Welcome in official week 5 of flower ๐Ÿ™ We are in a cruise control mode now. Removed most of the fan leafs from upper parts of the plants and now itโ€™s just time to wait watch and enjoy. All energy is now focused on developing buds and I really like what I can see. Maybe they are not the biggest plants in my history however they are the most healthy ones. This week we are adding overdrive to feeding chart ๐Ÿ‘Œ EC this week around 1.8 every 56h and 24h pure water pH 5.7 - 5.8 Stay tuned!

๐ŸŒธ Week 8 Flower โ€“ The Trichome Symphony Begins ๐ŸŒธ Eternity Grow Cup This weekโ€ฆ itโ€™s all about the frost. โ„๏ธ We are diving deep into the universe of trichomes, those magical crystal-like structures that define potency, aroma, and visual beauty. Each pheno this week is presented with its own dedicated video โ€” so everyone can witness the uniqueness and evolution of these genetics firsthand. The photos? Focused close and true on the trichomes and their stalks, the very essence of the plantโ€™s protective and expressive language. ๐Ÿ’Ž What Are Trichomes? Trichomes are tiny resin glands that cover the surface of cannabis flowers and sugar leaves. Theyโ€™re responsible for producing and storing cannabinoids (like THC and CBD), terpenes, and flavonoids โ€” the compounds that create the plantโ€™s effects, scents, and flavors. They act as the plantโ€™s natural defense โ€” from UV rays, pests, and environmental stress โ€” and in return, they gift us with beauty, medicine, and art. Why So Many Trichomes Here? This room has turned into a crystal forest thanks to a harmonious mix of tech, care, and nature: ๐Ÿ”น Spectrum Tunings: Using the TrolMaster system, weโ€™ve dialed in a spectrum rich in reds, far-reds, and UV at precise times to stimulate trichome production. The plants are responding in full. ๐Ÿ”น Lighting: The under-canopy power of the ICL 300s, combined with the canopy-level intensity of the Model 1s, is creating full-spectrum saturation from top to bottom. Buds are stacked, frosty, and glowing from every angle. ๐Ÿ”น Nutrition Synergy: The tag-team of Aptus Holland and Plagron has been flawless. The clean base, balanced micro and macro elements, and biostimulants have driven these girls into full expression mode. You can see the nutrition working in every crystal. ๐ŸŒฟ Where Are We Now? Weโ€™re likely one week to ten days from harvest, but of course weโ€™ll follow the plantsโ€™ signals. Theyโ€™re still swelling and building โ€” itโ€™s the final stretch, and theyโ€™re sprinting. Nerdy Note: Trichomes can be bulbous, capitate-sessile, or capitate-stalked โ€” and in this run, the capitate-stalked ones are standing tall and loaded. Expect a full cannabinoid and terpene profile when itโ€™s time for analysis.( bro talk not lab hihihihi) ๐ŸŒŸ Letโ€™s take a moment to recognize that weโ€™re witnessing the peak of this cycle. This is living art, frozen in time by a camera lens but alive in scent and energy. This Weekโ€™s Feeding Program To support this explosive trichome production in Week 8 Flower, weโ€™re feeding with precision and purpose. Every drop counts now, and hereโ€™s the clean, efficient mix weโ€™re running: โ€ข Aptus Holland โ€“ Regulator: 0.15 ml/L โ€ข Aptus Holland โ€“ System Clean: 0.25 ml/L โ€ข Aptus Holland โ€“ RO Water Condition: 0.8 ml/L โ€ข Aptus Holland โ€“ All-In-One Liquid: 1.25 ml/L โ€ข Plagron โ€“ Green Sensation: 1 ml/L โ€ข pH set at 6.2 ๐Ÿ’ง Weโ€™re keeping it clean, clear, and consistent. No extra PK boosters or unnecessary additives. Just smart nutrition, tuned spectrum, and stable conditions to let the plants express themselves naturally. The synergy between Aptus Hollandโ€™s Clean Program and Plagronโ€™s Green Sensation is clearly showing in every frosty bud. This week, weโ€™ve fine-tuned the spectrum to push the plants into full resin-production mode. Iโ€™ve reduced the white light intensity to 40% while keeping the reds and UVs running at 100%. This shift focuses energy on the wavelengths that directly stimulate secondary metabolite productionโ€”especially trichomes. Red light enhances flower development and density, while UV exposure encourages plants to produce protective compounds, like cannabinoids and terpenes, as a natural defense. This balance between lower photosynthetic pressure and high-spectrum stimulation is helping the girls finish strong, frosty, and full of character. ๐Ÿ™ Massive thanks to all sponsors, followers, friends, and growers in the community. To the ones competing, to the ones just watching โ€” THANK YOU. This is almost the end of the road, and every diary, every plant, every effort deserves respect. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Donโ€™t forget to follow the full 4K experience on YouTube, and for behind-the-scenes action and updates, join us on Instagram. Itโ€™s the third week of vegetation, and both plants are growing like crazy! ๐ŸŒฟ Theyโ€™re super healthy and pushing forward with lots of energy. Iโ€™ve been feeding them with the BioBizz nutrient schedule for veg and adding Root Juice to boost their root development. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ง Iโ€™m trying different LST (low-stress training) techniques with both plants. For one, Iโ€™ve applied LST to the entire plant, bending the main stem to get more light exposure across the canopy. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ”„ The other plant is a bit differentโ€”Iโ€™ve only used LST on the lower branches to encourage better side growth while letting the main stem do its thing. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ“ˆ Both plants are responding really well, and Iโ€™m excited to see how these different techniques impact their development. Things are looking promising! ๐Ÿ˜โœจ

Stretch is finished. Gave her a stronger feeding on Tuesday because she started to look noticeably yellowish. The smell is definitely present, but still not very distinctive at this stage.

