PK and bloom stimulators to push flower initiation and fruit set. โ€ข Plagron Green Sensation โ€” complex bloom stimulator (PK, micros, and biostimulants) to compact and feed flowers. โ€ข Plagron Sugar (Sugar Royal / Sugar Oil) โ€” carbohydrate/amino support to feed microbes, aid terpene/aroma production and increase bud sugar availability. โ€ข Aptus Regulator โ€” stress resistance, cell wall strength, improved uptake. โ€ข Aptus CalMag Boost โ€” to prevent Ca/Mg shortages under heavier uptake. โ€ข Aptus All-in-One Liquid (added this week) โ€” a balanced liquid feed to raise available macros and micros slightly and bring the solution EC up to ~1.78. Why this mix now: the plants are in active โ€œbulk and stackโ€ mode. The living soil is still providing a heavy base (substrate EC is high at ~5.75), so the water feed is being used as a steering input rather than the sole nutrient source. The Plagron items are targeted to maximize flower growth and aroma development while Aptus products protect tissue integrity and uptake efficiency under higher demand. โธป Soil & EC notes โ€” some important observations โ€ข Substrate EC 5.75 is high. If the plants are clean (no tip-burn, no slowed uptake, good turgor), and runoff/pH are stable, you can continue carefully. The living soil is likely holding a lot of available ions. โ€ข Solution EC 1.78 is a meaningful step up from the earlier very-low steering feeds. Because the substrate is already rich, keep monitoring plant response closely. โ€ข Actionable checks: measure runoff EC and pH after a couple of normal waterings. If runoff EC is very high and plants start showing nutrient burn/leaf edge bronzing, consider: โ€ข reducing solution EC, and/or โ€ข performing a controlled flush with target pH water to bring substrate salts down, then back to a gentler feed. โ€ข If plants remain clean and uptake is quick, the current regime is probably supporting their needs as they bulk. โธป Watering & environment (practical reminders) โ€ข Keep using your moisture cues (weight or probe). Donโ€™t overwater โ€” allow the root zone to breathe between feeds so the microbiome stays active. โ€ข Heavy bud development brings higher transpiration and nutrient demand. Expect faster run-to-run uptake. โ€ข Support heavy colas: start planning stakes, soft ties or a light trellis now. Buds are forming weight quickly and the supercropped area can benefit from light support as it fattens. โธป Supercrop update โ€” why it worked and what you saw โ€ข The deliberate bend on Pheno #2 created the classic healing โ€œknuckleโ€ and redirected auxins to many lateral sites. โ€ข Response: a fast curve-up, faster side-site development, and an especially productive top where the bend is located. โ€ข Recovery timeline you reported: the branch started to re-orient and carry load in just days โ€” this is ideal. โ€ข Keep an eye on the knuckle site for any signs of localized stress or moisture build-up, but good airflow and light will reduce issues. โธป What to expect next (and what not to expect) Expect: โ€ข Continued bulking and calyx swelling over the next 1โ€“3 weeks. Flower stacking accelerates as plants move past the stretch. โ€ข Increased trichome production and stronger terpenes/aroma as sugars and PK feed the resin pathway. โ€ข Faster water uptake and higher potassium/magnesium demand under heavy LEDs. โ€ข Need for physical support as colas get heavy. Donโ€™t expect (yet): โ€ข Final resin peak or full density โ€” that usually shows from mid to late flower (weeks 6โ€“9+ depending on strain). โ€ข Large changes overnight โ€” bud density and terpene maturation are gradual. โ€ข No problems automatically โ€” a high substrate EC means vigilance; problems show first in lower leaves. โธป Practical tips & checklist for Week 6 planning โ€ข Measure runoff EC & pH. Log changes. If runoff EC substrate EC and plant symptoms appear, step in with a mild flush and a gentler feed after. โ€ข Keep airflow and RH optimized around flowers: small increases in RH can invite mold as buds thicken. Adjust RH downward stepwise if stacking accelerates. โ€ข Maintain CalMag and Regulator levels; theyโ€™re supporting strong cell walls and uptake under heat/light stress. โ€ข Prepare support (stakes/trellis) this week so you can gently secure colas when weight increases. โ€ข Continue light, selective defoliation only if it opens important bud sites โ€” avoid heavy stripping now. โธป Thanks, community and sponsors Thank you to everyone following the diary, commenting, and sharing energy with these girls. Special nods to the brands and gear that helped make this possible โ€” your tent ecosystem, lighting, nutrients and monitoring tools are all part of the outcome. Grateful for every like, read and watch that keeps the GrowDiaries momentum going. โธป Closing โ€” a short reflection Week 5 is where โ€œshapeโ€ becomes โ€œsubstance.โ€ The plants have carried themselves through stretch and are now filling hard. The supercrop paid off: more usable sites, better light distribution, and a stronger, fuller canopy. With a measured push in solution EC and continued respect for the living soil beneath them, these Sundae Drivers are on a clear path to a heavy, fragrant finish. ๐Ÿ“ฒ Donโ€™t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Mixed nutrients today. Last night I added 2 ml of oxy science h202 to 18L of Kamloops City water filtered through our homes water filter, no idea what it does exactly lol. I put an air stone over night and let the water bubble off any chlorine and the rest of the h202, I use microbial mass so I just wanted to sanitize the water but not kill my soil. Mixed in bases first into 21.7 C ph 8.1 Water in the morning. Important not to mix concentrated solutions, I used syringes that I rinsed well between products. I find that with this product you just follow the instructions and itโ€™s pretty awesome results.

๐Ÿš‚ 8ร—8 Adventure โ€“ Week 13 ๐ŸŒธ Cash Express โ€“ Pheno B ๐Ÿ’š The Bud Rot That Wasn't โ€” She's Back in the Spotlight! Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8ร—8 Adventure! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š And this week... I think we need to start with an apology. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š Because last week, we had the bud rot discussion. We had trouble. We had concerns. We had one sister that unfortunately lost her main cola. And in the middle of all that... Cash Express Pheno B got caught up in the story. But this week? Let's make something very clear: There is NO bud rot on this girl. None. Niente. Nothing. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š She's shining. She's growing. She's evolving. She's looking absolutely beautiful. And honestly... I'm very happy to be able to say that. Because when you're running a room with this many plants, the last thing you want is to see a problem spreading from one plant to another. But Cash Express Pheno B? She's doing absolutely fine. She's standing there looking at me like: "See? I told you I'm okay." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿš‚๐Ÿ’š And she is. She's okay. More than okay, actually. She's looking fucking beautiful. So let's forget the drama for a moment. Let's give this girl the studio treatment she deserves. We took her out. We photographed her properly. We gave her some attention. And now... it's time to let her shine. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒธโœจ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ™ First โ€” Let's Correct The Story Before anything else... I'm happy to correct the record. Last week was a very different kind of report, and understandably, the attention was on the bud rot situation we found elsewhere. But Cash Express Pheno B? She's clean. She's healthy-looking. She's developing beautifully. And there are absolutely no signs of bud rot on her. So... sorry, beautiful girl. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š You got dragged into the drama. But now we're setting the record straight. This girl is doing just fine. And I'm especially happy about that because she's carrying one seriously impressive main cola. ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿš‚๐Ÿ’š A massive one. And it's hanging in there beautifully. No problems. No drama. Just a big, dense, beautiful flower doing exactly what we want to see at this stage. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿš‚ Cash Express B Is Still Moving One thing that hasn't changed from the previous reports: This girl is moving. She's still developing. She's still changing. And she's now clearly starting to make those moves toward the final stage of the plant. The overall appearance is changing. The flowers are becoming more mature. The pistils are changing. The green is becoming deeper. The buds are getting denser. And the whole plant is beginning to look like she's entering that part of the journey where the finish line starts becoming visible. Not tomorrow. Not necessarily next week. I'm not putting a date on her. But she's definitely showing us: "I'm getting there." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š And I'm listening. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฟ Deep Green โ€” Deeper By The Week One of the first things that catches my eye with her right now is the colour. She's beautiful. Deep green. And getting deeper. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ There's something really satisfying about seeing this plant in person and then comparing her with the rest of the room. She's got that rich, lush appearance that makes the flowers stand out even more. The green foliage provides this beautiful contrast against the increasingly mature flowers. And then you look closer... and suddenly you're seeing brown hairs everywhere. ๐ŸŒธ? That's another clear sign that this girl is moving forward. She's changing. She's maturing. She's moving away from that fresh-flowering look and toward something much more developed. And I really like what I'm seeing. Brown Hairs Everywhere Okay... let's talk about those hairs. ๐Ÿ˜‚?