🌸 Week 4 Flower – RollerCoaster Haze 🌸 The girls are now deep into flower, and they are nothing short of stunning. Both phenos are stretching tall, stacking sites beautifully, and building those early bud formations that promise something special. White hairs are everywhere, and the canopy is vibrant, full of life, and thriving. This week I cleaned the lowers again, focusing energy on the tops. The roots are still showing off their strength, breaking through the soil and proving how powerful this foundation is. You can really see how the balance of soil and feed is driving such healthy growth. 💧 Feeding Recipe (Aptus + Plagron) This week, the nutrition is a beautiful synergy between Aptus and Plagron lines, all dialed in at 1ml/L: • Aptus Regulator • CalMag Boost • Aptus All-in-One Liquid (light, occasional, as soil still has pellets) • Plagron Green Sensation • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Power Buds Solution runs around pH 6.0–6.1, with EC balanced to keep the soil’s natural charge in mind. Roots, stalks, and leaves are showing us this recipe is working wonders. Environment • Soil Temp: ~24°C • Room Temp: ~29°C • Humidity: ~67% • VPD: ~1.37 kPa Slightly warm, but managed with airflow and care — and the plants are clearly thriving under these conditions. 🌱 Reflection This week is a reminder of the beauty of balance. By combining nutrition strategies, experimenting, and adapting, the garden rewards us with strength and health. RollerCoaster Haze is branching massively, with countless bud sites forming — a true example of how much potential can come from testing, learning, and trusting the process. The journey is as much about mistakes and improvisation as it is about success. And right now, these girls are teaching us that with a strong foundation, nature does the rest. ✨ The ride continues — RollerCoaster Haze Week 4 Flower is in full bloom! 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

The plats are not been trained, defoliated or anything, grown naturally. I’m blown away how fast this plants are growing. First time outdoors and the experience is very nice, I love the fact it requires little to no effort, in the setup I have chosen. As it is raining a lot, I’m using only a dry amendment I have built to use on them periodically, this way I’m not adding more liquids to the root system that is already highly saturated, essentially I’m using the following recipe update, I don’t know if it is correct but I live it all mixed. Use about a table spoon and a half every 15 days. - Azomite 500g - Natural fosfate 500g - Biochar 1kg - Bokashi 1kg -Kelp meal 500g -Mamona meal 1kg -chicken meal 1kg -Potassium silicate 500g -Gypsum farm 500g -Diatomaceous earth 500g -Bunny guano 300g -Bat guano 1kg -Oyster shell powder 1kg -Cow blood meal 1kg -Cow bones powder meal 1kg. -Wormcastings, spare use not in the mix. The plants are showing good coloring, no fade and no deficiencies, the green is not to deep, nor too light. As the leafs are taking a lot of water and strong sun and wind, the leafs are feeling a bit. As the wind is high since day 1 the stems are very resistant, strong. The Fastberry Is on the smaller size if compared to the other plants, together with the Banana purple punch, then we have the Bluedream and the CBD crack on the larger sizes thriving a lot, I expect to approach the end of flowed in a few weeks, the girls are very fast indeed. I’m looking forward to collect the fruits :)

Cash Express – Pheno A | Week 3 A Picture of Vigor Welcome back to another week of the 8×8 Adventure, where twelve cultivars are being documented individually under a 12/12-from-seed schedule. Each phenotype receives its own dedicated diary, allowing us to observe not only cultivar differences but also the subtle variations that appear between sister plants sharing the same genetic foundation. Week 3 has been a week of acceleration. The entire room received a substantial increase in light intensity, moving from approximately 370 µmol/m²/s PPFD to 700 µmol/m²/s PPFD at canopy level. Nutrient strength increased alongside the lighting, and the plants have responded with enthusiasm. Growth rates are increasing, branching is becoming more apparent, and the room is beginning to transition from seedlings into young plants with real structure and personality. Among them, Cash Express Pheno A is making a very strong first impression. ⸻ Week 3 Environment 🌡️ Temperature: 27.4°C 💧 Relative Humidity: 55% 💡 PPFD: ~700 µmol/m²/s 🌱 Medium: Plagron Lightmix ? Growing Method: 12/12 From Seed 💦 Water Consumption: ~0.9–1.2L per day Feeding Schedule Days 18 * EC 1.0 * pH 5.99–6.0 * Approximately 1L Days 21– * EC 1.3 * pH 6.0 * Approximately 1.2L The environment remains stable, which allows each cultivar to express its genetic potential without external stress factors influencing development. ⸻ Cash Express Pheno A Some plants attract attention because they are unusual. Others attract attention because they are simply doing everything right. Cash Express Pheno A belongs firmly in the second category. Looking through this week’s photographs, the first word that comes to mind is: Vigor. Everything about this plant communicates health. The leaves are broad and evenly developed. The coloration is rich and consistent. The stem is sturdy. The internodal spacing remains compact. And perhaps most importantly, the overall symmetry is excellent. From above, the plant displays a clean, balanced structure that many growers hope to see at this stage of development. Each new node seems to emerge with confidence, stacking neatly above the previous one while maintaining a very organized architecture. The increased PPFD appears to have been welcomed rather than merely tolerated. Instead of stretching toward the light, the plant is building mass. The canopy is widening. The stem is thickening. The branching is becoming more defined. This is exactly the kind of response growers hope to see when increasing light intensity. One of my favorite observations this week is the contrast between the mature fan leaves and the fresh emerging growth. The older leaves provide a strong foundation while the new growth pushes upward with remarkable energy, creating that vibrant layered look that healthy plants often display during rapid vegetative development. There is a confidence to this phenotype. No strange leaf shapes. No unusual growth patterns. No hesitation. Just steady, healthy progression. Sometimes perfection can be boring. But in the garden, perfection is still beautiful. And this plant is undeniably beautiful. ⸻ Reading the Plant One of the most important lessons in cultivation is learning to observe rather than assume. This week offered a perfect example. When PPFD was increased to approximately 700 µmol/m²/s, the goal was not simply to provide more light. The goal was to see how the plants would respond. Cash Express Pheno A answered quickly. The leaves remained comfortable and relaxed. The plant maintained healthy posture. New growth accelerated. Color remained strong. These signals tell us that the plant is utilizing the additional photons effectively rather than becoming stressed by them. This is why environmental monitoring is so valuable. Plants communicate continuously. The challenge is learning how to listen. ⸻ Structure and Development At this stage, Pheno A is developing into a plant that could potentially become a very balanced individual later in flower. Several characteristics stand out: * Excellent symmetry * Strong central growth * Healthy branching development * Compact internodal spacing * Consistent leaf morphology * Strong response to increased PPFD The architecture currently suggests a phenotype capable of building a dense, productive canopy while maintaining a manageable structure. Of course, the real story is still ahead. Week 3 only gives us the first hints of what this plant may become. But those hints are promising. Very promising. ⸻ Looking Ahead Over the next week, I will be watching closely for: * Continued branch development * Response to the higher EC feeding schedule * Growth rate compared to neighboring cultivars * Structural changes as additional nodes form * Early indicators of flowering transition under the 12/12 schedule If the current pace continues, this plant could quickly establish itself as one of the stronger performers in the room. For now, she remains one of the cleanest examples of healthy development in the entire project. ⸻ Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following along with this journey. Thank you to the entire GrowDiaries community for providing a place where growers can document, learn, share experiences, and support one another. Thank you to Plagron for the nutrition and cultivation support powering this project. Thank you to Zamnesia for the genetics, equipment, and opportunity to document these cultivars from seed to harvest. And thank you to every grower, reader, supporter, and curious visitor who takes time out of their day to follow these updates. The plants grow because of biology. The project grows because of community. 🌱💚 Growers Love and see you next week.

Loud hashy, pepper, sulfur, rotten fruit, lemon, and Skittles terps. The landraces got nice structure, terps and yield but resin is lacking. I think that's normal. Gonna have to cross these a few times till I find something great that is worth it.

