🌸 Week 4 Flower – RollerCoaster Haze 🌸 The girls are now deep into flower, and they are nothing short of stunning. Both phenos are stretching tall, stacking sites beautifully, and building those early bud formations that promise something special. White hairs are everywhere, and the canopy is vibrant, full of life, and thriving. This week I cleaned the lowers again, focusing energy on the tops. The roots are still showing off their strength, breaking through the soil and proving how powerful this foundation is. You can really see how the balance of soil and feed is driving such healthy growth. 💧 Feeding Recipe (Aptus + Plagron) This week, the nutrition is a beautiful synergy between Aptus and Plagron lines, all dialed in at 1ml/L: • Aptus Regulator • CalMag Boost • Aptus All-in-One Liquid (light, occasional, as soil still has pellets) • Plagron Green Sensation • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Power Buds Solution runs around pH 6.0–6.1, with EC balanced to keep the soil’s natural charge in mind. Grateful to have the homie along on this journey. Moving the seedling tray from the greenhouse to the tent. On May 20th the homie GbaGrow cleared some spaced and welcome the new genetics to their new home. The goal is to between himself and I to identify the females, and created an environment to thrive in cultivation with the Holistic Approach. We will be showcasing various videos same species but in different environments, cultivated by different breeders, same team. week 3 finished up and on to week 4. Lambs breath is doing very well. I LST early to just promote some stem growth which worked. The undergrowth is growing in and i will probably pin it down maybe once and spread the branches from there. Dont want to cause too much stress to the atuo.

Things are going well , almost done 2 weeks of flowering already tops are forming up nicely very excited to see what the future hold in store for me with these 2 lovely ladies I might start training them soon depending on growth so stay tuned for that ! By this time I’ve nearly completely defoliate everything below the net, and all fan leaves have been removed. I’ve stopped tucking them plant under the net as vertical growth seems to have slowed. The buds are fattening up nicely under the AGLEX 2000w cob with a belly full of Remo Nutrients

Last week showed the most progress. Lowered my light to about 22-24” and it just took off from there. The one that was not doing so well has started to show a lot more life this week.

I will be starting the flush a week earlier then I expected these girls are clouding up super fast. The Jack Herer will need another 2 week at the least. But the Tangie and Durban Poison will for sure be done sooner.

Needed to go in big pots will sort that tmro watered late today they will be fine again once in bigger pot these have been on 12/12 for a few days. Will pl out the gavita they need some hear for a week or 2 led lights not powerful enough now for the plant age it's not growing much now fed today water tmro with transplant

The Permanent Markers are finally taking off! They've at least doubled in height since last week. Of course, they're still really small, but it's cool to see them finally getting going. They look healthy and are developing nicely. Well, another year has come and gone. Yesterday was New Year's Eve, and I want to wish all of you a happy and healthy 2025. May this year bring you all the things you've been wishing for. Let's make this the best year yet!

Started the scrog maybe five days ago or so. Gonna let her go for 2 more weeks of scrogging maybe? Depends on how patient or impatient I get. It seems like the cricket may have moved out when I had the door open for maintenance recently. I haven’t seen or heard from it in days. Been giving the plant BuildASoil Quillaja Saponaria Extract Powder 20, BuildASoil Big 6 Micronutrients, Rootwise Mycrobe Complete and BuildAVeg Vegetative Plant Booster. Once I added the Buildaveg the plant issue with the leaves eventually stopped and now she’s starting to look good to my semi trained eyes. Ppfd shows somewhere around 540 ppm according to Photone. Might push it to 600 and hold it there for the rest of veg. Humidity has been a little low for my preference in veg. I like it between .8 - 1.1 in veg but I’ve been hovering closer to 1.2. No big deal really. Who knows how accurate the vivosun probes even are. Someday I’m gonna upgrade to the pulse pro monitor. Looking forward to rest of the grow and especially flower soon!

I know that it may seem like a lot of nutrients at first. It’s not. A lot of those mycorrhizae ingredients are mixed into my soil well before the germinated seed goes into the pot. I make my own mix of soil using some of those ingredients. I like to use the great white mykos because of its powders consistency. Makes it easy for a clean transport from germinated bean to its forever home. For watering, they have been given only plain RO water with a neutral ph. Just yesterday I gave them a little tiny mix of Medusa’s magic, Zeus juice, and Gaia mania. I have used Oregon’s only brand products for a while now and I absolutely love them and better yet, I understand them. They have responded super well already to their first drink of bottled nutes with a ph of 6.3 . I’m keeping a RH between 50 and 60%. I’m also keeping a temp during the day at around 78-81°f. Right now I’m not worried about a night time temp but I do run cooler lights for about 4 hrs every day, dropping to around 70-75°f. Eventually I will add my second light boosting me from 600w too 1200w. Also they will begin a 20-4 hr light cycle. I find these autos do amazing with a little rest for 4 hrs. Allows me to pull more resin and color in later stages of life by dropping the temp lower than usual with the lights off. Week 3 And buds start forming And stretching

- DAY 71 (13/08) I have defoliated most of the burnt leaves. In the evening I sprayed the mix of neem oil (neem oil, water, potassium soap and citric acid). So, I am continuing with the washing of the roots. The plant visibly needs nitrogen, for the next irrigation I will go back to feeding. This time hoping to be able to feed without problems and that the burns on the leaves will not return. The girl is growing out of all proportion. Within the next 2 weeks the hormones that will send her into bloom should be triggered. Everything that I will do relevant in the days of this week I will update it here in Week Comment. I am open to advice, I would be happy if you comment with what you would do in my place. - DAY 75 (17/08) FEEDING So, from now on I will feed with half tap water and half distilled. I removed the lemon juice by replacing it with BioBizz PH Down. The starting water should be less loaded with calcium and potassium now. I irrigated 3 liter of water with: - 1.2 ml Micro - 0.6 ml Grow - 0.6 ml Bloom - DAY 76 (18/08) I sprayed the mix of neem oil (neem oil, water, potassium soap and citric acid). Day/night air temperature on average for this week: Day 28-36 °C. Night 18-24 °C.

Neem oil + B-52 sprayed on leaves last week made them curl down a bit. But she’s feeling good. I think some N is needed (some leaves are about to turn yellow). It’s definitely time to start with NPK nutes! Day 18 update: changed reservoir solution (removed the one with Voodoo Juice, Tarantula, Piranha and Rhino Skin) and added the first NPK nutes. 1ml/L of Connoisseur A+B didn’t trigger the PH Perfect formula in the solution: it decreased the PH a little, but not totally. I had to fix with some PH- from General Hydroponics. With a starting PPM of 130 (tap water), actual PPM in the reservoir is 547. Will see how runoff one changes over next days. Day 19 update: on day 18 I noticed a burned leaf. Today I got a couple more, which means that some overfeeding’s going on. I immediately switched back to tap water with PH 5.8. I don’t know if that’s related to foliar solution of B-52 + Neem oil, or to nutes I gave her for one week (fungi and bacteria + silica). What I understood here is that Silver Haze doesn’t like nutes too much. Will be giving half dosage and not more in the future! Day 21 update: I had some days with just tap water and the baby seems healthier now. Since runoff PPM was 137, I added NPK nutes + B-52 + Voodoo Juice + Rhino Skin back, with dosage of 1/6 of the usual 2ml/L: 21L of reservoir water + a few more liters for eventual evaporation + 7ml of each product instead of 42ml each. New PPM in the reservoir is 234.
