At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. 🇩🇪 Cherry Limeade – Doja Diese Woche hat sich meine Cherry Limeade von Doja hervorragend entwickelt 🌱. Die Pflanze wächst kräftig, wirkt ausgesprochen vital und entwickelt langsam genau die Struktur, die ich mir vorgestellt habe 💚. An den Parametern habe ich im Vergleich zur letzten Woche bewusst nichts verändert. Stattdessen lag der Fokus ausschließlich auf dem Training. Mit einem SCROG-Netz und zusätzlichen Drahtankern habe ich die Triebe kontinuierlich nach unten gebunden, damit sich ein möglichst gleichmäßiges Blätterdach entwickeln kann 🌿. Jeden Tag waren nur kleine Korrekturen nötig, aber genau diese Konstanz macht am Ende den Unterschied. Die Lichtintensität habe ich mit etwa 430 PPFD (DLI 28) bewusst moderat gehalten ☀️. Irgendwie hatte ich das Gefühl, dass bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen mehr Licht eher kontraproduktiv gewesen wäre. In der Vergangenheit habe ich gelernt, dass manchmal weniger tatsächlich mehr ist – und bisher scheint die Pflanze mir recht zu geben 😊. Da ich im Oktober im Urlaub bin, schicke ich die Cherry Limeade heute bereits in die Blüte 🌸. Dafür habe ich den Lichtzyklus auf 12/12 umgestellt. Gleichzeitig läuft die SANlight jetzt auf Stufe 4, morgen folgt Stufe 5, damit der DLI trotz der kürzeren Beleuchtungszeit zunächst wieder bei etwa 25 liegt. Anschließend werde ich die Lichtleistung nach meinem Schema von Woche zu Woche langsam steigern 📈. Letzte Woche war ich vier Tage beruflich unterwegs. Das Blumat-System hat dabei wieder einmal gezeigt, warum ich es so schätze 💧. Es hat die Bodenfeuchtigkeit völlig selbstständig bei durchschnittlich 90 mbar gehalten, sodass ich mich um nichts kümmern musste. Ab nächster Woche werde ich die Saugspannung auf etwa 120 mbar erhöhen und das Living Soil während der Blüte etwas trockener fahren. Heute bekommt das Beet außerdem noch eine weitere Gabe SF-Nematoden. Mein Ziel ist es, die Trauermücken spätestens zu Beginn der Blüte nahezu vollständig ausgerottet zu haben. She is growing vigorously, looks extremely healthy, and is gradually forming exactly the plant structure I was aiming for 💚. I intentionally kept all environmental parameters unchanged compared to last week. Instead, my focus was entirely on training. Using a SCROG net and additional wire anchors, I continued pulling the branches down to create a flat and even canopy 🌿. Only small daily adjustments were necessary, but consistency is what makes the difference in the long run. I also kept the light intensity fairly moderate at around 430 PPFD (DLI 28) ☀️. Somehow I had the feeling that, with the current summer temperatures, increasing the light wouldn’t necessarily benefit the plant. Experience has taught me that sometimes less is more—and so far, she seems to agree 😊. Because I’ll be on vacation in October, I’ve decided to send her into flower today 🌸. I switched the light schedule to 12/12, increased the SANlight to Level 4, and tomorrow I’ll move it up to Level 5 so the DLI starts at around 25 despite receiving only 12 hours of light. From there, I’ll gradually increase the light intensity week by week according to my usual schedule 📈. Last week I was away on a four-day business trip, and once again the Blumat system proved why I trust it so much 💧. It maintained an average soil suction tension of around 90 mbar completely on its own, so I didn’t have to worry at all. Starting next week, I’ll increase the target to around 120 mbar, allowing the Living Soil to run slightly drier throughout flowering. Today the bed will also receive another application of SF nematodes. My goal is to have the fungus gnat population almost completely eliminated before flowering really gets underway. SCROG time wellllll maybe topping and fimming time then scrog time. Man barneys has the best damn genetics!! these plants grow so hearty is amazing. have another breeders strains in the tent as well and they are slacking big time compared to barneys ladies. The video shows the first day i bent the plant and started using yoyos. the pics are from a few days later. growing beautifully. will be transplanting this week and setting up the scrog

Update Day 14 flowering : These Gorillas are behaving themselves well considering the 35°c here in the uk . They have been keeping busy with their bud stacking . Their pheno differences are more noticeable now as they space their nodes and settle into full flower production #1 is no longer the big beast and has been overtook by #3 by a good 5 inches. #2 is stacking up nicely but remains a lot smaller than the others. #4 is plodding along at the back of the room in her own space. All the buds are looking good and a few are starting to colour up already !!. beautiful strain already so can only imagine their finished result. Hoping the heatwave passes quickly now as it is way too hot here at over 35°c outside.

the cycle lasted 12 weeks, 2 weeks of drying and 2 of curing.

Amazing plants. Getting fat. Turtle Taffy Auto is blowing me away. Didn't have much hope for it in the beginning. But WOW! continue to feed and defoliate as necessary. Sticky Mango Auto seems to be fighting me a little on nutrient issues but everyone else is playing nice. I can't wait to see what comes out. Some colas already needing support and lights are as high as they are going to go. I think I'm good.

