Week 17 Last week before harvest. Just let the plants ending the maturation process. Good synchronization between the different strains, selected with an approximate identical flowering period. I want harvesting all the plants at the same time. Flowers are dense, hard and thick, pretty resinous. 4 strains = 4 different smells, 4 different colors….🤩 I flushed consciously and stopped watering 4 days before the harvest day. I turned off the light during 48h, with ventilation on. All is ready for the cut. Date is programmed to the full moon period….why not…🤔 I will trim a little bit the plants before cutting and hanging them in the tent with the same ventilation cycle, no light of course…

Finally here !! After 3 days in a mix of lombricompost and black soil of demetheart the plants have stretched too much, the clone light is not bright enough, I'm going to move them!!

(Update: 4/20/19) Please stand by while they dry. (Update Everything is going great though! The smell is very strong now; no more cut grass smell. From looking at all three today, I believe that some of the smaller branches will be done drying and ready for trimming and weighing in a day or two. I have one guess for dry weight of Big Lemon, any other guesses?? Remember, the picture of Big Lemon hang drying looks like its two plants, but its all Big Lemon; I had to cut it off to be able to hang it. The amputated branch left of the main plant is bigger than my other two plants alone! (Update 5/2/19) Woah...Okay. So after drying the whole for about nine days, and trimming for four days, Big Lemon's dry weight SO FAR is about 430ish grams of super dense and sticky nugs. Its amazing that I got more big bud than I got popcorn nugs from such a big plant. I have one more 1/2 gal Mason Jar of untrimmed tops to finish, then I'll post pics or a vid of the weigh up and glamour shots etc.. Oh, almost forgot, Little Lemon produced about 40 grams of very nice bud. This surpassed expectations because, although it was planted on the same day as Big Lemon, it was the runt of the bunch because it got pushed out of the main tent that had all the lights and Co2 environment and everything. It spent much of late veg under a very weak light. I remember how limp it was when I gambled on it and chose to switch her over to 12/12. But it was totally worth it in the end! Alight back to work for me. Check back later today for pics, vids! (Final Update: 5219 @11:09pm PT) Its done. Its finally done! I had to trim both plants with my own two hands! So Exhausting, yet so rewarding. So above are several videos of the weighing. Grand total for Big Lemon is 14oz of prime top shelf nugs, and about 3oz of nice popcorn/LARF (they are separated as shown above in a video. Forgive me for not throwing it all together to weigh it, I spent a long, long, very long time trimming and sorting and canning the buds according to their respective grade/quality. I may add one more update to show their respective weights. Oh and little lemon produced about an 1 1/2 oz of prime nuggets and quite a bit of popcorn/LARF, which I haven't gotten around to weighing yet. So, Grand Grand total of Both Lemon OG Candy (amazing job with this beast of a strain, Philosopher seeds) is about 18.5oz, or 1lb 2.5oz for two plants; 15.6oz of which is entirely made up of top-shelf buds 😎 Damn I love SoCal, I didnt even need to run carbon filters because no one be trippin about a lil stink weed. (Update: smoke review after a week or two of cure) This Lemon OG Candy had an extended veg period, about 4 months maybe a little longer, and I harvested her on day 56 of flower (recommended harvest 60-70 days) because of the size/distance to light and her root-bound problems. We coast on down the mountain. I'm ripen/flushing the 2 small girls this week and letting them finish and taking down the 2nd plant tonight! Day 1 - Stuft 1/2 gallon fabric nursery bags w/FFOF soil then lightly dusted the holes with some GW myco. Got 'em covered (ever so gently) with soil then covered them with humidity domes and put them in the nursery with some other babies. Day 2,3,4 - Just made sure they were kept moist but there's not much happening above ground. (*EDIT*) Day 5 - 2 popped AND 2 DIED (sad trombone...)so I transplanted them into 3-gallon pots and gave 'em some plain old RO. Day 6 - The soil looked a little dry on both of them. Watered the soil until it looked moist the whole way through. Day 7 - To be continued...

So far so good. Got some pre flowers coming in and everything is growing pretty steady. Increased nutrients this week so gonna keep an eye out for anything funky.

Dos semanas de vida para esta plántula, de momento tiene un crecimiento normal, las raíces ya sobresalen por la base buscando sustrato. La semana que viene la trasplanto a una maceta intermedia para continuar desarrollando un potente sistema radicular que me asegure un crecimiento vigoroso durante todo el cultivo. El sustrato del recipiente está especialmente preparado para potenciar el desarrollo radicular, debido a componentes como: Microorganismos sólidos (MMS), Bio Carbón activado con MM, auxinas, micorrizas y la técnica del encapsulado inferior para favorecer el desarrollo vertical de las raíces. Como detecté algún bicho en otra planta aplique diatomeas en polvo, de ahí algunas manchas blancas en las hojas y Neem como foliar, el bicho is dead!! Mantengo húmedo el sustrato con pequeños aportes de nutrientes como: ácidos húmicos, MMA, Miel, Melaza u ormus, el ph lo controlo con vinagre blanco de manzana que ayuda también al enraizamiento, el EC promedio de esta semana es de EC: 0.75. GROWING TIP: Agua!! Mineralizada, viva y estructurada. La importancia de la calidad del agua para el cultivo es vital para mi, he recorrido los manantiales, ríos y arroyos de mi zona con el medidor de EC y el de PH para conocer las aguas que me rodean, recojo siempre que hay oportunidad agua de lluvia de la terraza de un vecino, nunca me falta agua pura, desecho regar con agua del grifo. Para mi, y actualmente, la mejor mezcla de agua que puedo ofrecer a mis plantas es agua de lluvia 75% con otra de un manantial de montaña de agua alcalina (Carbonato cálcico PH: 9.2) y muy mineralizada (EC: 0.85), esta agua yo mismo la consumo regularmente, consigo una mezcla de agua pura con un EC alrededor de 0.19, me garantizo así el aporte de calcio y otros minerales. En épocas donde no llueve uso agua pura de manantiales y arroyos con EC de 0.3. Estas aguas las filtro y almaceno a obscuras en mi casa, la cuestión es que el agua parada pierde oxígeno y también desordena su estructura molecular haciéndola caótica. Para poder recuperar esta estructura y oxigenación el agua debe estar en movimiento como en la naturaleza, yo me ayudo de un agitador magnético para volver a tener agua viva, el agitador crea un vórtice implosivo que en 10 minutos pone las cosas en su sitio y carga de oxígeno nuestra agua, una vez hecho este proceso voy añadiendo los nutrientes uno a uno y sigo agitando hasta el final. El agua tratada con esta técnica, mejora la asimilación de nutrientes, el intercambio catiónico e inunda de oxígeno nuestro sustrato y raíces, también con esta técnica se pueden bajar las concentraciones normales de EC en un 30% y conseguir los mismos resultados, prueba y verás!! Week 2 went smooth... Started to see 5-finger leaves showing so I lowered the lights and turned them almost all the way up. Installed a Co2 Dispersal Canister that should finish out veg. Wish I knew the ppm for the Co2 but I don't. Finna start LST this upcoming week

16/07 - Week 6 of veg and the ladies are looking very happy after their last watering yesterday. I added some nutes for flowering and they are about to reach the scrog net. I will flip in a few days when the Lemon skunk grow hits week 6 as well. 18/07 - Watered with just water phd at 6.8. Gave both of them 1L. One of the plants had some burnt/curling tips so I increased the light by 5 cm. Three more days until flip. I’m expecting a lot of vertical growth in the next few weeks. 21/07 - I watered the brown pit with 1L of water. The other pot still felt a little heavy so I’ll water it tomorrow.
