Turning 12/12 ❤️

Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!

Wow she's doing great this week. Grew another 20cm. Totally out of headroom now. She's going to yield a lot in a few weeks 😎

Hi all grower auto orange bud week 13 she had long veg pase due transplant shock but now she get very big and bushy u feed her 1ml bio grow 4ml bloom 2ml big bud Half ml cal mag with 5 litre water ph every other day The bud top leaf start getting purple so beautiful plant definitely grow her again

Dívky opět dostaly čaj od biotabs. Vařil jsem ho 34 hodin a každé rostlině jsem nalil 500ml tohoto lektvaru. Vůně dívek se dál příjemně rozvíjí a květy pomalu nabírají na objemu 🙂 jsem zvědavý jak toto dopadne.

Pheno #1 is getting fatter and fatter by the day although she is starting to fade out a bit. It’s a shame I had to tie her down because I swear her main cola would have been a foot long 😂She is also sensitive to light and has received slight amounts of burn and bleaching. She is the largest of the three but she has the least amount of resin and terpenes which is a bit unfortunate... She smells earthy, no banana scent or fruit terps like pheno #2. I still have about another 4+ weeks to go so that could easily change but we will see. I will try to be optimistic! Pheno #2 is a frost monster. She is completely covered in resin and trichromes. Her smell is out of this world, definitely has that banana fruity type smell. I don’t think I have smelt another strain quite like this so I’m very excited to see how she continues develop. Pheno #3 is a bit funky. She is stretching and getting bushier but she is extremely slow to flower. She has tons of shoots and bud sites. Almost every popcorn type branch at the very bottom raced to the top of the canopy. I feel like she hasn’t changed in the past couple weeks but maybe that’s just me being impatient. She is developing some interesting deficiencies but only on a couple leaves here and there. She is also somewhat lackluster compared to the other two. In my opinion she is a little dull looking... It’s odd to see how all three pheno’s are expressing different traits regardless of being grown in identical substrates with identical feeding schedules. It’s hard to say if it’s the genetics, substrate or the nutrients but I have a strong feeling it has more to do with the medium not being properly balanced. I normally would never grow with such a light substrate but DP grew theirs in a similar medium so I thought for the first time around I’d try to grow similar to their style. Next round I’m definitely going to switch it up and use the NFG or a custom soil blend I’ve been developing for auto flowers. It should be nice to see how a commercial soil compares to a homemade organic soil tailored for auto flowers. I’ll most likely run that experiment within a month or so once I get my new grow space setup. This week I’m going to lay off the nutrients and feed with some compost teas and microbes instead. In the video you can see my smaller brewing bucket. This is a mini-Microbulator along with an air stone. This allows for maximum dissolved oxygen saturation and also helps with preventing anaerobic spots in the brew. Set up a new space for future grows. 12/17/2021 They are growing well,#1 will be eliminated she is a runt, and way to far behind her sisters in growth, so culling her tomorrow. Ps. #1 sprang back to life! No sign of sex yet but soon I hope, as I was hoping for a short veg. More pics of #2-#8 in a.m. Pretty cool to see plants know when lights going to out, and leaves look lower (drooping) about an hour before light shuts off !. Getting ready for (sleep)? Pics 1-8 at lights on and leaves starting to reach for the sky (waking up) Plants are about 31 days old and should start to show signs of sex.

Growth was much more visible this week. The stock has spouted a small bit and the leaves are starting to gain some length

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

4/7 Day 31 (AM) - Things have been going relatively well over the last several days, with the exception of the one plant that has been unhappy throughout the grow. I did some light pruning to remove brown/dying fan leaves from the struggling plant but have otherwise been focused on tucking leaves under future bud sites, and keeping an eye on the two that were topped late in week 4, both of which are sending out new shoots. All seem to want nutrients now. I've been very light-handed with the nutrients but started giving them small amounts at least every other watering. At week five it feels like a lot of things are on autopilot now, just normal maintenance like topping off the humidifier and occasionally poking my head in to check on things. Glad I didn't abandon the sickly plant. New growth looks healthy, and it just might pull through. Update (4/8- Day 32 AM): Feeding was very well received by all plants. It's taking some getting used to. I tend to use very little in the way of fertilizer (have read too many horror stories). Still, these guys are showing signs of being hungry on a regular basis, and their daily uptake of water is considerably more than when I started. For the time being, I have been using about 50% of the recommended amount of FF Grow Big, close to a normal recommended amount of CalMag, and about 50% of the recommended amount of P-K (due to deficiencies noted in some leaf margins). I've been testing the runoff and it's coming out between 6.5-6.6 consistently. No signs of drooping or overwatering. Right now, they appear to be happy if watered about every other day, and they're taking on about 1/2 gallon each pretty consistently. Next time I'll probably use nothing but pH adjusted water, just to avoid nutrient build-up.
