Start of flushing for the blueberries, both blueberry plants have very heavy, sticky, stank buds, I'm looking forward to harvesting these beauties! Start of the last week of nutes for the super lemon haze, she has packed in the weight, buds have filled out nicely and stickier than the blueberries. She's still hungrier than the Blueberries, taking an extra 2 liters of feed each week. If the trichomes are showing cloudiness by day 5 of this week, I'll flush her early.

Day 43: Week 7 off to a good start. Watered with just PH’d water. The soil PH is reading 7.0 so I’m bringing the water/feeds closer to 6.0 to try bring it down a bit. Took nearly 4ltrs again. Moved around another 5 cm away from light, just to be safe. I only have around 20cm left to play with so hopefully it doesn’t get much taller. Day 45: Watered with nutrients (1ml SR, 5ml B) with PH @ 6.3. Took 3ltrs. I measured the PH of run off and it’s reading 7.0. It’s fairly dark down below the canopy and I want to give the plant a break from me clipping leaves off so I’ve added in one 23watt Warm White (2700k) standard home CFL bulb down low. I don’t know how much it will help but it won’t hurt so no harm in sticking it in. Day 47: Watered with nutrients (1ml SR, 5ml B). Took 3ltrs, run off measured at 7.0. Plant looks happy and healthy which is great considering how much defoliation I’m having to do. I’m thinking now that two 9ltr pots might be too big for my space. Day 49: Seven weeks old today and looking happy and healthy. Watered with nutrients and added Green Sensation to the feed (1ml SR, 1ml GS, 2ml B). Plant grew 10cm this week. I think the main stretch is over now.

Both ladies are growing frosty buds smelling grapes as its name suggests. Both seem to have about 7-10 days left to finish. Next week, I will start flushing.

Week 5 and PK deficiency has been corrected. Buds are building and feeds have been consistent at the high end of the maxi-bloom ratio - 2.5tsp/10L. Hopefully the higher pk strength doesn’t create any burn issues with the other, healthy plants. Some very light pruning but generally leaving them all alone. Current choice cuts are plants 1,3,4 in terms of overall resilience and moderated nute reqs. This is an all-important consideration before we also start looking at overall aesthetic pheno traits. At least for running the F3s when the time comes. This strain is proving a little more challenging to grow than expected.

5 août : jour 74 flo+26 : J’entame la 4 eme semaine Problème j ai des feuille super foncé et brillante on dirais du plastique je ne comprend pas , j ai vue une ou deux brûlure je pense à une sur fertilisation . j’ai réduit les nutriments par litre en espérant que c’est pas trop .. Je ne savais pas si arroser à l eau clair était une bonne idée à cause de la fluctuation de PH entre l eau clair et l eau avec nutriments ( je n est pas de ph up que du Down ) - les feuilles était un peu tombante .. je pense que j avais pas arroser à temps et que Nous étions sur un sous arrosage ? J ai arroser et j irais voir demain si les feuilles Sont redressé 🤞🏼 Hésité pas à m éclairer sur les feuille qui brille en mode plastique . 9 août : jour 78 , flo +30 ( photos suivante ) Les feuilles sont relevé c’était donc ça . Encore un peu brillante j’ai diminué les dose de fertilisant . Mais je trouve qu’il fais super chaud dans la tente avec les températures extérieurs à 40•C j ai des températures dans ma box à 36... malgres extracteur est ventilo j’espère que ça ne va pas les brûler elle sont si belle

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Week 10 is been magical.. Sour D is showing really good smell, different one.. similar with one I smoked from the streets.. plant is a bit smaller than gelato just beside it but man, they both are reaching the stars.. my biggest plants ever.. so far Barneys farm is showing really good genetics in my hands.. let’s gooo I will cut off silicon and big bud from next week on 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
