This last week has been great. Buds are coming to the end maturing . Trichomes are approximately 80% - 90% milky with 10% Amber. Inside the tent the smell has increased a lot. I hope the foxtailing hasn't ruined the bag quality by much but should be potent as 👌

The overall cycle was a lengthy process for a fast version variety. Therefore, I would personally consider this as a normal photoperiod type based on this growth experience. However, the results were worth waiting for and produced some extravagant buds with colours unseen before. The taste is somewhat Berry fruity affect along with earth like aroma (I smoke pure cannabis only). Good head high followed by relaxation somewhat, overall excellent plant and would consider growing again. Bit disappointing on the dry weight but its all satisfying in the end. I may try Geotextile pots next time to help boost the yield and performance.

OVERALL: ~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run. ~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest. ~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant. ~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent) ~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB) YIELD: ~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed. ~ 753g (Wet) ~ 0.91g/watt GENETICS: ~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username! STRAIN REVIEW: ~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again. TRAINING: ~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics) ~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light. ~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily. DRYING ~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation. ~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest: ~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample. ~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars CURING: ~Curing in jars 3/4 full. ~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH ~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%. ~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour. ~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage. ~ Already tastes and feels great. On hand for heavier use (Once every 3 days before lights out for 15 days) in the case of an outbreak (No outbreaks yet, due to aforementioned preventative measures)

Looks like these are filling out now! Was worries about the look of 1 that wasn't getting any pistils hardly but seems to have kicked on! 💪 Smell is definitely increasing, lemony gassy power! 2 more weeks maybe and then we start some Overdrive and final flushing! Finally got myself a dehumidifier, now i can controll the humidity in my room because it often went above 60% 🤷‍♂️🏻 Also love how the big northern light is really packing some weight! & the buds on the bottom look as good as the ones more on top!! Can’t wait till i can harvest all of em😁

Primeira semana foi só meter a semente a germinar e passar para os vasos!

It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

28/04/2021 Ya comenzaron a comer muy bien! La semana que viene se agregan unas galponeras y luego se trasplanta a la cantela. Teniendo en cuenta la luna, estaríamos trasplantando el jueves o viernes de la semana próxima. 03/05/2021 Tres plantas de las mas viejas comenzaron a amarillentas un poco, se estima que fue por una alta temperatura el fin de semana. Veremos que sucede mañana al aplicar el combo de MEN de viejo brujo.

It's been 8 weeks already, I had practically lost 4 weeks due to the "anonymous" debacle and the plants weren't looking too great - aside from Sour Strawberry, which was odd looking, because it kept topping itself but otherwise perfectly healthy. So I decided to flip to flower.

Increased light intensity to 85% Girls are drinking 1.5 l a day. Decided to go with multi feeding this time instead of crop steering. We will see the difference. At this point they are fed 3 times a day 600-450-450ml. 150ml shots every 10 minutes.

To tell the truth, I am very surprised myself, how amazing she is FastBuds Gorilla cookies, she copes well with a small space:) she drinks 1 liter every day :) everything looks better than expected:) good luck to everyone.

We survived lst, defoliation and cloning. And I also added 30 watts of red light with a wavelength of 630nm, using Samsung 351LH diodes.This spectrum enhances flowering, and helps the plant to form internodes with shorter distances, which will give more growth points for future buds. 👌Let's start with nutrition. I changed the frequency of watering, now my plant is watered 6 times for 20 minutes during daylight hours, every 3 hours. This week I made a nutrient solution with the following recipe: Water 183 ppm, 8l Silicon 4ml Сalmag 1.5ml GHE Flora: Gro 7.5 Micro 5 Bloom 2.5 pH down 5.5 ml Total 669 ppm, 5.6 pH 💪About training. Let's start with LST: Low stress training, abbreviated as LST (LowStressTrainig), is similar to the art of bonsai except for cannabis plants. This is a special technique of bending and tying plants to give them the desired shape. LST will also help you get a lot of massive buds by leveling the crown of your plant so that the lighting is more effective on it. Using LST will help you increase your yield and is surprisingly fun. 😈The following I did defoliation: Pruning leaves or defoliation is an old Japanese technique that has been kept secret for a long time. The main goal is the intensive development of the tree, that is, in one year the tree goes through a two-year growth cycle. This method consists in partial removal of leaves. Classically, only deciduous trees are subjected to such an operation. But, it is quite possible to do this with some tropical plants and not only, in order to bring them out of a prolonged period of dormancy. Defoliation leads to a decrease in the size of leaves and an increase in their number.
