Die Woche ist sehr gut verlaufen, ich habe gestern die überschüssigen sonnensegel entfernt das mehr Licht an die unteren Triebe kommt, die Lampen auf 60cm Entfernung gehalten bei 40 Prozent Licht Leistung. Am Sonntag leite ich die Blüte ein! Bisher super Genetik, nach dem beschneiden kein Wachstums stop null Stress Zeichen, ich bin sehr zufrieden bisher mit Purple City Genetics 😘😊 Schöne Woche euch allen 👾 The week went very well. Nice growth and bud developtment. Hps still doing its thing while im sitting back and relaxing. Got to keep an hawk eye on watering. I feed full strenght going over to full canna so they were transplanted into soil. Clones doing good but the Lemon skunk clone dont feel to good. Lets see what the week will bring.

The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Day 7 of flowering & so far we’re off to a good start. They’ve grown 6” since last week so that’s almost an 1” a day. So far I’m still watering every other day with 1/2 gallon of water each-6.3 ph & that seems to be fine. I might have to start watering everyday here pretty soon though or I’ll have to increase the amount of water I give them each time I water. I’m having fun, I hope they are too.

05/02/2026 This better be the last week. I have her in the dark for the next two days. Hopefully she gives me some color. Or does that work with the light? Readings: pH: 5.74 EC: 604 cm TDS: 430 ppm Temp: 63.3° Readings after a small top off. pH: 5.88 EC: 590 cm TDS: 413 ppm Temp: 64.4° Readings Again: pH: 6.3 EC: 517 TDS: 405 Temp: 62.8° 05/03/2026 Readings: PH: 6.25 EC: 588 cm TDS: 418 ppm Temp: 67.1° So we can see that the warmer the water, the higher the concentration of salts. I just added an ice bottle, but it's still working it's magic. The pH seems to have leveled out too. As for the high concentration of salts, I'm gonna have to repeat flushing again. Well, in this case, I'm going to pull a gallon out and add another gallon and a half or so of plain pHed water. Reason being, I can't get the bottom of the bucket with my water pump. The roots are all in the way. So it's still loaded with nutrients. And now the water is below the roots. I've been doing my best to avoid topping off, but I think I just want to do the swap. Plain Filtered and pHed tap water readings: pH: 6.08 EC: 435 cm TDS: 307 ppm Temp: 65.7° I pHed a gallon of water. Pulled 3 gallons out of the bucket and put 3.5 gallons back in. Perfect top off especially for the last few days of flushing. I should probably check the trichomes. I haven't since I put her in the dark 2 days ago. Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.

Noticed some yellowing tips. I think I need to dial back the nutrients a bit. I increased them last week to see what they could handle. There is a lot more growth than I expected this time and I've let them veg longer than I usually like to but it was necessary to let them recover from my previous mistakes. Tomorrow will be a good day to defoliate and start the flip into flower. If it isn't nutrient burn, then what is causing the yellowing leaves and tips?

I'm doing a little experiment on these plants. The front row I have completely removed all of the families. The remaining plants I'm going to treat as normal and do my normal pruning routine. I've never defoliated these quite so heavily you'll see how the end result looks. Stay tuned!

Que hay de nuevo familia, mis green ak xL están dando sus frutos, no veas que bonitas que se están poniendo, floración algo lenta y variedad difícil de cultivar pero que si sabes realmente merece la pena.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly
