🌸 Week 12 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week has passed, and we are finally reaching the end of this pheno hunt. It has been an exciting journey with plenty of highs, but unfortunately also a few setbacks during the final weeks. 📈 Current observations: Unfortunately, Pheno #1 didn't make it to the finish line. Several buds developed bud rot, and rather than risking further contamination, I decided the best option was to remove and dispose of the entire plant. Pheno #3 never fully recovered after I had to remove multiple main colas earlier in flower because they were growing into the SANlight fixture. That stress significantly reduced its flower production, and in the end it simply wasn't worth keeping until harvest. Pheno #4 and #5 have now been harvested and are hanging to dry. Unfortunately, Pheno #4 accidentally snapped during handling, so I had no choice but to harvest it immediately. Luckily, it was already mature enough for harvest. That leaves Pheno #2 and Pheno #6 as the final two plants still standing in the tent. They are continuing to finish their flowering cycle, and I'm expecting Pheno #2 to be ready for harvest sometime next week. 📊 Current environment: Temperature: 31°C Relative Humidity: 63% VPD: ~1.66 kPa SANlight fixture at maximum height Light intensity: 90% 🌿 Final thoughts: Even though not every phenotype made it to the finish line, that's exactly what a pheno hunt is about. My biggest harvest yet, 385g dry oh my god. Never thought hydro could yield sp much so fast. And fastbuds genetics helping me achieve that. The strain is so potent we smoked a joint 4 people and had to put it out bwcause everyone got so stoned. Wonderful. The Blue Dream is a plant with a very short internodal distance, at least this type that we found is reacting by remaining small, but the brunches are moving forward and I also bend them. Colder months have well and truly came to me here

Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are right on time for a small adjustment in lighting, PH and nutrients. 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) and the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work. Starting at a PH of around 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Cheech is taking nicely to the adjustment in light and nutrients, but CG 1 is looking a little bit too perky. Going to give her 24 hours to adjust. Day 10 - We have finally renamed CG 1. Fellow enthusiasts, meet Venezia. Day 12 - The root systems are clearly visible in the ladies today Day 13 - The ladies are looking well today. Venezia seems to be showing some light signs of heat stress with slight curling of the leaves. The lights are due to be adjusted tomorrow to account for the seedlings growth over the last week.

Kicking ass this cheese went outside and brought back inside

no signs of pests during the grow. only one time i had ants trying to infest one plant but easily got rid of them by using cinnamon around the stem. she grows easy and is fun to train, you don't have to be an expert. in the late flowering i got some budrot in both plants and stalled the harvest by inspecting and cutting it away daily, haven't lost a lot due to it. i would recommend this strain as she is a high trichome producer, big yielder and easy to grow plant that gives nice buds with a good smell and greath high. she is a strain that makes you talkative, giggly and euphoric and is surely gonna give you a good sleep. be sure to go easy on her as she is a strong breed. an amazing strain to grow. she creates colourfull purple buds filled with trichomes that is really good for the chilling occasions, be sure not to have to go somewhere as she will last long and prepare for a joyfull evening with lots of laughing and good talks. i'll post more pictures after the drying process!
