Flowering Week 22: Buds Emerge & the Great Durban Haircut Update: 10.08.2025 | Day 156 Hey Growmies, Week 22’s got both ladies playing different games – Durban’s diving into bloom while Blueberry’s still stretching like she forgot the season. Durban Poison – Flowering Fireworks She’s all business now – white pistils poppin’ everywhere and buds startin’ to stack. Weird thing? Still barely any smell. Got no clue what this girl’s gonna taste like come harvest. Today’s mission: Giving her the big haircut she needs. Gonna clear out that jungle undercarriage for airflow. Blueberry – The Neverending Stretch This babe’s still shooting up for the sky like a rocket. Almost hit 2.10m now, sproutin’ new shoots at every bud tip like she’s in permanent preflower mode. Almost no pistils visible and a very calm smell. But she's definittely the prettiest green skyscraper in the garden. Wrap up: - Weather’s playing nice – sunshine and breeze mean zero mold nightmares (for now). - Not a single pest in sight – leaves cleaner than my Sunday shoes. - Bokashi juice twice a week keeps ’em glowing. 12 on 12 off, missing my girls... I spent about 35 mins tops with them during the week, and then I love giving them the attention they deserve on the weekends, what else is there to do when the worlds gone mad? 2nd grow on the "smart plug cycle" and the cost is so low..I am extremely happy with the SPIDER FARMER SF2000, but there's times I just want to plug in the 1000w to penetrate deep into the plants but the reasons for the LEDs is to grow some heady herbs for less. LEDs can get expensive but its just start up costs, after that you don't have to change bulbs and you don't notice the pull on the electric bill. WIN WIN the ladies have been busy this week and producing which means i'll need to go in tomorrow and do a clean up. happy growing! ...GOOD VIBES here!!! HAPPY GROWING!!!!! 1/26/21 had to switch up watering today due to demands from the plants. This is where it gets tricky, 2 weeks left of feeding before flush and all I am trying to do is keep as many leaves possible to feed all those buds. I am usually just a big bud person but I recently purchased a hash machine and I know a couple old heads that still love bubble soooo... THE SEED PHARM.... I will be going back very soon for more of this nice plant and something different. THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH ROOM!!!

La Strawberry et vraiment une surprise de dingue moins haute mais bien plus dense en Bud c'est impressionnant. L'odeur des deux et juste inexplicable 😍

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. It looks as iff 3 cola may perform as well as a 4 cola while giving extra space for air and leaf growth. I like 3 or 4 plants in the small tents. I ENJOY growing and getting to know all the different kinds of strains. SO 3 COLA, in 1 gallon, small space limited fresh air, limited power OR. heat will kill everything. lack of space means lack of air movement. If I can get the same amount from 3 colas THEN I can grow SAFLEY without PROBLEMS from lack of light or air....... more plants fewer colas but the SAME amount of weed. Todays weight test should either prove or disprove 3 colas in small spaces 3 plants 9 main colas with training to make SURE its a transfer of energy without entropy. suck on that fucknewton, he was a loser. I shit on your 2nd law of motion. 🚨 630am Just weighed both plants: THREE COLA 26.67. FOUR COLA 28.75 ounce. WHAT 4 COLA is bigger? Not necessarily. PER COLA the 3 cola plant has 8.89 PER COLA. FOUR COLA has 7.1875 ounce. 1.7025oz difference. 3 Cola has more viable buds at the bottom of the plant because of the extra light and airflow!! CONCLUSION: IM LIGHTYEARS AHEAD OF MY TIME. nope it was the energy drink. Taking into consideration I dont like trimming and each cola can be easily lightly trimmed (I dont grow to keep leaves for shake, not worth the mess) then hung to dry, then cut the buds off directly into Grove Terp. Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

The bud form this week, still little pink mix with the green bud The temp is going up on this week at around 30-34 but that's not the problem with the development so far PPM is 1000-1150 with late stage bloom nutes. it might finish next week imo.

Hey fellow growers, so im back after a few weeks ! Sorry about that ,i had a lot of trimming to do hahaha This lady was harvested on day 103, i had my dry room full so i had to keep her going all the way to 14/15 weeks, my 5x5 tent had so many plants that this lady was amassed in the corner =/ The FLUSH started on day 86 (week 13), so she had around 2 weeks of only RO Water with a little bit of Flawless finish. Buds are huge and the smell is amazing, super sticky flower, the dry sift and water hash that im planning to extract will be GREAT no doubt =) Wet weight of full plant was 2.650kg or 5.8 pounds 😑 I will be back soon with the DRY BUD WEIGHT ! Let me know what you guys think, any comments will be greatly appreciatted. 😎😎😎
