Hey, Growmies checking in with my weekly update on my Green Crack girls. Since my last update I've started giving them their flowering nutrients and cut down on the others,also completely cleaned up the bottom and defoliated a lot of the fan leaves. The smell is already getting a lot stronger in the Tent and they are in full blown flowering stage and working hard to start making them buds.

Hello Diary, The first week of vegetation is over. I am very happy with how the plants are progressing. I'm sorry that not all three sprouted, for the first time I will have two plants on the "Farm". I started shoot a video every week so that everyone who is interested in this strain will be able to better follow the development and progress. The conditions at the "Farm" are good, although I would like the temperature to be a little higher, the humidity in the air is around 65% thanks to the humidifier. Until now, I always had the lights on 24 hours during the vegetation phase, and then when they start to flower, I would change it to 18/6. This time I put 20/4 from the first day of vegetation and I plan to do so until the end of flowering. I took pictures on the first and last day of the first week, just to see the difference in a week. Here's a quick recap of the week. 25/01/2023. - Day 1. Officially the first day of vegetation. When the plant sprouts, I wait for it to get at least 4 real leaves until the actual vegetation begins. After taking the photos, I watered the plants with clean water, I only lowered the pH. to 6.0 considering that tap water is around 7.5 pH. I gave each plant about 1 liter of water. Temp./Humi. - 22.1 degrees/65% Medusa F1 #1 - 4 cm Medusa F1 #2 - 3.5 cm 31/01/2023. - Day 7. End of the first week of vegetation. I also watered the plants after taking the photos. Considering the increased humidity inside the grow-box, I noticed that they don't ask for too much water. Temp./Humi. - 22.5 degrees/68% Medusa F1 #1 - 8.5 cm Medusa F1 #2 - 7 cm That's all for this week. See you next week.

So this week i harvested the orangesherbert so sticky and stinks of orange, 50grams dry of 🔥 bud. Curing in a big jar at 21 degrees and humidity of 60% dark cool cupboard. Watermelon zkitles is bouncing back, the runts is doing amazing with the lst and leaf tucking. I had to kill the purplelemonade due to it herming on me I dont have space for that so I'm going to run a ethos genetics seed in its place.

Training > topping, defoliation, and LST, using a cage for the first time, liked a lot to model a even canopy. Girls wore grown in 15l fabric pots, I choose a higher pot so is not wide, my idea was to grow three, felt that 25l pots still ideal, the girls net bigger and have more room for the roots. She was constant feed > Watering 1 = Base Nutes + Recharge . > Watering 2 = Boosters. > Preventive Cal Mag every 15days +- . Based on my feeling, and the leafs color I released some nutes or added so this is just an Idea on my schedule, no expressive or relevant burning. — — — Besides my LED fail everything went on point, flawless, they grew well and fast, weight was less than I expected, but for free beans is ok, can’t expect anything. For those looking for a Sativa dominant Hybrid this is a good strain to give a go, vigorous and easy to grow. She was not fully flushed because i did not wanted to risk, though the final product ended smooth as the BB. I’m a Heavy indica guy, so this is not the best choice for me, though the high is balanced and good for social events and gatherings so you don’t feel sleepy. So i did heavy defoliation for light penetration and extra stretch in the middle of the crown. Took one graft and grafted on pretty abused multistrain Mother plant . Remove branches and did lollipoping. Everything under last 3/rd of crown. Giving more space for roots in 30L bucket. Also. I refilled 10L from 15L thru the week. Start at 6,0Ph and 1,8EC fed twice with same solution. Today Ph 6,7 and 1,4EC. Sne will be moved to bigger bucket and i Mix the old solution with New water and season it to 5,7Ph and 2,0EC with a plagron hydro A/B, hydro roots and pinch of great white mycco. She is 40cm wide and 25cm tall. I will pack her next saturday under the scrog net and switch her in bloom. 35cm light distance 900ppfd. For first two weeks to get mid stretch. At least 15cm vertically. 25 at most. Because of light penetration. I want 30 buds. Maybe using second scrog net is a good idea. With different eye sizes. To separate buds correctly. I will add more fotos of New bucket later. Its saturday valentines Day.

Hey everyone! Another week down for the Mental Rainbows, and the two that have always shown that extra gear have absolutely exploded in terms of height and volume. What excites me most is that their stems have thickened up proportionally. They look invincible and ready to produce some seriously impressive colas. The other two, the ones that struggled from the very beginning, simply haven't kept pace. They're in good health overall, no complaints there, but they haven't grown like their sisters and inside the box they're clearly the underdogs. It is what it is. On the feeding side, EC has been nudged up by 0.1 as runoff was consistently reading below input values. On the environmental front, VPD is still something I'm actively managing as humidity keeps climbing beyond what the dehumidifier can handle alone. If it stays above 65% heading into the final weeks, a second unit will be joining the setup to protect bud quality and density at harvest. First pistils have started showing up, so bud formation is officially underway and Big Bud is now part of the stack to support it. Can't wait to update you all next week. Welcome back to my humidity hell. I just can't set the humidity down to where I want it. I did some more defoliation this week. Perhaps that will help the humidity a bit. These girls grew a bit bigger than I expected, and this may be contributing to my high humidity numbers. Other that that, these girls are stacking up nicely! They continue to have no problems and look healthy!

Today with start of week 5 we are introducing Overdrive into the regime and cutting down Amino Treatment as stems don’t need any more juice Last photo update of week 5 uploaded so enjoy the view 😍 - cruise mode on. Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the other @SweetSeeds Dark Devil Auto and the Purple Lemonade from @FastBuds. I think the Red Poison might have been the first one I noticed to flip but at least this one will be quick. More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Red Poison Auto is going strong other wise, keeping the LST basic to see if I can still get the screen in the tent but it wouldn't be practical at this point. I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. Just like the Dark Devil in my other Sweet Seeds diary, there is a solid smell on the fingers after adjusting it/when the fan hit it just right 😍 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures.
