Swapped the whole nutrient solution to a fresh one. Finally getting some more purple and buds are developing fine. Plant uses around 2 liters of water per day. Just took a few more leafs away for deeper light penetration. Smell is intensifying. Ph around 5.6, 1050ppm ———————— Nährstofflösung einmal komplett gegen frische ausgetauscht. Endlich werden die Blüten etwas mehr purple, entwickeln sich generell gut. Die Pflanze verbraucht ungefähr 2 l pro Tag. Same nutes, I'm keeding usually but 1/3 than usage even less.. sweet smell start raising stronger.

23.2.25: I watered with approximately 1.5 ltrs per plant. I mix 6.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. This time, I only added Ecothrive Biosys to the water because I have just top dressed the soil. Adding anything extra right now would probably be overkill and result in toxicity from too many available nutrients. I defoliated minimally mostly Do-sì-dos, Watermelon, and Pink Mist. Due to the scrog net, it's about all I can reach 😅 I've moved the plants to increase space for Gorilla Cookies 🍪 and Bubble

Pics show 1.5 weeks from last post. Really wish I could flip her into flower but still can't. I think she is begging to be flipped. So many pre-flowers. Wonder if pre-flowers in Vegg can get pollinated? This thing might get too big before I can flip. Still growing so fast. Probably because I'm focusing all growth to the mainlined stems. Which are so tall now. Most all leaves are dark. Going to start backing off the nitrogen (FF Grow Big) Also seeing tip burn, as well as edge burn on the leaves. Definitely over feed. The soil is probably caked with salt by now. Stress techniques - - Still super cropping all nodes every other day. See image on how big some of these knots get. All stems are super thick and hefty. Which was a goal of mine. - Defoliation every other day. Taking leaves and new nodes off. Definitely think doing this almost every day is the worst stress its dealing with. - Branch squeezing/tie down. Still noticing heavy scaring or buildup where I have it tied down at the base. Will keep it there to keep seeing what happens. All stems/branches around it have hardened. Also noticing red/purple streaks in areas. Wouldn't say it's the healthiest plant but it sure is a sturdy fast growing one.

Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. My permanent marker plants are looking really interesting! The short and stocky one with the purple leaves is super vibrant. I love that pop of color against the green of the other plants. It's a little different from the taller plant, which has this really cool stacked-up look to it. I'm curious to see if those stacked-up leaves will change color too. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

* Early in the week I spent some time removing smaller fan leaves in the middle of the canopy. My goal has been to allow as much direct light to the bud sites as possible. * I've been working from home a lot more so I have been able to keep the PH on point fairly consistently. * The buds are really starting to fatten up and I've been noticing more hairs turning orange. Probably still at less than 5% overall orange so a long ways to go still. Pineapple Express #1 continues to impress. The buds are getting FAT!!! I can't wait to hold them in my arms. The lower sugar leaves have so much sugar on them that I literally panicked thinking I had a mold problem. On closer inspection is just solid crystals. I added a photo (maybe I'm exaggerating just a tad but see for yourself). Pineapple Express #2 is starting to pick up steam but it is the furthest behind. And I am thinking that might be for a reason if it keeps growing like is has been. I was taking a few leaves off and got to smell the trichomes, and I am telling you this smells like the best fruity pebbles you've ever had. I took 2 clones from her and both are looking great, so this won't be the last of her. Pineapple Skunk is middle of the road. It is further ahead than the others as the orange hairs are probably right at 5-10%. The buds are starting to get fatter and they are full of trichomes. I haven't been able to isolate a smell from her yet but there is a lot of competition in that tiny box. I think this one will yield a little less than the others but there are still many weeks to go so we'll see. Thanks for stopping by!

09/16: Fed 30/70 blend of Veg to Bloom to all the photos. Noticed PM on True OG. Didn't notice yet but my OBW (and some other autos) also had a bad PM infection. Light defoliation and trimming 09/21: More PM found. Again light defoliation and trimming. Aphids also found on some of the autos.

Mixed nutrients today. Last night I added 2 ml of oxy science h202 to 18L of Kamloops City water filtered through our homes water filter, no idea what it does exactly lol. I put an air stone over night and let the water bubble off any chlorine and the rest of the h202, I use microbial mass so I just wanted to sanitize the water but not kill my soil. Mixed in bases first into 21.7 C ph 8.1 Water in the morning. Important not to mix concentrated solutions, I used syringes that I rinsed well between products. I find that with this product you just follow the instructions and it’s pretty awesome results.

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.
