This week was similar to last week. Rain every other day with intense sun. There were no major changes I made I did slide my pots over a few feet to try to catch more sunlight. Mainly just been on scouting duty making sure there are no questionable bugs hanging around. I few thing seem to take a liking to the but seems to be leaving them lone for the most part. One thing I noticed with the autos is that they seemed to adapt a whorled phyllotaxy along with the lemon al that started with 3 from seed. They got their weekly does of boogie brew, but think I will stop feeding after this week.

Fast grow from day 7 till today day 14. I have added a humidifier to help get my RH up cause it was too low. It is still not as good as i would like, but its okay. I started doing some LST and leaf tucking on Day 12 on the biggest plants and those i felt like could benefit from it. Today i lowered my lights so now my MH 600w light is down to 50cm from the canopy and the LED is at 45cm. I also bought a Lux meter (Urceri Cloc – Lux Meter) to measure but im really confused about it after it showed that the LED puts out way more Lux than the 600MH but its supposed to be better at measuring HID light and not catch all the light from the full spectrum LED but still the LED seems to work better. You can judge yourself with the video ill post with this update. The 2 biggest plants is under the 600W bulb though, so there is alot to take in count at this moment. Also i removed one more plant, so now the total is 16 plants and i will continue experimint with the height of the lamps. I would love some feedback 😎 Day 15: I took both lights up to 64cm.. Changed the MH bulb to a Full spectrum Bulb which gives more light to my girls Day 20: posted new pictures, its going good until now, i just wish they were a little bigger but i have many different phenotypes it seems. When they go into flower i may add 400w more hps, but only if they will get big enough

IM so glad I picked up this limited edition strain from ace seeds. She smells like a tropical fruits . Always wanted to try growing a p.c.k strain (Pakistan chitral Kush). Genetics speaks for it self. Buds are slowly fattening up, and getting loaded with resin. I have nothing but big hopes for her. I can wait to try this baby. I think this is going to be some top shelf smoke 💨

Welcome to the jungle! The stretch is on! I’m not going to do a thing while they are in this mode but let them thrive. As soon as they are done I’ll go through and do some leaf stripping so everyone is getting light to their bus sites. I’m still heavy on the nitrogen feeding and starting to add more phosphorus. I’d like to see another 12” of stretch. I’ve been having an issue with the gfci breaker popping when the lights come on and can’t seem to figure that part out other than raising the plug amperage.

Day 59 of flower. Probably gonna chop her this weekend. She looks and smells great! Such an improvement over the first time I grew this (which was my first grow).

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, the RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level I set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches the desired RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always release more water into the air; therefore, the RH% of the tent overnight will increase, as long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential, which will work wonders with mass flow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. Added another 1800w LED (pulls like 250w from the wall) to the 1800w one we already have. Provides a better even spread of light so they aren't all reaching for the middle and they can grow upwards towards the light instead. Raised average temps by a few degrees with still below 80 so its good. Ended up flooding the tent on accident when the water was left on and it drained our reservoir. The plants experienced some nutrient burn probably because of the 4 gallons of nutrient supplemented water they were flooded with. The time lapse will show the flood :P Refilled the reservoir with 5.8 pH'd water with no nutrients to help the nute burn. Did some defoliation and LST. Janice and Rachel were topped. Ended up accidentally snapping one of the lower branches on Monica and just propped it up and its healing well no issues. Have some great before and after pictures of some of the defoliation and growth on the plants. With the defoliation tons of new bud sights are growing well since the light can penetrate better and the addition of the new light helps too. The runt (Pheobe) is still.... runty. basically just gonna use the zkittlez to fill out some empty spaces that the sour grape kush doesn't fill. The sour grape kush is super bushy and is doing noticeably better.

Sorry I only have two pictures today but it really isn't much to see. She's still in half veg half bloom mode. Soon she should be loading up. First week in the substrate is done! 👊🏽🌱 This week I started feeding with Plagron fertilizers and kept the environment around 26–27°C with around 75% humidity. So far everything is going well and the plants are settling nicely into the substrate. Let’s see how they go from here! 🔥

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Coming in a day early and all is well in the tent. She grows roughly a node every two to three days. I literally watch her grow it’s crazy! I defoliated just a little bit and her smell is getting stronger, no pistils yet which means she’s gonna be huge “hopefully”. This is day 36 and I’m expecting to see some pistils by day 45. I won’t change up her nute schedule until I start seeing some pre-flowering only then I will cut back on the Gro and implement some KoolBloom alone with upping the Bloom. I’m excited to see this next week brings!

Things are looking OK, not exactly happy with the growth that I am having at the moment, definitely could have done alot better buy I will only continue to improve!
