I was pleasantly surprised by the yield from these 2. Plant #1 (back left this grow) yielded a whopping 4.79 ounces, my 2nd biggest producer this grow! #2 yielded 3.57 ounces, which while the lowest of the 4, is still an extremely respectable yield for a single plant in a 4 plant tent! Especially one that received as little attention as this one did. #2 remained resilient the entire grow, however due to the placement of my tent received the least amount of attention/defoliation, which is consistent with its yield. #1 was more easily accessible, and while it did have cal mag & ph issues early on, still received significant defoliation and care, hence the larger yield. Overall very happy with this strain, I have 3 of these seeds on hand, so there’s a good chance you’ll see another Critical Orange Punch diary from me in the future! Upped the nutrient levels a little this week and she is starting to show crystals on the leafs :)

My plant grew great I over don’t my veg and auto room with having way to many plants she was kinda left in the corner most of her growing life I am very happy with what she did to say I never had to do a lot basically thanks rqs for the chance .. all my other autos using rqs have a lot more space so they can actually breath

By the end of week 14, the plants are plump, healthy, and vibrant green. In the hydroponic setup, I managed to develop 8 strong main colas without ever having to pinch them back. I removed the ScrOG net and spread the tops apart by hand. I also cleared away any wilting lower leaves that could have invited mold. The buds are now densely coated in trichomes, and the scent is intense—the carbon filter is handling it well. Both plants have been under a 400W HPS lamp for about a week, as autumn has arrived and the balcony gets quite cold at night; with the 240W LED, the tent temperature was dropping to 14°C (57°F) overnight. Now, it’s 27°C (81°F) during the day and 20°C (68°F) at night—conditions that promote excellent bud development. The hydroponic plant is consuming 1–2 liters of nutrient solution per day, while the plant in coco coir—on an automated irrigation system—is taking in about 0.5–1 liter daily. The plants are responding well to the "Snoop’s" flowering nutrients for coco coir, dosed at 3 ml/L. I plan to continue feeding them for another week or two before switching to plain water. The roots look great—their color is a good sign of health.

Looking ok stretched alot so had to add some caines to support the buds. Done quite alot of defolatin as ther were just many leaves covering bud sites and only using 1 600w so have spaced closer together for more light. Still feeding them doff tomatoe feed and had no signs stress. Goin to add some pk next feed.Had some fkin heat so plants have alittle heat burn so had to higher light alittle also alittle wind burn Owell updates to follow

Yeah I have already written a review about it in my previous diary. It is really strong not a day time smoke... It makes you really high. The plant is very very stinky when you cut so close all the doors and windows!!!!!! Last 2 pictures in the jar was aken after 4 days of the harvest. The harvest day it was 171g and after 4 days 80g. It needs to be cured. After 6 days its weight 51g. The last 6 pictures show the flower after 3 weeks of curing. The best thing in this smoke that it doesn't have that strong smell at all almost nothing but the effect is in :) All the plants grow at least 40-50 cm but it can grow over 100cm as well if you let it. 4 weeks later : I decided to make some cannabutter. Update: Fucking hell I have never tried brownie or tea like this and also I have never been so high. I put one tsp into my tea and felt nothing so decided to repeat with 3 tsp. I went to take a nap and when I woke up I couldn't see I was so fucking high for several hours. Uhhh was great tho.😂✌️✌️ Last 10 pictures: This is what left after almost 3 months of harvest I smoked and cooked it.

Week 14: Northern Lights Sisters Update The Northern Lights sisters are progressing beautifully into their flowering stage. Charlotte, the tall phenotype, continues to hold a strong Christmas tree structure, while Makayla, the low-profile phenotype, remains compact with dense bud development. The buds on both plants are thickening up nicely, and the pistils are beginning to show that classic change in appearance as they mature. The overall health of both plants is strong, and I am closely monitoring the bud development on both the main colas and the lower sites to ensure they continue to fill out as expected for this stage of the cycle. I'm excited to put my new digital microscope to use for a more granular view of their progress as they move further into the final phases of flowering. Everything is looking steady and on track.

Day 56 The plant is looking very healthy and vigorous at this stage of flowering. The canopy is completely filled out under the SCROG net, and the structure is well maintained, allowing all the main colas to receive even light exposure. Bud development has really accelerated over the past week; the flowers are stacking nicely and the buds are noticeably denser than before. There is a visible increase in trichome production, with sugar leaves already showing a heavy coating of resin. The aroma is becoming stronger and more complex, with a noticeable sweet and earthy scent whenever the tent is opened. The leaves are a deep green color, indicating that nutrient levels are well balanced at the moment. There are no visible signs of major deficiencies or toxicity, although some of the older fan leaves at the bottom are starting to fade slightly, which is normal for this stage of flowering. The plant appears to be focusing its energy on bud production rather than vegetative growth, which is exactly what I want right now. Pistils are still mostly white, but some are beginning to turn orange, which suggests the plant is approaching its final weeks

One week difference is crazy! The buds are getting dense..some frost sprinkled here and there..and I’m smelling aromas of skunk and quite literally sour skittles..which is my favorite candy…so I was in disbelief when the Runtz was giving off that exact smell! Sweet & Sour mmm!