I’ve spent the last six days recalibrating my grow room. It feels more like a lab now because I am doing a lot of experiments with different variables and this week I have learned an awful lot. After pushing the environment to its absolute breaking point, I had to balance what my eyes were seeing against raw data to identify exactly where the Traffic Jam was occurring. I got so excited at the ability to control proteins in a plant with light spectrum I did the usual thing I do I drove them to their limits. Maximum photons (and beyond) in an environment where the plant just works like a suction funnel with a VPD of 1.6 kPa. What I forgot is that in my organic setup, the bottleneck is the speed the microbial life can create immobile nutrients. Under any normal conditions, the Biotabs 'just add water' method is more than capable of keeping up, but I had to be that guy and push them with 950 µmol of whites. By the time my Emerson burst came on, I was hitting them with around 1150 µmol, not counting the drain from the UV-B! This, on ambient, is just too much to ask; the plants used up all the calcium available, and my microbial life was unable to keep up. This is good to know, as if I wish to grow at this rate later, I will know what I need to add to facilitate that. I'm still blown away by spectral steering and the way proteins in a plant cell work. Grows are not normally still this fun at this stage. ________________________________________ 1. The "950 µmol" Mistake & Conclusion • The Error: I was running the main rig at 950 µmol, but with 4 strips of DRFR engaged, I was hitting a total ePAR of 1150 µmol. • The Failure: This intensity, paired with an aggressive 1.6 kPa VPD, outran the plant's metabolic capacity under ambient conditions. • The Result: 'Pistil Frizzle' on the crown of the Triple Cheese—the delicate stigmas literally toasted under the radiant load. 2. The Calcium Benchmark & The "Traffic Jam" • The Action: I noticed rusty, necrotic spots scattered across the leaf surfaces. • The Conclusion: The plants weren't 'low' on Calcium; the Biotabs microbial factory couldn't mine it fast enough to keep up with the 1150 µmol demand. I have officially flagged an image as my 'Calcium Benchmark' to track this in future runs. 3. The attempt to fix • The Adjustment: I have lowered the light ceiling to 800 µmol (targeting a DLI of 31–36) and stabilized VPD between 1.2 and 1.3 kPa. • The Rationale: This matches the 'spending' of the plant to the 'income' of my organic microbes, allowing the nutrient highway to move smoothly without crashing at the leaf tips. 4. Emergency Recovery: Bactrex & Bio PK • The Action: To clear the jam, I introduced a targeted top-feed of Bactrex and Bio PK to the Cheese. • The Goal: Boosting the microbial workforce and providing a direct PK source to support the Week 5 bulk while the Calcium delivery recovers. 5. Rhizosphere & Water Management • New decontamination for my 10L res refills: 10 drops of ExoThrive Neutralise, 5 minutes of violent blending, and an 8-hour air stone session • The Goal: To strip all residual chlorine and chloramines from my London tap water to protect my Bactrex and Mycotrex factory workers. • Future Intent: Researching the Water2 Pod 2.0 with a Fluoride filter to automate this and ensure consistent, medical-grade hydration. 6. Pot Size & Substrate Logic • The Constraint: Bigger pots are not happening • The Solution: To compensate for the smaller volume, I will increase Bactrex frequency and explore high concentrations of Gypsum (20g per 10L) in future mixes to increase mineral density without changing the footprint. Summary: I pushed for maximum push and hit a wall. By respecting the biological limits of a just add water system, I’m moving toward Environmental Harmony where every photon is used rather than wasted as a stressor. Been a great week for learning. Thanks for passing. Grow well ..

The bud development on this strain has been great rock hard buds I mean rock hard really nice quality bud heavy the resin production is super high it’s been cold at night for a week 48 as the low it has this girl oozing with resin very pungent smells of Fuel so dank smells like pine fuel citrus and a touch of skunk I’m very happy with the quality of this strain