She's taking off!!

Moin, Wir befinden uns mittlerweile am Blütetag 12 und der Stretch ist voll im Gange. Von der Wachstumsstruktur würde ich die White Sweet Candy OG wie eine klassische OG beschreiben starke, dicke Haupttrieb, mittelgroße Internodienabstände (finde ich persönlich sehr angenehm), starke Seitentriebe und generell eine sehr buschigen Pflanze. Durch die starken Haupttrieb eignet sich die Sorte für mich nicht um die Triebe mit Budclips auf eine Höhe zu bringen, dafür ist dann eher das Herunterbinden der Triebe geeignet. Setzt man etwas früher als in meinem Fall ein Scrognetz ein erreicht man ein wirklich schönes und homogenes Blätterdach der Triebe. Auffällig ist, dass die ersten Pistils sich erst ab den 10 Blütetag zeigten und der Übergang von der vegetativen Phase ins Blütenwachstum etwas verzögerter abläuft. Aus meiner Erfahrung spielt das keine große Rolle bei der späteres Blütenentwicklung. Schon jetzt zeigt sich, dass die 4 Haupttriebe massive Buds produzieren werden. Ich freu mich auf die kommenden Wochen und vorallem auf die ersten Trichome und der damit beginnende Geruch, ich bin mehr als gespannt und bis jetzt ist dieser Strain im Wachstum und der Performance allgemein einer meiner Favoriten der letzten Jahre! Respekt an SSSC für die Tolle Arbeit. :) Hey, We’re now on day 12 of flowering, and the stretch is in full swing. In terms of growth structure, I’d describe the White Sweet Candy OG as a classic OG with a strong, thick main stem, medium internode spacing (which I personally find very pleasant), strong side shoots, and overall a very bushy plant. Because of the strong main stem, I don’t think this strain is suitable for using bud clips to keep the shoots at the same height, tying the shoots down is a better option. If you set up a SCROG net a little earlier than I did, you’ll achieve a really nice, uniform canopy. It’s noticeable that the first pistils didn’t appear until the 10th day of flowering, and the transition from the vegetative phase to flowering is somewhat delayed. In my experience, this doesn’t play a major role in later flower development. It’s already clear that the 4 main shoots will produce massive buds. I’m looking forward to the coming weeks and especially to the first trichomes and the scent that comes with them I’m more than excited, and so far, this strain is one of my favorites of recent years in terms of growth and overall performance! Kudos to SSSC for the great work. :)

The plants are still growing beautifully, this week I will plant Power roots and Pure zim, I planted Bud candy, Carboload and Sticky Fingers, I am trying Hammerhead, some ingredients precipitated when mixing, I think Big bud and Carboload I will find out tomorrow when watering and I will plant one of them. Plant 1 and 2 drink 1.5 l, 1.5 dcl will flow out, Plant 3 - 0.5 l and 0.5 dcl will flow out

🌸 Week 10 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week has passed, and the girls continue to impress with their flower development. 🌸🔥 The canopy is filling out nicely, and every pheno is putting more energy into building bigger, denser buds. It's exciting to see how each phenotype is expressing its own unique characteristics as flowering progresses. 📈 Current observations: Bud development has been excellent across all six phenos. We performed another lollipopping session and removed additional fan leaves to improve light penetration and airflow around the buds. The canopy is much more open now, allowing the lower flower sites to receive more direct light. Pheno #6 continues to surprise me. Even though it was the slowest plant in the beginning, it is now steadily developing its flowers and catching up nicely. Pheno #4 is already showing a very unique terpene profile. It has an incredibly sweet aroma with strong Kush-like notes, making it one of the most exciting phenos so far. 📊 Current environment: Temperature: 31°C Relative Humidity: 63% VPD: ~1.66 kPa SANlight fixture at maximum height Light intensity: 90% 🌿 Looking ahead: The plants are now entering one of the most exciting stages of the grow. Transplant successful and my babies are thriving, even braved the cold this week, however we are not out the woods yet, I think not having a fan is hindering my plants, conditions are favourable for my babies, let me not stress, I will make a plan, sacrifices must be done… for the greater good. The positive is my grow medium mix looks like it was well balanced, I need to buy 20 bags this time, and add it to my veggie patches, and I will not be defoliating anyone this month, fan leaves’ green colour is lovely and uniform, she is happy with her diet, and you will see the uniform green colour on all these ladies, except for Monday’s Blue she had a lot of nutrients in the beginning, but all is bright and right.

Waow! C’è da dire Waow! Queste Fast Flowering sono super vigorose e crescono senza paura e senza timore alcuno, sono sorpreso di vedere come in così poco tempo sono già pronte per andare in fioritura perché sennò 5 piante in questo box ( 80x80 ) avranno spazio appena sufficiente…Ah e ho aggiunto circa 18/19g di Top Dress di Dogma Organics attorno alle piante e ho mischiato i primi centimetri…domani diamo solo acqua! 💦
