After 7 weeks of slow grow under LED (i had to wait for my flowering room to be free), the first week of CMH. I intend to let them get used to the new light for one week before launching flowering.

🌱 Amnesia Skunk — Grow Recap (from seed to now) Strain: Amnesia Skunk Auto-Flower: 12/12 from seed Current age: Week 7 from seed Flowering reference: Week 3 of flower (by morphology, not calendar) How we got here • From day one, this run was intentional: 12/12 from seed, no veg phase. • Plants established quickly with strong root development and steady internodal spacing. • Early structure showed vigorous lateral branching, typical of Amnesia-leaning genetics. • Transition into flower was smooth — no stall, no stress signals. • By early flower, canopy density increased fast, especially in a full 8×8 room (~27 plants). This is where room logic started to matter more than single-plant logic. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Snapshot (current) • Day temp: ~28 °C • RH: ~65% • EC: ~2.4 • pH: ~6.5 • Height: ~40–80 cm • Lighting: LED (multi-layer canopy + under-canopy) On paper? Some growers panic at 28 °C in flower. In practice? This is where understanding beats numbers. ⸻ 🍃 LED, Leaf Temperature & VPD (the part most skip) Under LED lighting, room temperature ≠ what the plant feels. Unlike HPS, LEDs: • Don’t dump infrared heat • Keep leaf surface temperature 2–4 °C cooler than ambient So when: • Room temp ≈ 28 °C • Leaf temp ≈ 24–26 °C • RH ≈ 65% 👉 Leaf VPD lands right in the comfort zone for early–mid flower. And the plants confirm it: • Deep, relaxed green • No tacoing • No stress-praying • Strong internodes • Uniform nutrient uptake across phenotypes That’s real data. We’re not ignoring numbers — we’re letting plant behavior be the final authority. Stability fixing something that isn’t broken. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — why it was heavier this week Let’s be very clear: This was not aesthetic defoliation. This was functional, room-driven defoliation. Context matters • 🏠 8×8 room • 🌱 ~27 plants • 🌬️ Airflow, humidity pockets, and light penetration scale very differently at this density A single plant might not ask for it — but the room did. Why we defoliated • Improve airflow through a dense canopy • Reduce micro-humidity pockets • Let photons travel into the canopy, not just hit the top • Reset apical dominance • Refocus energy toward flowering sites Yes — it was heavier than initially planned. But: • Genetics are strong • Roots are dialed • Feed is stable • Plants are healthy Healthy plants recover fast. Stressed plants don’t. 5/21/25 beautiful plant. Yellowing is starting. Thinking it may be a magnesium def from using new Nutrients. Took some clones and should be putting her into flower soon 5/22/25 not sure whats going on with her but shes nooot happy at all. Sprayed with spinosad. Top dressed uprising foundation which is a calcium magnesium sulfur and iron amendment. Hoping that may be helpful

-Went out of town for a couple days so I premixed my nutes and showed the girlfriend how to feed the girls. Thank the lord shes on board with my grow lol. This was their last feeding and from now until the end they will only be getting PH'd water. The end is near! -After 24hrs of darkness and cold midget plant still didn't flower, I doubt its a photo because I'm growing photo WWs from cropking and they do not look similar at all. Might switch to 12/12 once these girls are done. -Started flush on day 68

Mm, i feel contant, they both look great in their late flowering. I feel minimum intervention on West Coast OG was better idea, cuz it looks to have more yeld. Californian Snow lost some time in recovery.

End of week 2 flower for both Power Plant xl Main plant 47 cm and one in shared pot 63 cm All plants looking super healthy

Our beauty is now 9 weeks old and is in full bloom, delighting us with her appearance and aroma. Her buds are getting covered in a thick layer of fragrant trichomes, and the air is filled with a pleasant fruity scent—promising a wonderful finish. The climate in the tent remains stable: daytime temperature is 28°C, nighttime drops to 21°C, and humidity is kept at 65%. The light schedule is still 12/12, and we continue using CO2 to support the flowering process. We’re also consistently feeding her with Xpert Nutrients, which provide everything she needs during this critical stage. A huge thank you to Xpert Nutrients for their top-quality fertilizers that drive such vigorous flowering, and to Seeds Mafia for the amazing genetics that gave us this strong and aromatic beauty. We’re eagerly looking forward to the moment she fully ripens and rewards us with a great harvest!

It has been water only this week. The plants have pulled the chlorophyll from the leaves and in turn I have pulled the spent leaves. I will harvest the plants during this next week. The back right plant has finished fully but the front left plant could probably go another 10 days. So 5 more days seems like a fair compromise. These plants come from mix pack auto seeds. I have no idea what they are. However I took lower buds off the plants and put them in my dry herb vaporiser. 100 degrees Celsius to remove the moisture, then I vaped the buds at 180 degrees Celsius. The back right plant smells like grapefruit and tastes like grapefruit with a fizz. It gives me a pleasant stoney effect. The buds feel sticky and gritty on the fingers. I’m calling it a Paloma cocktail. The front left plant smells like orange juice and tastes like orange juice with a creamy finish. It gives me an uplifting energetic effect. The buds also feel sticky and gritty on the fingers, no grease. I’m calling it a OJ crème. The seeds I spotted on the back right plant look fairly immature, so not really an issue. Therefore I recommend the mix pack auto seeds, as they offer good value, especially when picked up at buy 1 get 1 promo time. The biobizz light mix soil in conjunction with bio grow and bio bloom have been super easy to use and have really allowed the genetics to shine. I first used biobizz 6 years ago. I then went down the rabbit hole of amending my own soils and using ferments and teas. Nothing ever stays the same and so can never be replicated. I recommend using biobizz for simplicity and replication of results. So I will chop, dry, cure and report back in a couple of weeks or so, with final dry weight and thoughts.

