Sun 8/8: - Changed light cycle from 18/6 to 20/4. - Fed plants, varying mixture by plant age. CBD20:1 is now only on water at every feed. - Tied main stem down on Grapefruit auto (3w). - Set up endoscope camera to capture the Grapefruit response to LST. - Continued lollipopping Strawberry Pie (5w) and Kosher Cake(4w). Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Después de dejar las plantas 1semana más de lo previsto ya estaban perfectas para cortar, una vez cortadas las manicure todas bien, me gusta manicurarlas cuando están acabadas de cortar porque tienen las hojas duras y me resulta más simple y me gusta más el resultado final. Después las tuve secando 2 semanas a 50% humedad. En el curado las pongo en botes de cristal herméticos y con bolsas de curado (Bóveda) que hacen que se mantengan la humedad perfecta sin necesidad de abrir los botes, después de 5 meses de curado ya no pude aguantar más y empecé con esta variedad, el olor cambio totalmente y tiene un sabor complejo a madera con tonos dulces y sabrosos,el humo es bien denso y blanco. Los cogollos están como piedras y con muy poca cantidad se estira muchísimo, en cuanto al efecto de primeras es energizante y dan ganas de hablar pero al poco rato se convierte en un fuerte efecto corporal que te deja en el sofá sin hacer nada aparte de dormir😵.

Added some CO2 to help with photosynthesis while at higher temps. These ladies really blew up at the end of last week and this week! The smell has really starting to be noticeable and pistols / flowers are finally showing! Side note I finally got more seeds to replace the one I lost early on. These ladies are really starting to become a treasure. Ended my LST this week.

Solstice and the photoperiods are right on schedule, unlike my two autos. Made second compost tea as shown in video. September 16, 2021 - Everything is chugging along nicely. Both girls are growing at a nice pace. I noticed a couple of fungus gnats earlier this week (I suspect they came in with the cheap soil I'm using with the herb garden). I've been letting the soil dry out and also put out new yellow sticky tape. I'm also spraying the plants with a rotating regimen of Neem Oil, Dr. Zymes and diluted Peppermint essential oils. I rotate spraying with a different solution every 3 days. I'll keep this up until flowering starts. I'll also be dropping new seeds next weekend. I'm going for a perpetual harvest with 2 plants starting every 4 weeks. 👍 Cya next week!!!

Después de germinadas las semillas, la planta comenzó a crecer rápido. Las hojas espigadas agarraron fuerza. A pesar de ser la misma cepa (las semillas venían juntas en el mismo packaging), una de las dos se disparó en su crecimiento y la otra está algo estancada. Por ahora, las plantas se ven sanas, con un lindo color verde.

Water , then Heavy feed in plans this week, I updated my approx feed plant, just bacterial feed I give once in a week, or in reality approx every 10-11 days .. Constantly spray them with one ml/L of BioHeaven. They get it at least in the morning and most days straight before lights go out. My older plants are almost done, so I have to play with humidity,but never forget BUD ROT !!!! Loads of leaf tucking and small training involved too. Btw, look at plastic pot, all same feed, spray, care, but without humidity dome ... Plant was out, when all other were just dropped into soil ... October 22, 2021 I think they are finally starting to look a little better. I have been pulling off any leaves that were showing too much damage. I'm finally starting to see less damage. I didn't feed any Recharge this week. My Recharge has gotten old and I don't think its working like it should. I contacted Real Growers and they are sending out some replacement Recharge for me. I'll definitely add Recharge back into the feeding schedule once the new bag arrives. I gave Neptunes Harvest Fish and Seaweed at full strength, but only 1/2 gallon to each plant. Then a few days later I watered into the reservoir directly, instead of trying to water through. I purchased a funnel with a flexible hose from one of the local auto part stores and I'm able to place the hose directly into the reservoir. I was honestly shocked how the water from the reservoir was completely wicked up into the soil by the next day. I hope this is the way to make these 3 gallon SIP pots work without overwatering.🙏 Cya next week!

There’s something incredibly old-school and ritualistic about it. Sticky. Greasy. Dark. Aromatic. Almost alive in texture. Very different from the finger hash we’ll later collect during dry trimming sessions. Fresh charas feels softer, oilier, richer, and incredibly expressive terpene-wise. This Skywalker OG produced beautiful charas too. Easy to collect. Very greasy. Very resin-heavy. Exactly the kind of resin that instantly tells you: “This plant is loaded.” ⸻ Full Plant Drying After harvest, we decided once again to dry the plants whole. Entire plant hanging. All of them. We personally love this method because it slows the drying process slightly and helps preserve: * terpenes * moisture balance * aroma complexity * and overall flower quality This first plant will now dry roughly: 7–10 days under: * 18–20°C * ~60% RH Although during the first couple of days we intentionally lower humidity closer to: ~45% RH mainly because these plants are extremely large and dense. And with flowers this thick, we prefer removing the initial excess surface moisture a bit faster to reduce risks of unwanted issues like: * trapped moisture * stagnant humidity pockets * or bud rot After that initial phase, conditions stabilize again for slower drying and proper curing preparation. ⸻ What Comes Next The next reports will continue covering: * the remaining Skywalker OG plants * their individual structures * harvest observations * drying progress * trimming sessions * cure * and eventually full smoke reviews All while still staying within this same harvest week timeline.
