Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been a couple changes this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. Just 36 hours after the defoliation she looked fuller than before. Leaves pointing up and out. By how she's doing I'm sure she'll stretch a good bit these next few weeks. Great reaction to the defoliation. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

Good week for this lovely lady. Her color has improved immensely and she's almost caught up in size to the Blueberry. Since they're settled in I took away the support hoops and will pack up the row cover. Yet again I think it did a fabulous job reducing stress from transplanting. I also added in some Calendula plants yesterday afternoon as they make good companions. It's gonna be a straight up partay in this garden bed😜 Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

So I am starting the tiny potter grow for the contest. Hopefully the seed germinates quickly, and grows well. I scuffed the seed as seen in the video. I then placed it in a cup of water. I will be putting the cup of water with seed in it on a Spider Farmer germination Mat with controller. To hold a steady 80°F. When she sprouts I will place her in the grow space. There she will be under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light in my autoflower room. Ac infinity reckons it's not getting above 25c but the thermo pro is reaching 27.5c. Weathers improving outside so may be time to purchase a small ac unit. We just flipped the switch to that 12/12, and these girls already know what time it is – they starting to stretch out like they tryna reach for the stars. We runnin’ that Ape Formula from Advanced Nutrients, got the whole squad dialed in on some next-level s***. Feeding them queens like they royalty, nah mean? We keepin' it real precise with that RO water – pure as it gets, no cap. I ain't lettin' no junk minerals mess up the game. We stayin’ locked on that pH balance like a sniper, so the nutes hit right, and them roots keep drinkin’ smooth. So far, no issues – the plants look strong, real healthy. Ain’t no signs of deficiencies, and the leaves stayin’ green like money. The canopy lookin’ good too, spreadin’ out evenly. All them colas just gettin' ready to explode. You already know, we keepin’ everything low stress, tryin’ to maximize that yield without no drama. Temperature’s steady, humidity right where it need to be – we not takin’ no L’s, bro. These ladies are in full flower and progressing like a dream. The colas on them are chunky to all get out. And to think they've barely begun the flower period is mind blowing to me. I'll go in this week and do a good cleaning taking out some of the crispy leafs on the under canopy. Over all though Happy Growing.

The flowers are smelling great and just fattening, chopped a branch of LSD off the bottom and quick dried it in my food dehydrator at 165* for 45 mins then flip the nug and 45 more minutes, gives you a bowl ready nug that burns smooth and tastes great. For emergency use only though I'm sure it's not great for the material lol.

Our Do si Dos F1 Hybrid Autoflowering from Zamnesia are in great shape at the moment, they had a bit of a hesitant start but now they are in line or even better than others. They have done so well this last week (I love when they start like a rocket after having fueled up with fertilizers) that we have already reached the good internode for topping autoflowering plants which if you want to do it guys it should be anticipated as much as possible as I explain below. The other one will fly away straight to preserve the main cola which is the main dilemma of topping. The first question you have to ask yourself when topping is, Are you ready to give up the main cola? Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens when applying topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants go into flowering at about the 5th intenod, you have to anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good lateral branches you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very beautiful results, especially in warm periods in which the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure. So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches. On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks too much.
