I’ve redeemed myself for the lack of photos last week!! These girls are caking up absolutely incredible. I hope harvest is only a few weeks out now, but I don’t see a lot of milky tricimes yet, and no ambers in sight at all. I took off a few low side branches to dry, and see how they go. Smell is amazing. Very sweet of sorts. Very hard to describe. Definitely got a lot of gas too.

I just completed my 8th week since the flip, so I flushed each of these girls by running about 2 gal of water through each. I got the PPM down into the 200s, which is about normal for my hard water. They are all displaying some nice big buds, which smell of sweet coffee.

Last big feeding before I start to flush. It looks like the blue dream is not gonna make it. I will pull it out and make room form my vegetable garden seedlings. I might as well use the light that's all ready on, I have some tomato and pepper plants sprouting as we speak. Back to the Buddha I have a concern about the Think different that it might get bud rot from being so dense and only one cola. the FAST BUDS 420 Genetics are impressive. I think on the next run I will get a better yield as I will have a record of their veg and flower times accordingly. I can really dial in the feeding schedule. The Carmelicious is really doing well they are all starting to smell sweet and fruity. My target harvest day is 1/20/20 a little over 2 weeks from now I will give them there last CAL MAG / SILICA PH 6.0 watering today 1/5/20 as the pots have dried out from the last Big Feeding. They will eat up what ever is left in the coco this week and the flush with the Clean Fruits From GREEN BUZZ Nutrients will be all that is left for the last weeks. I will be Dope Scoping the Trichomes in 2 weeks 90% cloudy 10% amber, this will be my harvest window indicator. I hope to see the fan leaf fade starting next week that way I will no that the food is gone from the coco and that plant will start using its reserves. Until next time, a toast. Beginning of week.. So I had to make a last minute decision to go ahead and put her into my 2x2x5 with the WAKYME J2000 at 50% power. Hovering about 12 - 14 inches above the canopy and recieving roughly about 700 μMols in the center down to 500 μMols around the edges.. So when I get the center to about 900 - 950 μMols.. The edges should still be getting a good 700+ μMols! Fucking awesome!.. Nothing like running an overkill light at lower power in order to keep temps down and also to help the lifetime of the components! So for the next 2 - 3 weeks I will be going 50/50 with FloraGro and FloraBloom while she begins to flower.. I dont like counting the transition weeks as flower, some phenos and genos can transition in 1 week.. Some in about 3 weeks.. Had one take almost 4 weeks!! But I don't care to count the transition weeks as flower.. So she is receieving only 12 hours of light as of today.. Will begin counting flower when I see she is for sure stretching and for sure packin on the pistils at the crowns. She is going to need some defoliation and ALOT of branches to be removed.. May still try to ScrOG this 2×2.. Lol.. That just sounds funny.. I forgot how tiny this 2x2 is. Kinda taller than normal 2x2s so that should help a little if I need to raise the light any... She barely fits in here lol.. Thats fine.. I just need to make sure she stays under a 2 foot stretch and everything else will be perfect for this girl.. Runoff is coming out perfect.. RH is... Meh lol.. Its good.. It hovers up and down alot with the AC cutting off and on.. Cant wait for cooler temps!!! I love the winter.. So much easier to keep temps down.. I will be defoliating within the next couple days.. So by next update she will look a little different.. But damn she is so beautiful! Lol Mid week.. So she has been lollipopped and branches adjusted a bit.. Not much else to report on.. Just waiting for the pistils to start poppin out of everywhere!.. Just 1 day after defoliation and she has noticeably filled out her canopy a bit! Can't wait can't wait CAN'T WAIT to see what this girl can do! End of week.. Seems like she is at the very beginning of stretching.. 2 days ago I removed some inner facing leaves and they have already been replaced by the next same facing node! Cant really notice it because her tops arent getting ridiculously close to the light.. But that is definitely a sign of her stretching soon. I'll even bet it's noticeable before the middle of next week. Well.. On to the next week!!!...

Well shit these girls are doing excellent The smell is strong when I rub a lil bud I can get a sweet citrus smell from it. The shorter plant has thicker buds but not by much and the crystals are just getting started. All in all so far an easy grow. So far these seeds are the real deal . See you next week friends

Now that I’m firmly in veg growth is very fast. I don’t have to water every day considering I’m using the wicking method in tandem with Coco coir medium. Nothing has gone wrong so far. The only thing is since this is my first grow I get a bit scissor happy when it comes to defoliation.

Ok, lets think about this logically - why are the leaves turning brown? it looks like a Calcium/Phosphorus issue, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS , is it a deficiency??? Unlikely in Hydro as the solution is more effective as there are no contaminants, so this leads me to believe its a lockout, what can cause this ? 2 things = A) Too Much Nutrient Potassium or B) ph is too low - SO to rectify this, i have added more water to the reservoir and raised the ph to 6.3 As i am using more water in the reservoir its entirely possible that when the water goes down,even though the EC stays the same the proportional concentrations of each nutrient can change - for example EC pen says 2.0 when i first fill with 20 litres, the plant drinks 4 litres of water and consumes lots of bloom A+B so when i put my pen in two days later the 16 litres of solution still reads 2.0 but there is a higher proportion of PK. Of course it could always be option C) these plants eat phosphorus for breakfast and need more ..😜 I have checked roots they all ok Wednesday- changed solution , made it slightly weaker EC 1.7 ph 6.2-3 Thursday I had a little chat on Instagram with mammoth , i think they might need less than usual Saturday - noticed some yellowing on the little plant , it’s a confusing as th3 other plants are all using the same nutrients and they are loving life , it might be the buckets , I am much preferring the size of the 35 litre ones , and the root structure is perfect , because the 45 litre boxes are more rectangular than square the roots are sort of sideways . Still waiting for some purple on the tall one 🤔 ITS VERY IMPORTANT IN DWC - Do not automatically think you need to add nutrients , in DWC it’s so much more efficient that less is more , 99% of the time it’s overdone it , normally the tips go brown first , but it’s some circumstance s The concentration can increase without you knowing , FIRST change solution with a little bit less , I usually go to 1.6-1.7 EC TOTAL and 6.3 ph that is a universal solution that provides enough without overdoing it . Another easy week for the Runtz ladies ❤️ I’ve been watching closely and counting down, they are getting so close but could still go a little further without getting too much amber. I’m trying to time the harvest to go along with my other strain I have going as I have no other space available 🙈 I switched to straight PH water the end of last week, and they have gotten three feeds with runoff since, there will probably be 2 more. They are taking less water now, or rather, it’s lasting longer now. RH was dropped to between 48-50 % and temps have been between 76-79 degrees, and about 69 degeees at night. some sugar starts to shown

Made it through 7 weeks of flower and the girls are really starting to show themselves. Twisted helix just sucks. Trying to push her another week then she will be made into bubble hash. Sugar Cane is the frostiest of the bunch but buds are pretty small compared to others. Jack Herer has the fattest buds of the bunch and a strong lemon aroma. Platinum jelly is looking nice and frosty. Twisted velvet appears to be a little behind the others but looking nice. I am thinking that the blackcherry punch will be the winner of this grow. Her buds are just covered in beautiful frost and they are also pretty fat and plump. Looks like she is going to put off a nice yield. I have started harvesting pollen from sugar cane clones and dusting the breeder clones. I gave them their first pollination a few days ago, the second today, and will dust them again in a few days. I have been collecting individual pollen sacs as they mature to speed up the process and try to maximize the amount of pollen I can store for later use. It is like trying to do brain surgery on an ant 🐜🐜. I am already seeing a lot of pistils start to brown so things are looking good.
