December 29 day 15, growth is fine, I will likely top the plant later in the week. Roots are developed enough to remove humidity dome, although I am still running a humidifier. December 30, day 16, topped the Malasana cookies and removed growth at the first node. I am not mainlining as I don't think it would give me an even canopy across the 8sqft growing area this plant will take up. The topping won't give the same symmetry, but with a bit of training I will end up with an even, wide canopy. I removed the branches from the first node as I would have to end up removing a lot of that growth. In my experience those first branches never fill in as much anyways. December 31 day 17, recovery from topping going well. Put the humidity dome back on to keep the VPD at around .8kPa. January 2 day 19, despite the large pot causing a bit of overwatering leaf droop the Malasana cookies continues to recover well. I am done with the humidity dome after waffling back and forth quite a bit. I posted an image in more natural light to so that the leaves are a healthy green. Just that edge curling that will work itself out when the plant grows into its big container. January 4 day 21, growth is taking off as it should at this age. Its still going to be a long veg to get an 8sqft flowering size. Recovery from the topping is good, and new leaves are healthier with less clawing. I applied LST with plant ties to get growth to head toward my plant training frame (atlas plant trainer).

Welcome back in the 8th week of flowering with Dutch Passion’s Brooklyn Sunrise. The one in the front is ripening good, buds are rock solid and covered in trichomes, such a beauty. The smell is surprising, in the first weeks flowering she had more of a diesel kind of smell but it turned its self totally around, the smell reminds me of sour candy, an extremely sweet smell which I didn’t expect but its even better than I expected. Last Sunday I gave the one in the front her the last bits of nutrients, so this week is flushing till Sunday, Sunday will be harvest day!! I noticed that since last weeks some leaves and buds are turning purple, I didn’t even know these have purple in them as well of all the journals that I checked out to see what was up with this strain and what to expect, not a single one had purple in them so I guess I have had a different pheno. Such a beauty to see with all the colors. Cant wait to have a taste! After the one in the front is cut down ill let the other 2 stay in there with the other 2 Cookies for at least 1 week maybe 2 but im not sure. My next grow will take place first or second week of December, in the meantime I will chooce a new strain to grow and prepare the next grow. This time I will perfom my first real ScrOG and combine it with the airdome underneath my pot (they say you can improves your yield by 20-30%). i really love the canopy.... still a few days to wait before switch to 12/12

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week. This week went well for the Glueberry Auto OG. She started stretching and grew from 15 to 26 inches this week. I did start to transition her to flower nutrients today, and I am now feeding her silica, cal mag, and half veg and half flower nutrients. I will switch to 75% flower and 25% vegetative nutes next week and then to all flower the following week. I do not wish to totally cut off the veg nutrients yet, as I am fine with her growing another 12 inches or so, but not much more as this light is extremely powerful. I am running the Medic Grow Spectrum X in V1 (blue veg spectrum) and have cranked it up to 100% this week. I am running the UV/IR bars for approximately 75 minutes each day at the end of light cycle just prior to lights off. I will be transitioning to the F1 (red flower spectrum) as well as increasing the amount of UV/IR the ladies are exposed to. After approximately a week of feeding fully Flower Nutrients, I will also utilize a bloom booster (PK Booster) for the final couple of weeks before flushing her for approximately 5 days before harvest. Not much to do this week except keep the reservoir clean, full, and in the proper PH range. If any colas get crazy higher than the others I will correct, but other than that she can do her thing from here on out. 8th week of flowering! Franky is fading! Or at least some of the strains on Franky are :D. Very interesting to see how it unfolds and how the strain use the nutrients given. Most strains are smelly AF and sticky af. Which makes me really happy :) Now I'm just adding water and letting a bit of flush out every time. Harvest will be soon. Stay tuned for more franky

It took a while but now the Airmovement is improved and the humidity should also be lower. I also hope I didn‘t stress them too much. This are pictures taken on the first day into the fifth week of flowering for closet plant and seventh week of flowering for window plant. I've kept my daily routine of plucking anything that looks as male growth on window plant (After the first plucking session, I can hardly find any nanners). Also had a moment of OCD in which I tried to find all swollen bracts that contained anything similar to a developing seed. I read that plucking baby seeds out is not really helpful, quite the opposite actually. But I really wanted to learn to identify this sort of growth. I did find quite a few of them (and I'm pretty sure I caused some damage to the buds), but I still think that the plant will yield a decent harvest for my expectations. If anything, it's been a great learning experience. Closet plant doesn't seem to be pollinated at all (I mist the air around both plants quite often to prevent this) , and its growth continues to amaze me. I think it's yield will probably double WP's harvest. This week I dropped window plant's feeding. Giving it Bloom mix that's got way less nutrients. And starting on friday of this same week I'll start flushing the roots (this will continue for it's last 10 days). I'm super excited about this last weeks for both plants. Next will be window plant's last week of life!! Harvest is so close! I think I'll actually miss them.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness. Very good yield! 3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke. Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!
