We got unlucky this week... We were gone for a short vacation over the weekend. We came back late int the night on Sunday. Looking inside the tent, the leaves on one bud of Middleman looked weird. When we saw that at first, I was pretty sure that we have bud rot. However there was no energy left in us to do anything with the plants. So we took a closer look the next day. On Monday, checking with the lights on, the bud on Middleman looked bad. We opened it up, revealing mold in the early to mid stages of Botrytis. Looking back, there were signs of this on the day we left, but unluckily we didnt notice it. Funny enough, this was actually my favorite shoot out of all plants, since it looked so good overall and I looked at this particular shoot more than any other :/. We keep it going. Other buds look good for now and we dont have long to go.

She looks fantastic and smells just as she looks, very yummy, I can feel very citric and lemony terps, let's see how this lady ends up! Very nice autoflower colorful plant!

It's raining cats and dogs here (lucky there's no chinese around LMFAO) and the humidity is 100% so today Ive chopped this little lady down and she is now drying up in my shed with fans going 24/7. I was quite pleased with the amount of bud I got off her and it's smelling fantastic and is very sticky.The trichomes were very milky with a few amber as well. 😍 very easy to grow no fuss and no problems but we'll have to wait and see as to whether she is a good smoke or not . Without a doubt the best bud I‘ve ever grown! I have nothing but positive things to say about the genetics of this plant. This was my first mephisto grow so very impressed. Buds are sticky and dense after weeks of 90-100 degree weather. No signs of stress or slowing. The plants tackled every hint of def or toxicity with ease. Got a little less yield than I expected, but not complaining as quality is incredible!! Buds dryed for 6 days and cured for 7 as of review. Very dense and sticky. Yielded 5oz dry A-bud, 2oz dry fluff, and 15oz of wet trim. Pressed the fluff with a 11% yield. Rosin is budder-like and smooth. EDIT: Later edited on aug 17 to provide cure update. —-smoke report—- The finished cured bud reeks intensely of diesel, raspberry, and hash! The smoke itself is light on the lungs and heavy in texture. Smoke hints at flavors of raspberry and caramel with sweet notes. High produces strong headband and couchlock effect. Potency is high without a doubt. Smoking a few under 30 day cured bowls produces a high for a solid 3-6 hours even at a high tolerance level. As of mid-august, the cure is complete and stone has intensified. Feels waaay more indica this time. Fully cured bud can knock a seasoned stoner the fuck out. Blew my expectations out of the water This was my first mephisto grow and it made me a diehard fan. Can‘t wait to grow more later in the year!

10/24/24 Short facts: - Continued with LST - Watered: 1 x 1.2L, 1 x 1L, 1 x 0.8L — 3L - VPD @ 1.0 — raised by 0.1 - Light @ 70% ~580 to 720 PPFD - Defoliation - Nutrients increased and added: BioBizz Top-Max and Bio-Bloom - No Root-Juice anymore --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don’t know what happened, but my pictures are not very good this week. It’s probably time to buy a good camera, maybe a used one with a decent lens. I defoliated the Lemon Cherry Cookies this week. I had to remove some leaves so that the branches and their tops could get direct light. But honestly, she looked pretty bad afterward. I really don’t like cutting off branches or leaves; it hurts me to see them like that. Sadly, I accidentally cut one of the better branches in half, which was really devastating. On that occasion, I also did a bit more LST, but that was the only session this week. There probably won’t be much more LST to do in the upcoming weeks. I increased the light intensity and also upped the nutrients. The LCC (short for Lemon Cherry Cookies) is the smallest plant in the tent and has fewer branches than the others. She also doesn’t use much water. But it was incredible to see how fast she went into flower, it basically happened from one day to the next. Her buds are the biggest and prettiest in the tent. Because she was the smallest plant, I put something under her pot on Day 28 to ensure she had the same distance to the light as the other two plants.

2nd week of flowering and the girls are doing well.