**EDIT** just an FYI... SmokieMcPot wants NOTHING to do with Seedsman!! Appreciate the response I got from them after replying to one of their spam mailers in dm... lets me know everything I need to know about their company... I'll continue to plug breeders/vendors that I feel deserve the advertising. I won't EVER plug a Seedsman bean! How time flies... Start of week 6 is it?? I feel I've put these girls a week behind, but then again I'm sure they'll bounce back just as hard as they have already. I just keep stressing these bitches out 🤣. so far have ive topped both, supercropped TF out of em (should have tied em down again too), swazz'd (to an autoflower point I guess)... what else can I do to hurt these girls feelings?? I can tell anyone that actually reads all of this I am going to drill their main right before harvest with the 48hr dark period.. Just put the net in today to keep a hold of em for now. Have another to use for when they need support. I plan on scooting this one up a bit as it stretches and branch them out some more. These branches are pretty stick like, so no more bendy bendy to those or snappy snap will occur. Day 35- nothing special that hasn't been mentioned already. Running the GHE wk 1 bloom feed at full strength (1237ppm total). Will continue to adjust strength depending on how much TDS drops in 12/24hrs. May update later with a vid to show how thick the main is. BTW I forgot to set timelapse for day 34, so the carnage and immediate aftermath won't be added to the week unfortunately. Day 36- i accidently farted while working in the closet tonight... i think i may have to burn everything in there now and start from scratch.. it was THAT bad!.. i dont think a million apologies will make up for making these girls inhale THAT, nor flush it out of their systems. damnit!! Day 37- woke up to a puddle in the catch tray!!! couldn't find it so i ripped out the net. didnt really want it in there yet, but was helping with a few branches. ended up being the silicon light protector pad in the back directing splash from the dripper next to it right out a LST hole i drilled in the bucket. easy fix.. RES change tonight. same week 1 bloom medium strength since its the same as week 2 formulation. ended up being 1327 after PH corrections. water started off 300ppm calmag and started using hydroguard again since the h2o2 did the trick a while back and we're in the clear. plants looking awesome, and have another 19 days before another major defol. uploading vid of a new system im working on as a teaser for the next grow... its far from finished... but the final product will be showcased later on. Bigger version of this waterfarm and its upgrades. Plus something a buddy wants me to try, but I'm waiting on the plated titanium mesh to show from China to finish that piece and bring it to show and tell for everyone to see. Day 38- PM RES change due to TDS drop from 1327 to 902 in 24hr. WG starting her droop letting me know. She sure does pump right after a fresh change. Must have went light on my measurements cause I ended up in the 1100's. As long as the ratio is right, that's what matters. I don't know exactly WHAT they're eating, just that they are. Adding anything could risk a lockout. Looks like WG is trying to tell me to back off on the Nitrogen?? Maybe dialing it back a bit on accident worked out for the best.. Mild defol tonight to open up those bud sites. supercropped a few more fresh stretch limbs on GC. Day 39- selective leaf plucking tonight. Bare minimum to keep things opened up. RES change later in their day, tomorrow for me. Will be lowering the nitrogen a hair since 2 or 3 of WG leaves are curled downward at the tip. Will update with the breakdown after the fact. Day 40- WG has been looking hungry since yesterday. Don't blame her cause RES is down from 1100's to mid 7's. Even with topping off with 300ppm calmag'd water around 2.5L a day now. Changed RES before they woke from their nap. Modified week 2 transition GHE "medium". Breakdown as follows: 2 gal calmag'd water - 300ppm Micro - 11.6mL Grow - 11mL Bloom - 14mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1253 @ 5.54. Day 41- WG looking hungry again... RES was already down 200 from its change not even 12hrs ago and down 1.5L. top off, PH adjust. changed RES during their night, right before "sun rise". same modified formula as yesterday. need to bump it up so EC doesnt drop as fast. GC need to pick up the pace, cause i dont want WG getting full on amber by the time GC is done. random plucks here and there to keep things kinda opened up without taking off too much ATM. few leaves on GC showing small brown spots, calmag def?? hmm.. already using 5mL per gallon to get to 300ppm.. *edit* looks like the start of a calcium deficiency. Odd, cause I'm adding 5ml/gal now as per the bottle. Raises ppm from 80 to 300. How much is too much?? Going to try 7mL per gal for a few days and see if we can nip this in the butt. As always. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle.The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. sucks this thing is an auto and not a fast version, I dilute the feed down to 1/2 as the other photoperiods, its in its end of life now and kinda of a waist of space. Got these harvested, and wow oh wow do they smell like dessert. I decided to hang dry these since the weather has been almost perfect conditions. All in all a super easy strain to grow that produces amazing flowers good for either flower or extracts. Happy Growing