Understanding beats numbers. ⸻ 🍃 LED, Leaf Temperature & VPD (Why 28°C Is Not “Too Hot”) Under LED: • No infrared radiation blast like HPS • Leaf surface temp typically 2–4°C cooler than room So: • Room ≈ 28°C • Leaf ≈ 24–26°C • RH ≈ 65% 👉 Leaf VPD sits beautifully in early–mid flower range. And the plants confirm it: • Deep green tone • No tacoing • No stress curl • No clawing • Strong praying posture • Internode stacking consistent The leaves are not just “nice.” They are metabolically comfortable. ⸻ 🌿 Defoliation — What Actually Happened I didn’t trim for aesthetics. I reset the architecture. From the timeline photos: Before: • Dense interior • Lower growth competing • Air pockets blocked • Light penetration limited After: • Clear lower third (true lollipop) • Secondary branches prioritized • Top energy redirected upward • Under-canopy airflow massively improved And the removed leaf pile? That tells the story of biomass management, not plant stress. Very important: The structure after defoliation still looks balanced — not skeletal. That means you removed intelligently, not emotionally. ⸻ 🔩 Clip Removal — The Branch Memory Effect Now let’s talk about something many growers don’t understand. When you use clips or branch spreaders: • You temporarily manipulate auxin distribution • You redirect apical dominance • You force lateral exposure Once removed? The plant reacts in 24–72 hours. From your timeline screenshots: • Branches begin to arc upward • Nodes reorient toward light • Vertical dominance partially reasserts • But structure remains widened This is perfect timing to remove clips: Week 2 flower stretch phase. Why? Because now: • The branch has lignified enough to hold structure • The stretch will “lock in” the new angles • You avoid late-flower snapping risk You can already see: The tops are reclaiming verticality while keeping spacing. That is textbook. ⸻ 🌱 The Burned Leaves (Under-Canopy Lighting) I saw the small localized tip burns. Important observations: • Not systemic • Not progressing • Mostly lower / under-canopy exposure • Slight edge crisping from proximity to under-light This is photonic intensity + proximity — not nutrient burn. Your EC at 2.9 is high compared to your other girls, yes. But here’s the key: They are eating it. Signs of overfeeding would show as: • Uniform tip burn across canopy • Dark clawing • Slowed growth • Salt buildup symptoms You have none of that. Instead: • Vigorous stretch • Praying posture • Uniform leaf tone So the EC is higher because: This phenotype is demanding more during stretch. That’s not excess. That’s appetite. ⸻ 🚀 The Stretch Now let’s talk genetics. Week 2 flower is just the beginning for these. Expect: • 1.5–2x final stretch potential • Continued vertical gain next 10–14 days • Later pistil stacking compared to indica-leaners And yes — i may need to raise the LEDs. At 60 cm now? They are not done. The fact they are praying constantly tells me: They want more light — not less. But we watch: If distance drops too much, you’ll see leaf flattening before tacoing. Got an ounce from her. Not too much as far as yield but the dense bud structure and purple hues made it all worth while. Pressing it for rosin and it is perfect.

02.03.21 Anfang der 7 vegi Woche habe heute wieder einmal alles runter gebogen was ging und entblättert hab ja noch knapp 4 Wochen Zeit bis ich den Zyklus wechsle das scrog netz is bis jetzt nur zur Zierde drauf um abzuschätzen wie viel platz ich noch habe um das ganze rechtzeitig ein zu weben und trotzdem noch genug Luft zwischen Topf und netzt zu bekommen

Hi ho ihr growmies! Die Woche ist viel Arbeit gewesen ich stehe beinahe täglich knapp 2 Std vorm Zelt und webe die Triebe ein und halte die Blätter unterm netzt hier und da fliegt auch mal ein Blatt raus an Stellen wo einfach viel zu viel Laub aufeinander trifft. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu Berichten sie bekommt immer noch nur Wasser (nicht ph angepasst, aber abgestanden). Es wird langsam voll im netzt daher wird es auch immer komplizierter ein zu weben, habe die Damen absolut unterschätzt vom stretch her ich hoffe das das alles hin haut da ich davon ausgehe das sie sich diese Woche noch stark ausdehnen wird bevor der stretch vorüber geht. Ach ja und bevor ich es vergesse ich guck mal das ich nächste Woche an mehreren Tagen mal Bilder mache hab es diese Woche einfach nicht gepackt euch noch ne schöne Woche. Cu ihr growmies!

Training and defoliation, plus i decided to transplant two bench plants that were chillin in 500ml cups incase smth goes wrong with the rest but nothing went wrong ofc. So i transplanted them into 3 galons and supercropped so at least i get somewhat even tops. Plan is to veg them 7-10 days more and we go into flowering :)