As I stated I wasnt that impressed early in the grow. However the wait was worth it. Didnt really smell until the last 2 weeks. Lots of crystals and very nice fruity taste. Nice strong body hit from this one.

Notice the slight yellowing around the leaf edges indicating wet feet. Will continue to mist spray a few times a day for the next week with no additional water added to soil. Hopefully we can get this corrected quickly.

This week I transplanted directly into a 5 gallon pot. It looks like there was a little stress after transplanting. It went from a nice green to a yellowish green. This one also started stretching so I lowered the light. Im going to add aminos this week and hope it can bounce back nicely.

10/2: My soil mix was too hot and I accidentally killed 11 of the 12 Fastbuds seedlings I had going. So, I started about 20 Candy Cane hybrids in rapid rooters wetted with myco, tricho, and beneficial bacteria. All but one popped up. One of them did a cobra-basket and petered out. The beans all came from tray trash that accumulated while I was smoking three diff strains, so I probably won't know what they are until they are flowering. 10/4: Looks like I'll have enough growing that I have to cull the weakest few. I can feasibly (possibly) squeeze 14 into the lower section of the closet under 720w if they act right and if I do some training, and another 4 in the top under 200w if I keep them at 30" or less in height. 10/6: I think I'll veg everybody in the bottom section until I'm out of space, then move the shorter 4 or maybe 5 into the top section as necessary...and move the tiniest ones outdoors to finish. I just don't have the heart to kill anything that's got a potential yield of a half-ounce or more. Some of the most diminutive plants I've grown produced the stankiest buds.. I've currently got the 200w 3500k+660nm running at about 32" in the middle of the closet, and one of the 3 pairs of 120w 3000k+660nm quantum boards running at about 36" and should be sufficient coverage for the next week or so. Then I'll kick on the pair of boards closest to the doorway and spread them out a bit..and then I'll move the 200w light to the top section along with the best 4 short plants. At that point I'll turn on the center 2 qb's and install a 2 foot Solacure Flower Power UV light in the perpendicular center channel of my frame. 10/7: I installed my new AC Infinity 6" fan in the attic and hooked up a 16" carbon filter today. I used some sound deadening foam on the rafter that I mounted it to and removed 100% of the vibration. I haven't programmed the thermo/hygro stuff yet, but tested it on high and I can't hear a thing anywhere in the structure.๐Ÿ‘ I'm also purchasing a dual 120mm fan system from AC Infinity in the door, behind the grille I already installed to serve as fresh air intake. It also has a thermostat feature that will allow me to set it to only come on when the temps are too high, so I'm optimistic that it will allow me to manage the temperatures in this closet with about 1000w running for 18-20 hours a day.๐Ÿ™ I moved the 200w 3500k+660nm to the top section today and lowered my QB frame to 32" above the plants. I have two pairs of them running now, and received the replacement HLG 240-48A driver today for the third pair. I'll hook it up later..dont need it now.. 10/8: I fed most of them today for the first time...about 16 oz of solution containing grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, boomerang, and armor si. I hooked up the 3rd pair of qb's today....wow that's bright....they're gonna love it!๐Ÿ˜Ž The last of the sprouts has been planted and is growing. That's a total of 19.... 3 of them still in 1 liter pots and getting plain distilled water. I also foliar fed all of them with a little big bloom and kelp me kelp you. 10/9: I got some Axiom to apply onto them tomorrow. It's got a good amount of Harpin a|b proteins which trigger rapid plant growth and other defensive traits that are proven to be canna-friendly, like enhanced resin production and increased resistance to molds, mildews, and fungi. I foliar fed them today with big bloom kelp me kelp you, and the day following the Axiom application I plan to foliar feed them with Biotabs BoomBoom Spray to negate any initial ill-effects caused by the Axiom. I'll probably just mist them with distilled water for a day or two following that regimen to ensure that it's all rinsed off. But, following that break in the foliar feeding routine, I've got some Fulvic/Humic acid to rain gently over them for a couple of days. 10/11: End of week 1, and I'm happy with their progress thus far.๐Ÿ˜€ They had no trouble with the "Harpin protein attack" I engaged them with yesterday... at all, and even look quite a bit bigger than I expected. They also had their first "night time* last night...4 blissful hours in 74f temps with 48%RH.๐Ÿ’ค

Welcome to Green House Seeds Company Cup ๐Ÿ†. Day 62 since time change to 12 / 12h The last week before the harvest has come ๐ŸŽŠ. Hey everyone ๐Ÿค—. The time has come. The last days and hours have struck for this great lady ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. In the coming days she will move to the darkroom and spend another 48 hours there in complete darkness ๐Ÿ˜‹. Of course, there will be an update before the big update after fermentation ๐Ÿ‘Œ. In the last update there is again a detailed description of the individual strain. I'm really looking forward to finally being able to try the strain ๐Ÿ˜„. It looks beautiful and smells extremely tasty ๐Ÿ˜. It is a genetic perfection ๐Ÿ‘ all shoots have grown up, it looks very symmetrical and has simply grown perfectly :-). I am also very enthusiastic about Green House fertilizers ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘ . @Greenhouse: Thank you so much for these genetics ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘. She will get a place in the mother's closet. It's been a long minute since I've grown chocolopez.. Or as I like to call her Choco Lopez. I recall her being a very fruitful bud. Very sativa and not super dense buds. Delicious chocolate tastes. Ive never grown this out as a full screen before. Stay tuned. Ive been vegging these girls for about 5 weeks as the gorilla glue 4 was a week longer then expected. These have all been topped to 3 tops for a grand total of 27 tops. Leveled the canopy to 18" tall and moved them into flower.