๐ŸŒธ They're everywhere. We're starting to see that beautiful transition across the flowers. The pistils are no longer all fresh white. We're seeing more and more of those darker, mature-looking hairs throughout the plant. And when you combine that with the density of the flowers... the overall picture is becoming very interesting. She's starting to look like a plant that's entering the final part of her journey. Again... I'm not putting a harvest date on her. The plant will tell us. But visually? She's definitely talking. And she's saying: "Things are happening." Big Buds On A Medium-Sized Plant This is probably one of my favourite things about this phenotype. She's not a giant. She's not one of those plants that completely dominates the room. She's medium-sized. Comfortable. Balanced. And yet... look at the flowers she's carrying. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒธ Big. Dense. Beautiful. Substantial. It's a fantastic contrast. Medium-sized plant. Big-to-big flowers. And especially that main cola... wow. She's massive. It's hanging there like: "Don't worry. I've got this." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒธ And I absolutely love seeing that. It reminds us once again that plant size and individual flower size aren't necessarily the same conversation. A plant doesn't have to become a monster to produce impressive flowers. Cash Express Pheno B is giving us a very nice example of that. The Main Cola Is Hanging In There And I have to give this one its own section. Because after what happened with her sister... I look at this main cola differently now. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I see it. I admire it. I photograph it. And I think: "Please stay with us, big girl." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ™ She's massive. She's dense. She's beautiful. And so far... she's perfectly fine. No signs of bud rot. No strange tissue. No reason for alarm. Just a huge main flower continuing to develop. And honestly? I'm enjoying every photograph of it. Because this is exactly the kind of thing that makes these late stages so satisfying. You watch something start as a tiny flowering site... and eventually you're standing there looking at a giant cola wondering: "How the hell did you become this big?" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ” No Bud Rot โ€” And That's The Important Part Let's make this crystal clear one more time. ๐Ÿšจ Cash Express Pheno B: โŒ No visible bud rot โŒ No signs of the problem seen on her sister โŒ No concerning areas that we're seeing โŒ No reason to panic Instead: ๐Ÿ’š Healthy-looking foliage ๐ŸŒธ Dense flowers ? Increasingly mature pistils โ„๏ธ Beautiful flower development ๐ŸŒฟ Deepening green ๐Ÿš‚ Continued progression And that's exactly what I want to see. Of course, we continue observing. That's what we do with every plant. But observation is not the same thing as panic. Right now... I'm looking at a beautiful plant doing beautifully. And I'm very happy about that. She Went To The Studio! And this week... we did something special. We took her to the studio. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŽฌ Because honestly? She deserved it. After all the drama surrounding the previous week, I wanted to give this girl the attention she deserves. So we took the camera out. We put her in front of the lens. And we let her show off. And... damn. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š She looks good. Really good. The photographs capture exactly what I'm seeing in the room: A beautiful medium-sized plant. Deep green. Dense flowers. Large colas. Maturing pistils. Strong structure. And one absolutely massive main cola hanging there like she owns the place. ๐Ÿš‚๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’š She earned that studio session. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ“ธ Macro Time โ€” Let's Get Close And then, of course... we go closer. Because the full-plant photographs show us the structure. The flower photographs show us the density. But the macro shots? That's where she starts showing off. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŒธ Suddenly you see the individual structures. The pistils. The resin. The texture. The flower development. The tiny details that you simply can't appreciate from across the room. And that's one of the reasons I love documenting these plants individually. A plant can look beautiful from two metres away... and then completely blow your mind when you put the lens close to the flower. Cash Express Pheno B is definitely giving us those moments. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฑ The 8ร—8 Adventure โ€” Same Room, Different Personalities For anyone discovering this diary for the first time, welcome to the 8ร—8 Adventure. The concept remains simple. Twelve plants. Different genetics. Different phenotypes. One shared room. One general environmental strategy. One 12/12 lighting schedule. One irrigation philosophy. One nutritional program. One lighting ecosystem. One grower. And twelve completely different personalities. That's the experiment. And Cash Express Pheno B is giving us another beautiful example. Her sister is writing a very different story. One lost a main cola. This girl? Her main cola is still standing. One has had a difficult chapter. This one is moving toward maturity beautifully. Same general room. Same ecosystem. Different phenotype. Different expression. Different story. That's the 8ร—8 Adventure. