very positive feedback on this strain, requires little attention, the production is incredible as well as the final quality. the buds get fat and very frosty. The taste is very pleasant and besides being a cross with blueberry, the flavor of the strain does not become nauseating, on the contrary, the taste is very sweet, berries and flowers.Dinafem is to be congratulated for this strain from another world. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Everything is going pretty smooth. Twisted helix is still looking rough and the leaves are dying. Other than that everyone is looking happy. Just packing on some trichomes and building some buds. Excited to see what these girls do over the next couple weeks. This sugar cane has the same mutation as the last one. Ovules growing out in the open not protected by a calyx. These ovules shriveled up and pretty much disappeared on the last plant. Didn't notice them in the buds at all.

25/07/18 - watered with 300ml each 24 hours ago giving them their first taste of veg nutes and their responding well so far, I will be upping the dosage later this week. 29/07/18 - everything’s looking alright so far, plant #3 did fall over because of the weight of the leaves but I’ve sorted it all out and it’s back to standing on it’s own two feet. 30/07/18 - I dident feed them from 72hrs and the girl in the middle started to droop so I fed them all 600ml each. 31/07/18- the girl in the middle has perked up abit but all three seem to be not praying 🙏🏻 to the sungod.

I don’t know why I took so long to grow a lemon haze strain, I wanted to do it forever, and it turns out to be a great decision! I love everything about it, the lovely smell, the intense green, the awesomely pleasant feeling of inhaling and the high overall! Great strain!

Still monsterous. Had to bend down more colas during this week!! Crazy plant. She will be so much better when I can spread her out, the amount of flowers on her are simply amazing. I honestly didn't know what fimming her side branches would do, but it looks like it's paid off in spades. A few more weeks to go yet, her trichomes have not developed yet. Anyway, apologies for poor pics this week, they're all getting too big to get in and out the tent without damage. Last week I snapped the main cola on the CBD 😭

My little potential mutant is chugging along, on the new growth now the middle 3rd leaflet is dwarfing and looks to be paling off/dying while it seems to focus only on some leaves! Edit: its definately mutating or something lol iv never seen this before! And the seed was like 3 Times the size of a normal seed 🤣

Absolutely blown away by the new 2025 setup, prev ran 3 tents 😂, switched to AC Ifinity 2,4 x 1,2 single tent, 3 x 150 or 6“ fans. Fans all port outside, 2 exhaust with yet uncoupled carbon filters, 1 inlet with pollen filter. 6-7 air push fans (not all yet on 😂). SpiderFarmer 16L humidifier, inkbird RH control, inkbird heat control, heater, trotek dehumidifier (12L) with drain line and reservoir. Blumat system with RO fed 20L water butt, each pot with 3 long ceramic blumats. Data logger from SensorPush including WiFi hub and 4 sensors. One in cellar room (lung room), one above each plant canopy. Setup logger n sensors and track VPD. System running itself

These big bad buds keep swelling day by day. Just went under 12 hours today. One branch broke partly off, fixed and wired it up.. hoping not to get strong winds.. still thinking about some kind of transparent rain cover.. any ideas? If i had had more space and time, the plants could have been trained so much better! I also feel like i made a pretty good environment, with the good soil and perlite, and the kelp meal and basalt flour - and additional nutrients. I read that organic nutes give better taste and terpenes, and chemical give higher potency. So I’m hoping for the best of both worlds with these buds..
