This week was an absolute scorcher with daytime temps in the low 30C, but we had no rain so I had to water more frequently. Seen a lovely burst of growth after last week's nutrients. Decided to bend and secure today to learn new technique. I'm fairly happy with the results. Think I might need to book up a scrog net worth all my girls after this training.

FLOWERS!!!! As expected, the solocup grow made leaps and bounds this week! Flower is upon us!!!! This little girl is beautiful! Heavy stalk, and beautiful flowers! Really looking forward to the end results here! Still no nutes, but I will absolutely be introducing nutes this week! I will see how hard I can push this girl! To the MAX! I changed my light schedule this week to 20/4 from 18/6. Our outdoor Temps are getring lower here in the midwest, and my indoor Temps reflect that. So, more light, means more growth! Also introduced a small amount of low stress training. I will not do much to her since I topped her, just moving bud sites slightly to gather more light. Grow on grow pals!

Day 114 the northern lights is blooming I increase the lighting 10 hours but gave it a bunch of nutrients. Probably gonna flush, I don’t really know, plants been taking a lil bit of time now *update I have some of the sugar leaves and some fan tips looking burnt not terrible but also I used to spray water but with all the fans, my the moisture dries in the leaves leaving a white water stain almost, so I stopped that and the tips had at one point produce a white ball ish thing at the end of the fan leaves I hope someone may have dealt with something like this if not it ain’t to bad I don’t thing

G13 is doing really good under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, with the Athena blended line nutrition. I did a solution change a few days back. As I was concerned I was running too strong too soon then. I also added a little blackstrap molasses to solution today. Was about a tablespoon worth I added. The colas are starting to bulk, and I have been doing a selective defoliation when needed. She is drinking a lot, and eating good. I also added a little more pk to solution. So hopefully she takes it good, and bulks the best she can. Hey! Welcome to my next grow. Decided to give autos a swerve for a while for a few reasons. I've had a bad run of germination from my last few attempts. Also some of the plants I have been growing have flowered far too early which would be a huge waste of valuable tent space. Big shoutout and thank you to the team at RQS. James contacted me and asked if I could run one of their strains in my setup. I'm a big big fan of blueberry strains so decided to give the Haze Berry a go! James sent me 5 seeds out along with a sweet box of goodies. To my delight all 5 seeds have germinated in water so all 5 are now in the tent. Seeds in soil today (11.02.19). They will undergo the full Ice Cream Parlour experience meaning topped at the 3rd node. Supplemented with 1200ppm co2. LST and Scrog under the usual Maxibright 315w laps and an extra LED to boost them along mid flower. Keep checking back for updates. I'll be giving this strain my complete attention aiming for a big yeild and quality buds. Update - I put seeds into water on 8.02.19. Moved the sprouted seeds to 20 litre pots on 11.02.19. Now 13.02.19 they have broken the surface of the coco and showing their cotyledons. I will start supplementing 1200ppm Co2 from tomorrow.

Week 3 (27-11 to 3-12) What's good everyone? We started this week off with removing the 2 bottom shoots. The next day Santa came early 😁 Got 2 new clip fans and the AC5 Power strip from Spider Farmer. The power strip has 5 outlets you can control in the app, they can be turned on based on a time cycle, humidity or temps. It comes with a sensor that monitors light, temperature, and humidity. And a soil sensor that monitors soil moisture (VWC), temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC). It also has a light adapter to connect 2 lights, that can be controlled in the app aswell. The app shows the current VPD, i try to keep this around 1.0. In the middle of the week we topped her aswell. The next day we increased the light intensity from 30% to 35%. LUX: 13.000/13.500 to LUX: 15.000/15.500 This week's growing conditions were 17.9°C to 22.4°C with a humidity of 55.5% to 67.6% and watered 2 times with 0.5L. See you next week!

The humidity is loco…the heavy rain continues. My stem is drying out…I’m not sure what is causing it All insights are welcome.

Originally the right plant was stunted and I was concerned that topping it would stress it too much. As such, the left plant was topped during early veg but the right plant was never topped and it shows. The main cola on the right plant gets more ppfd (around 1000) than the left plant so I’ve been bending it down once or twice a day so that maybe the left canopy can catch up. Are there any other techniques I can do to my plant (2nd week of flower) to allow the canopies for each plant to be equal? Last week I did a very light dose of bloom and they responded very well. I will continue to supplement lightly until the sohum soil prepackaged nutrients run out. I would imagine it will be any week now that it’s depleted? I am very happy with the grow so far since it’s my first ever real attempt. Other than the right plant getting shocked from the living soul or overwatering the grow has been going great! I can see baby buds and pistils forming! 😀 So excited for the day I can open the tent and get bombarded by the smell of the buds.

Week 4 transplanting 2 today

OMG, so much has happened since my last post, this is way overdue. My soil went totally hydrophobic, my PH pen was outta calibration so my soil ph was way of, combined with another gnat infestation. Things are much better know. the gnats are gone, transplanted into larger pots with newly bought soil, changed lighting to 18/6, vegged for a couple more weeks . One plant showed full male pollen sacs and one had suspicious looking male pre-flowers so I culled both. The last 2 showed what I think look like female pre-flowers. I just flipped lights to 12/12 on 4/4 so hopefully I have 2 females, started weaving thru scrog net, canopy looks fairly even, plants due look super healthy aside from couple tips have a bit of yellow But thats from early veg when I had the lights a tad too close. Wish me luck ;).

These girls are exploding with growth.im going to kinda let her go for the week with some tucking then probably defoliate the bushier two.there are definetly a couple pheno types here.2 tall and 2 short a bushy.i cant wait to see how these girls turn out.i can tell a huge difference since I switched back to soil.i used fox farm soil.my plants love it.