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ’ก Same Photons โ€” Different Results The lighting environment remains exactly where we've brought it over the last few weeks. Future of Grow Black Series LEDs continue providing the main artificial sun for the room. The two additional Black Series 600W fixtures remain part of the setup. We've already reduced the output to approximately: ๐Ÿ”Œ ~59% from the plug while working around: โ˜€๏ธ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy with intensity naturally changing throughout the canopy according to plant height and position. And Cash Express Pheno B? She's clearly enjoying those photons. She's taking them... and turning them into: ๐ŸŒฟ Leaves ๐ŸŒธ Flowers ? Mature pistils ๐Ÿ’š Density โœจ Structure Same photons. Different interpretation. That's genetics. And I absolutely love watching it happen. A huge thank you again to Future of Grow for supplying those additional fixtures for this experiment. Having that extra lighting capacity and being able to control how much of it we're actually using has been a fascinating part of this adventure. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฑ Same Feeding โ€” Same Ecosystem And just like the rest of the room... we haven't changed her nutritional program. The room remains stable. The plants are enjoying the consistency. And we're not trying to reinvent anything unnecessarily. Current nutritional program: ๐ŸŒฑ Plagron Pure Zym โ€” 1 ml/L โš—๏ธ Plagron pH Plus โ€” 0.03 ml/L ๐Ÿ‹ Plagron Lemon Kick โ€” 0.03 ml/L ๐ŸŒธ Plagron Terra Bloom โ€” 2 ml/L ๐ŸŒฑ Plagron Power Buds โ€” 1 ml/L ๐Ÿฏ Plagron Sugar Royal โ€” 1 ml/L Current solution strength: โšก EC ~2.05 mS/cm Same opportunity. Same room. Same feeding. And then... the plant decides what to do with it. Cash Express Pheno B has decided to build some seriously beautiful flowers. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’š I'm not going to argue with her. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ’ง Stable Room โ€” Stable Plants This week, the biggest thing we're doing is actually... not doing much. ๐Ÿ˜‚ And I think that's important. The room is stable. The ecosystem is stable. The lighting is stable. The nutrition is stable. The irrigation is stable. And the plants are responding beautifully. So why change things? Exactly. We observe. We monitor. We photograph. We enjoy. And when something actually requires our attention... we deal with it. Otherwise? Let them grow. Let them finish. Let them show us where they're going. Cash Express Pheno B is doing exactly that. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒก๏ธ WEEK 13 โ€” CURRENT ROOM CONDITIONS The room remains under the same conditions across this week's reports: ๐ŸŒธ Flowering โ€” Week 13 ๐Ÿ’ก Light schedule โ€” 12/12 ๐Ÿ’ก Future of Grow Black Series LEDs โ€” upgraded setup ๐Ÿ”Œ Approx. lighting output โ€” ~59% from the plug โ˜€๏ธ Upper-canopy PPFD โ€” ~1,500 ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Day temperature โ€” ~27ยฐC ๐ŸŒ™ Night temperature โ€” ~26ยฐC ๐Ÿ’ง Relative humidity โ€” ~61% โš—๏ธ pH โ€” ~6.04 โšก EC โ€” ~2.05 mS/cm ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Solution temperature โ€” ~25ยฐC ๐ŸŒฑ Substrate temperature โ€” ~25ยฐC ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ COโ‚‚ โ€” ~693 ppm ๐ŸŒฑ Pot size โ€” 15 L ๐Ÿ’ฆ Irrigation โ€” ~1.45 L per plant / 24h Same room. Same environment. Same ecosystem. Same feeding. Same lighting. Different personality. And Cash Express Pheno B is looking absolutely beautiful within it. She's Starting To Look Like A Final-Stage Plant This is probably the biggest change I'm seeing now. She's beginning to transition. Not dramatically. Not overnight. But visibly. The flowers are getting denser. The pistils are changing. The green is deepening. The overall appearance is becoming more mature. And that's when you start getting that feeling: "Okay... we're getting somewhere." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š She's not finished. I'm not claiming she is. But she's definitely moving toward that final stage. And I love watching that transition. It's one of the most rewarding parts of a flowering run. The plant slowly changes from: "Look what I'm building!" to: "Look what I've built." And Cash Express Pheno B is somewhere in between those two sentences right now. ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿš‚๐Ÿ’š โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ”ฌ Medium Plant โ€” Big Expression And once again... this girl proves that size doesn't tell the whole story. She's medium-sized. She's not dominating the room. But her flowers? They're big. Her main cola? Massive. Her other flowers? Dense. Her structure? Beautiful. And her personality? Very much her own. This is exactly why I love documenting individual phenotypes. If you only looked at the room as a whole, you might simply say: "Cash Express." But when you follow her individually... you start seeing: Cash Express Pheno B. A medium-sized plant. Deep green. Beautifully structured. Dense flowers. Big colas. Strong main flower. And now... a very clear movement toward maturity. That's a much more interesting story. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ’š Her Sister Had Her Chapter โ€” This Girl Has Hers I think this is important too. Because when two phenotypes share the same genetics and the same room, it's very easy to start comparing them. And yes... we absolutely compare them. That's part of the experiment. But comparison doesn't mean one is better. It means they're different. Cash Express Pheno A had her difficult chapter. She lost her main cola. And now we're watching the remaining flowers continue their story. Cash Express Pheno B? She's had a completely different ride so far. Her main cola is still there. It's massive. She's showing no signs of the same issue. She's deep green. She's dense. She's beautiful. And she's moving toward the final stage. Two plants. Same genetics. Same room. Two very different stories. That's phenotype expression right there. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿš‚ No Drama This Week And honestly? I like this kind of update. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š No drama. No emergency. No problem to solve. Just: "Look at her." ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒธ She's beautiful. She's growing. She's changing. She's getting more mature. She's producing dense flowers. She's getting those brown hairs. She's deep green. She's carrying a massive main cola. And she's doing exactly what she should be doing. Sometimes that's all the report needs to say. Everything is working. The room is stable. The plant is happy. And the grower gets to stand there with a camera and enjoy the view. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ’š I'll take that. Looking Ahead So... where are we going from here? Honestly? I don't know. And that's exactly how I like it. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š I can see that she's entering a later stage. I can see the pistils changing. I can see the flowers getting denser. I can see the plant maturing. But I'm not going to put a date on her. The plant will tell us. And until then... we keep watching. We keep photographing. We keep enjoying the view. We keep the room stable. And we let Cash Express Pheno B decide when she's ready for the next chapter. For now? She's doing beautifully. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ โค๏ธ FINAL THOUGHTS โ€” THE GIRL WHO DESERVES THE SPOTLIGHT Week 13. And Cash Express Pheno B is looking fucking beautiful. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿš‚ After last week's drama... what a pleasure it is to write this report. No bud rot. No problems. No emergency. Just a beautiful, healthy-looking plant moving into the final stage of her journey. Deep green. Getting deeper. Brown hairs appearing everywhere. Dense flowers. Big flowers. Beautiful structure. And that main cola... ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒธ That thing is massive. And it's hanging in there beautifully. She's a medium-sized plant carrying some seriously impressive flowers. And I absolutely love that. She doesn't need to be the biggest plant in the room. She doesn't need to dominate the canopy. She doesn't need to take over the 8ร—8. She's simply doing her thing... and doing it very well. We took her to the studio. We gave her the camera. We got close. We photographed those flowers. And she showed us exactly why she deserves her own spotlight. ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ’šโœจ This is what the 8ร—8 Adventure is all about. Same room. Same ecosystem. Same photons. Same nutrition. Same environment. Different genetics. Different phenotypes. Different personalities. And Cash Express Pheno B? She's giving us a beautiful one. So let's enjoy this stage. Let's enjoy those big flowers. Let's enjoy that massive main cola. Let's enjoy the deep green. Let's enjoy the changing pistils. Let's enjoy the density. Let's enjoy the fact that this girl is moving toward her final chapter without giving us any of the drama her sister had. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š And most importantly... let's give her the spotlight. Because she deserves it. ๐Ÿš‚๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’šโœจ Keep shining, Cash Express Pheno B. Keep doing your thing. Keep building those beautiful flowers. And when you're ready... we'll let you tell us when the story is finished. Until then? The camera is ready. The room is stable. And I'm enjoying the view. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ™ THANK YOU A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the Cash Express genetics and for giving us the opportunity to explore these individual phenotypes throughout the 8ร—8 Adventure. ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ™ Thank you to Plagron for supporting the nutritional side of the journey and helping us keep the room stable and consistent. A massive thank you to Future of Grow for the Black Series lighting and especially for supplying the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures we're testing in this adventure. ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ™ Thank you to Lumiflora for adding another lighting dimension deeper into the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping us monitor and maintain the environment behind the scenes. And of course... thank you to everyone following these reports on GrowDiaries. Every comment. Every question. Every photograph. Every observation. Every week following these plants. It all becomes part of the story. And Cash Express Pheno B has certainly given us a beautiful one. From her early development... to her unique structure... to those big flowers... to that massive main cola... and now into the beginning of her final stage. She's still here. She's still beautiful. She's still developing. And thankfully... she's got no bud rot. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š So let's keep watching. Let's keep documenting. Let's keep learning. And let's give this beautiful girl exactly what she deserves: The spotlight. ๐Ÿš‚๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’šโœจ Keep shining, beautiful girl. You've earned it. Growers Love & Happy Growing! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿš‚

Vale pues hoy empiezo a contar la primera semana de crecimiento, de un total de 4. Estamos a 13/02/23 y llevan 20 dรญas desde la germinaciรณn. Hola. Actualizaciรณn de semana 19/02/23 Efectivamente como dije hace 7 dรญas. Toca trasplante, han crecido muchรญsimo y es momento de que las raรญces sigan creciendo con fuerza asรญ que... trasplante.

D29. We're at the start of the fifth week of veg, and today, I finally topped the first girl. I should have done it a while back, but I couldn't decide how to train the girls. Due to how tall the first girl had become, I topped quite a bit of her. I left four nodes, applied LST and some minor defoliation, so now I have eight tops in an almost flat canopy. I'll top the second girl later this week before putting in the scrog net. I noticed how the second girl at the end of the day had drooping taco leaves, indicating that she is getting too much light. I raised the light and will observe tomorrow how she react. This strain seems sensitive to how much light it gets during veg, and I'm curious how it will react once we're in flower. ------------------------------ D31. The first girl has bounced back from her topping and is looking great. I will top the second girl in a day or two, but since she has greater internodal spacing, I will keep only six branches to have both girls at a similar height. ------------------------------ D32. I brewed up a quick compost tea using oat flour as the food source. Some people claim that that will result in a fungally dominant tea, so I thought I'd try it out. I also added humic acid and a teaspoon of myco because why not? Honestly, I'm not sure it is even possible to create a fungally dominant AACT, as the constant water movement will most likely tear the fungal hyphae apart as they form. In any case, a different food source should promote other bacteria than the molasses I usually use. Diversity is the name of the game in living soil. Well, in life in general. I gave each girl 2 liters (5% of container volume) of tea @ pH 6.1. ------------------------------ D33. Today, I topped the second girl. At first, I tried to keep four nodes, but her internodal spacing was much larger than the first girl, so I had to cut her down to three nodes. Some LST followed the topping to start shaping that flat canopy. She looked pretty scraggly afterward but had perked up a few hours later. ------------------------------ D35. We're on the last day in the first week of flower. All is well in the tent, and the second girl has bounced back from her topping. I'll let them veg for another week or so and then flip them. I bought a mushroom grow kit to keep in the tent. I figured I'd test it out and see how it works. The mushrooms produce CO2 that the plants love, and hopefully, I'll get some tasty Oyster mushrooms to eat โ€” two birds with one stone and all that. Yesterday, I gave the girls around 1 liter each of water @ pH6.0, with EM-1 added at 20ml/l, and today the girls got some fulvic foliar spray just before lights out. ------------------------------

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. Edit : 18/June/โ€˜21 Seeds looking real nice, I have given some away for people to rest and tell me if I did my procedure correct (feminizing seeds with female pollen due to a female plant being stress). If this procedure is correct Iโ€™ll be fertilizing my current grow too. 1) Purple Paralysis (Jellyfish Bud) (F) 2) Monster Mass (F) 3) Lavender (bag seed gender unknown) Edit 2 25th June : buds dried at 36-45% humidity for 4 days before jarring.

