My first Black Jack I just simply LST the main stem and that was about it for training grew to 15" after 12 weeks. This girl is already 15.5" and still getting taller, the bud sites are just way better and should fill in great, excited! Cheers 😎💪

So, I threw out Fruit Diesel and Bruce Banner because of insufficient development. I still made a mistake, it is better to plant 4 plants under such a lamp, but not 6. I installed a dehumidifier, the humidity reaches 60% - no more. All the same, in a hot climate air conditioning to reduce humidity is not possible.

Oct 26, 2019 Orange Juice (1) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (30% Indica/70% Sativa) (63-70 days) Blueberry Headband (2) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (70% Indica/30% Sativa) (65-70 days) Cheese (1) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (60% Indica/40% Sativa) (50-60 days) Several issues have been corrected in the last 48 hours. Also, a new LST technique I’m trying. First, am PHing everything. The RO water that I use is 7 or above. Not ideal and has caused some nutrient lockout. Second, lowered the light Much closer. At 100% power, my light is best for veg at 24” and for flower at 18”. The light was at around 36” or more from the canopy. Third, I put a weakass fan drawing air down a 2 1/2“ pipe from the top of the grow closet to about 6-8” above the floor. Meant to recycle some of the warm air. Have seen instant results. It is actually easier keeping the environment consistent. My overnight temp is now 20-22C and daytime is 27-25C. Only a 5 degree difference. Have started making tea from Gaia fertilizer, seaweed extract, Epsom salts and Molasses. PH 6.2-6.8. Feeding every second watering.

First feeding on day 8. I will be watering with nutes and plain PH's tap water every other watering as required by the dryness of the soilless mix. Watering until about 10% runoff each time. Current lighting: mix of LED & CFL- total wattage 71 watts.

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. Just plain forgot to report last week. Things are looking good in here this year. I've seen some light thrips damage in here, but no spider mites yet. 🤞 They can blow in through the roof vents and cause problems some years. Going to flush starting next week. Will try to get 4 good flushes in before the harvest at around 10 weeks. I've got 5 plants of Mac and Crack to go in their places in a month's time to flower under natural light. Smells great in here. Tropical Skunk with some citrus and mango hints. Yum. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Flowering day 2: For a new strain i am so impressed with her growth. She has performed great to this stage. Her flowers are forming amazingly quickly and she is taking the quadlining very seriously. All her shoots are looking able.to bear good sized buds and her secondary ones are fighting to get to the canopy top. This early on and needing a clearout of the small pointless growth , i feel she will be a great yielder of some dense nugs. Have green days folks.

10/7 - Mother is thriving in the flower tent - this weeks update is on the clones - currently running 14 healthy cuttings in 1 gallon pots - medium charged with Worm Castings + Dry myco+ - currently running in a 2xw with a 150W light at 95% intensity - VPD 1%.

3 months in looking good, just letting her rest up after defol and lst and feeding.

Trichomes were mostly cloudy with a touch of amber, and the aroma at chop was loud — sweet, citrusy, and greasy, filling the room instantly 🍊🔥 After harvest, the plant was air-dried for ~5 days at 16–19 °C, keeping conditions cool to preserve terpenes and trichome heads. Instead of a full flower cure, I chose to process the harvest into Bubble Hash, focusing on resin quality and terpene retention ❄️🌿 The wash went very clean — trichome heads separated well, showing strong resin production despite earlier challenges during the run. Smell stayed fresh and powerful throughout the process, confirming the effectiveness of the environment control and flush. This grow was a big learning experience. From training in veg, managing powdery mildew in early flower, switching to RO water, and finishing with Flawless Finish, everything contributed to a clean and satisfying result. Ending with one plant proved that quality and consistency matter more than numbers 👑 Overall, very happy with the outcome — solid resin, loud terps, and valuable lessons gained for the next run. Another week just passed. I have reduced the main flowering nutrient by 1ml, because I’ve introduced Plagron Green Sensation as an additional flowering nutrient. This thing increases your yield incredibly! If you start looking at bud formations starting this week, you will notice significant changes.

This girl took very well to LST and defoliating. Didn’t notice any sort of stunting from the defoliating, she chugged on as if nothing happened to her.

Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.
