Hey Growers, end of week 7 from seed :) This is plant #2 Its a female Took a while for me to reveal its gender. She is looking healthy and is growing fast. Did some trimming Slowing increasing nutrients, I am Currently feeding every three days 1 gallon of water with 1/2 of the recommended feeding schedule given from the manufacturer. Beginning of the second week of flowering. One has not yet shown its sex, it appears to be indica, but it is full of pre-flowers. The largest is 47 cm, the smallest around 30. 09/10 - Now it's 58 cm, this sativa doesn't stop growing. The indica has not shown sex yet despite having pre-flowers everywhere. It doesn't seem stuck to me, as it continues branching, but the height hasn't changed almost anything. 10/10 She reached 65 cm. The others are 50 cm. The last plant that was missing to show the sex, came very late, it had all branched before showing the sex, unlike the others, and unfortunately it was a male, already dead. She just looked indica, but was a long sativa male. Of the 5, 3 females (2 in organic soil, 1 being fertilized and the other in inert soil) 2 males dead 11/10 - It is 72 cm. It is colossal, I had to tie it up at the top, as I didn't have enough space to lift the bulb and it was starting to burn some of the tips of the leaves. It's better to have mild, temporary stress than heat and burning stress, which is worse in the long term. The others grow well, gaining weight, without problems with height.

Noticed some Nitrogen toxicity so decided to lower grow A + B to 2.5ml and add some cal mag. She responded well to topping was umming and uhhing about whether to do it or not but the time felt right and didnt seem to stunt her much at all. Absolutely amazed by the genetics of this plant with the insane internodal spacing and horizontal growth. My intents with this plant were to just let her do her thing but couldn't resist the chance for a fat canopy.

Girls are getting to starting to have a smell not too strong

Defoliated and lollipop the bottom of the plant at the end of week 2. Plant seems healthy, did an early top dress of 80% bloom 20% veg and I have began using the tribus bloom microbes inoculant at every watering. I will also be making banana peel tea to feed a boost this week.

Just been playing about with a DIY co2 generator with sugar water and yeast considering paying out for a better system and meter but at least I can still monitor to a degree but I don't think this co2 meter is up to much cop...... I've made a co2 bucket with an air pump still using sugar yeast 2x tomatoes and a potatoe puree'd 1x teaspoon active brewers yeast and 2.5 liters of water in a 5l bucket with sealed lid ratchet strapped shut sat on a 20cm square heat mat set on a thermostat at 24c to 27c temps sits about 26c for a prolonged co2 release levels have defo increased spiked quite high then settled approx 1200 to 1500ppm or the meter is wank but either way its adding co2 just for how long though ? I've read up on the fungus method which last 6months so I'll be sorting that soon

Season 2 is officially underway and so excited for this grow. Growing 4 plants, but space is a lil limited. Growing in an 80x80cm so using small pots. 2x 8l and then 1x 5l and 1x 4.7l (if you wanna be exact lol). This time I decided to experiment a bit. I'm testing 2 different soils, both in 8l pots, both Purple Punch Auto by Fastbuds, both in airpots. Their names are Lily and Robin. Also testing fabric bags against airpots. Both in same soil, both in 5l pots, both Wild Dwarf Auto by Bulk Seed Bank (that was the plan but now it's 1 WD and another Purple Punch). Their names are Jess and Cece. For this one, Lily, had the seed in water for about 24 hours then in paper towel. Then, into gorilla mix.

Hi everyone this last few weeks have been crazy as you all can see this Gelato turned out to be a Photoperiodic plant. Week 17 in to flower for 2 weeks now. All was going well but I did not have much time to look after it. And got some light burn in the early stages did some training techniques and She looks is recovering now. Some nice pictures how big one of those can get when I wasn't expecting this plant to be a Photoperiodic. But let's see she turned out a female so that's great will be a nice surprise probably.