NOTES: Keeping pH at 5,8-5,9 through the entire Vegetation-phase. EC is now around 1,2 and i'm increasing it if needed. I'll be checking the levels regularly from this week since all of the hydroponic systems are now running. I'm going to add some ice cubes in to the nutrient tanks to cool nutrient solution a bit always when I remember to, even though temperatures haven't been an issue so far. Can't do any harm so why not I quess. I'm also adding a CO2-bag in to the tent above the plants. Also I'll begin training my plants this week by topping them. Day 22 (8.11.) Lights are set to 70%, water pumps are now on for 24/7 (EBB's drain water is on lowest setting possible to avoid drowning the roots) and pH is 5,8-5,9 / EC 1,2-1,3 on every hydroponic system. I topped all of my plants and cut off all of the lowest leafs with single tips and some of the small nodes starting from them. Day 23 (9.11.) pH-level keeps on raising so I'm gonna be measuring it pretty often. I'm correcting it by adding some pH- while filling up the nutrient tanks with small amounts of fresh nutrient solution at a time. Everything's going well and I can't wait to flower these! Day 24 (10.11.) Lights are now set to 80% power at 70-75cm height from the tops. I cut off the rest of the lowest nodes which I had left to some of the plants while topping them. I don't think they would get enough light when they are bigger. Day 25 (11.11.) Removed the lowest (three-pointed) leafs of each plant. Day 26 (12.11.) I moved the Led's a bit higher (now at ~90cm above plants) and set them up to full power. Plants are now around 11-14cm height and growing like crazy! Day 27 (13.11.) The growing has exploded and these plants are getting bigger and bigger. I'm going to defoliate them lightly and remove the lowest nodes so the plants have around 6 nodes each going forward, hopefully I'll get an even canopy. Day 28 (14.11.) I changed new nutrient solution in to the EBB-flood system which has the Ayahuasca's on it. I'm keeping the EC at around 1,3-1,4 and pH at 5,8-5,9 on every system. Also added small amount of Cal-Mag in to both NFTs.

this is a pretty low risk, high reward strain as far as growing goes. this cut has a uniquely tart flavor, and has potent effects with a high โ€˜roofโ€™ to the buzz. reputable strain for sure, hesitate not to consider for your garden.

Plants are looking good, some yellow leaves, pulled them. Added B-52 to the nite mixture this week, it might help slow down the yellowing, will see by the end of the week.

11/25 - This is start of week 4 of life, week 2 of real veg (by my standards, anyways). Her color was a little light a few days ago, but the issue is resolving since I bumped her nutes up. I am using the schedule linked from GWE (https://www.growweedeasy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Recirculating-Nutrient-Schedule-custom.jpg), but I also am using the additives provided by the Performance Pack and will be noting them on the weeks where they are used (RapidStart added at half-strength of GH Advanced Schedule; FloraBlend added at half-strength). She measures about 500 ppm (1.0ec) including ~200 ppm (0.4ec) for the tap value. She is holding pretty consistent res temp of 67-69F and gets ~10LPM of air in a 2"x4" can-style airstone. I always add Hydroguard since temps have been known to go over 72F in the res during certain parts of the year. She is growing noticeably every day and soon it will be time to top her and start her on LST. I'm not sure how high I want to go before leveling her off this time. True ScrOG would say as short as possible (3-6"), but I have the available height (6'). I am trying to get the maximum out of my lights since they are only JUST the right size for the flowering space I currently have (3'x3'), which is why I think using a ScrOG will be the most effective use of my setup. I do intend on moving her over to a 5 gallon bucket when I flip her to flower, but that will still leave me plenty of height to work with. I'm not sure if I will go with the soloScrOG like I am using in my Auto ladies, but likely something similar. Any questions or comments please feel free to drop a line. Thanks for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Happy Growing!
