Finally warmer sunny days plants are loving it.

Sunday 05-06-2022 Plants chugging along. Supplemented feed yesterday with Recharge. Trying powdered nutrients this week with a relatively high P fertiliser. Trichomes popping up on Plant #2. This grow is different from Test Grow #2, during early development of the grow there was substantial rainfall, the plants are significantly bigger and developing more slowly. Apart from the rain, I suspect that has to do with the fact my previous grow started and ended in short days (less than 12 hours light). This grow is experiencing increasing light, with daylight now 13+ hours.

Today she was given 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her half through her drip pan (bottom chuggin), the remainder trough the medium. I also gave her pot a 1/4 turn. 9/29- Yesterday I didn't water her, only turned her pot and checked her over... Wow! She's really ramping up the trichomes making her flowers look like their sugar coated! 🤩 I watered her today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉. The molasses will give the microbial colony some additional food as well as supplying micro-nutrients to the plant. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Her flowering continues to impress me with her trichome production covering her flowers with 'frost' she's a sight for sore eye's! 😍 The end of next week will be the beginning of her wrapping up with the 'Finish Line' approaching by Week 9, but it will all depend on when she tells me that she's ready to go! 10/3- With Week Seven coming to a close we're going into the last 2-3 weeks for this lady and she's right on track, looking like a Rock Star! 🤩 I watered heavy yesterday and added 1 tsp/g of Unsulfured Molasses to the 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. This Strain has been a pleasure to grow. Great structure from beginning to end. I suggest a silica additive and a lot of defoliation at selected times as needed all the way through will help keep this beauty looking like the champion she is. Honestly,I was a little skeptical about all the hype this strain was getting but I clearly understand why now. This strain is a must for anyone that enjoys growing. Very dense purple with hues of a dark orange - red - magenta colored golfball sized buds for the majority of the plant and popcorn sized buds forming at the bottom. All are great quality ! Also Highly recommend Low Stress Training….especially when entering the bloom phase. Love Love Love this strain and there will definitely be more diaries of this strain in my collection in the future.

They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. Outdoors it is ready fairly early, usually around the end of September. The yield is very good. Indoors she has an average yield of 450-650 gr/m². 12/7 Week five and in full flower. Runoff was way high 1400-1700 ppm this accounts for the tiny white tips on new growth. Increased amount to 0.5 gal once a day but may have o go back to twice a day. Still on half/grow half/bloom until the stretch plays out still trying to hit 700ppm of feed without runoff exceeding upper limits so feed alone is running 600ppm to counter the hard water. Once I have a handle on the runoff will up nuets. After some thought and a bit of reading I decided to do this as a root drench and fertilized flush to remove all salts from the pot. 0.5 gal 5.7PH CT Grow AB / Kangaroots /Fish Sh!t with @50% runoff - 950ppm (unadjusted 750ppm adjusted) in / and 1020ppm out. See how things look in 24 hours. 12/12 Feed set to 800ppm still half grow half bloom 12/13 Some pics lights on just getting the hang of it Nuets now just the Coco Tek half grow half bloom 800-ish ppm 15% runoff 2.5 quarts 5.9PH at lights on

I was finally able to sex them all. 1 Male/Hermie, and the rest have beautiful white pistles forming. They are starting to go through a stretch now as well. I also ordered some more grow lights 3 Mars Hydo TS1000's. I can't wait for those to arrive.)

Very Nice looking and good Smelling Plant. Buds after Trim are medium dense but very tasty. Flavourwise it goes into ripe Berrys with a hint of Citrus and Soapyness in the background. The Plant looks exactly like on the pictures High-Giraffe-Seeds shows on their website. All in all definetly a recommendable Plant to grow.

In the beggining of week 4 of flower the phenos are showing differences. Nanaz x BBC are way toller that the Headbands. Also, Nanaz x BBC #2 has no pistils but it is a female plant. I have that happened before when I grew the Banana Butter Cups S1

Start of week 4 and the plants have stopped stretching so rapidly, expecting them to stop within this next week. Flowering week 3 defoliation last week, removing most of the fan leaves to allow better light and airflow to the bud sites and to concentrate growth. Many trichomes forming, even up onto the fan leaves.
