On day 70 they both went down. The trichomes showed the were ready. The last week I kept the girls in the shade a bit during the day. We´ve had temperatures close to 40 degrees C. I didn´t want to expose them to too much heat.

Steady progress this week.

This lady is getting HUGEEEE. I see the sativa in her already. Shes starting to pre flower but I would say shes also still got a long ways to go. I'm super excited to have the experience to run this cultivar. This specific variety was special for me as I wanted a heavy sativa in an auto. I hope you guys enjoy this diary as much as I. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Growing report: The growth through veg stage was amazing couldn’t fault the plant or the feed BUT then flower stage is where these genetics goes all wrong! So two weeks into flower I see one plant had Hermied, so gave this one the axe, and then spoke to acouple of other growers that have the same strain Had the same problem So it’s now named (hermie pie) then in week 5 all plants Hermied. I managed to keep the seeds at bay mostly and slow down the process of them seeding until harvest on week 7/8 I got signs of bud rot but dealt with that quick enough it didn’t damage the rest of the the harvest. Once harvested they got a light trimming then hung up for 5/6days at temperatures 20/28 and humidity 45/60. Used Trimbag for the rest of the trimming process, got 6oz off 3plants 😬 curing for 2weeks in one ounce Jars 75% full. Bud report: Smell; is sweet and tangy Taste; sweet spicy taste Density of buds out of 10; 8. Some seeds found in buds😞 Thank you all for watching another stressful but fun and learning harvest.

Welp, this is not a September plant😆 This girl is still going for at least another week. Pistils are starting to brown but trichs are still clear and cloudy, no amber yet. I'm hoping to get a little more sugar on her before she finishes. Hopefully it doesn't get too cold and rainy before she's done. All I can say is that I've been impressed with how strong this plant is and I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of numbers she puts out. She's been very healthy and easy to care for so I'm happy so far! She has a little bit of a spicy undertone, so definitely high in Myrcene (which is a pretty safe assumption) and maybe caryophyllene.

no signs of pests during the grow. only one time i had ants trying to infest one plant but easily got rid of them by using cinnamon around the stem. she grows easy and is fun to train, you don't have to be an expert. in the late flowering i got some budrot in both plants and stalled the harvest by inspecting and cutting it away daily, haven't lost a lot due to it. i would recommend this strain as she is a high trichome producer, big yielder and easy to grow plant that gives nice buds with a good smell and greath high. she is a strain that makes you talkative, giggly and euphoric and is surely gonna give you a good sleep. be sure to go easy on her as she is a strong breed. an amazing strain to grow. she creates colourfull purple buds filled with trichomes that is really good for the chilling occasions, be sure not to have to go somewhere as she will last long and prepare for a joyfull evening with lots of laughing and good talks. i'll post more pictures after the drying process!

I think most of the stretch is done for her now. I started this week with a PK boost, so EC is up to 1.4 . i do the PK for one week. 9/25/19 What an insane plant. I am now giving her 3 gallons of feeding every 4 days. When I defoliate the bottom, I think I stressed the plant because one of the top bud’s color changed. I know it’s not light burn because the other bud sites did not do that. Other than that I’ve dropped her feeding to 8ml/gallon from 10ml/gallon. I am seeing some nute burns as well. She’s enjoying the 4x5x8 grow tent. I have 2 x 240W COBs on and the plant is sharing along with 2 x Glueberry OG by Dutch Passion and 2 x White Widow by RQS. I deleted the other diaries because I got too lazy and was too much for me to update them. I really appreciate every one’s support on this plant. Thank you.

The gnats are pretty much gone but I saw one today sadly. We pruned them on the bottoms to give more room to grow. Next grow I hope to do it sooner. We are going to be starting nutrients back up on Monday which will be exciting.

So this weeks Been warm again. Mid 20s all the way up to mid 30s I've started to Schwazz my plants in an effort to keep the airflow along the greenhouse floor . Seems to be working so far so we will see how they start to stack up.

What a surprising week this has been. Unfortunately our Elixir CBD instead of producing a healthy 20 to 30 grams dry yeild has seemed to know only expect to give us 5 grams if we lucky😞.Our Pineapple Express#2 is growing expectionally well standing at 42CM all she needs is some training hopefully its not too late.Our Blue Cheese is 7CM and Granddaddy black is 3CM.Our GSC is now about 12CM and our Purple Kush is about 17CM and Hindu Kush about 19CM they have all began training.
