she is slowly getting a complete dark red autumn colouring. it looks really nice. the buds are getting thicker and the smell more intense. but she still has a few weeks to go. luckily no mould or anything like that so far.

Branch broke off, but I actually decided later to put the rest of the plant back for ripening. When I pull the rest I'll update the diary with a new week. Then when I press rosin I'll see if ripening made the yield better or terps improved, etc. This pheno that I have has this quite offensive terpene profile, I would almost describe it as leathery, like the leather in manly cologne that's usually paired with tobacco. As I write this I just took a dab off my third generation plant that I harvested almost two weeks ago now. This run I focused on feeding to maximize terpenes. I did get fantastic yields of beautiful golden rosin, and possibly a more complex terpene profile. That dab blasted my entire throat and sinus with this sort of green, undeniable weed taste, not exactly skunk but definitely a pungent green. No candy, not getting any purple punch, really no sweetness either that you find with a lot of strains these days. Just pure green dank. It's been maybe 15 mins since I took that dab, I'm lying in bed, my sinuses are COATED I can taste it on my entire palate. Can't wait to run some other genetics like this! 😂 Just not my favorite terpene profile I guess. Damn I can appreciate the difference in my old runs and this run though. I always said I wanted to make rosin that punches you in the face with flavor.

Week 8 in the books! The aroma is getting stronger every day and the trichomes just keep multiplying - it's like they're on a mission Every time I open the tent, I feel like Alice in Wonderland, just standing there for ages admiring what nature can pull off. This strain has been super rewarding so far - the buds keep packing on size, and just when I think they've hit their limit, the next week they surprise me again! They're getting denser, stickier, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. I did run into a few hiccups with the root system in these later weeks, but the genetics stayed strong and pushed through like champs💪. The front-left lady looks a little ahead of the others - pistils and trichomes suggest she's racing toward the finish line. I'll probably start harvesting her this week. Day 7: I removed the small Royal Jack Auto, since it hadn't shown any growth in the past 48 hours, and I'm germinating a new seed for the tent today. The remaining plants look robust and are growing fast. For now they're getting plain water only, and I'll water again mid-week. Next week I'll add a little nitrogen, some micronutrients and a drop of Supervit. The light is 35 cm above the canopy. It's a dimmable Mars Hydro, currently set at around 30–35%, so every plant gets roughly the same amount of light. Below is a conversion Gemini gave me. Lighting data (Day 7) - Lamp: Mars Hydro TS2000 - Height: 35 cm above the plant tops - Dimmer: 30–35% - Foot-candles: 940–1,100 FC - Lux: 10,114–11,836 lux - PPFD: 151–176 μmol/m²/s I'll wait until every plant has its third set of leaves before raising the power to around 40–45%. My usual light schedule for autoflowers: - Days 9–14 (early veg, third leaf set): 40% dimmer, about 200–250 PPFD - Days 15–21 (mid veg, multiple nodes): 50–60% dimmer, about 350–450 PPFD - Days 22–28 (late veg, pre-flower): 70–80% dimmer, about 550–650 PPFD - Flowering (week 5 onward): 100%, about 700–900+ PPFD Day 8: Thick, short stems with no stretching, and the second set of true leaves is fully formed. Day 9: 150 ml of water each, poured in a ring 6–7 cm from the stem. Day 10: The third and fourth sets of leaves are coming in strong. The structure is very compact and the leaves are a healthy, firm green. I gave each plant a single drop of Supervit. I plan to raise the dimmer to about 40% in the next day or two, depending on how the Royal Jack develops. I'll also raise the lamp a little, because the plants are getting taller and I don't want the new seedling to struggle right under it. Day 11: The replacement Royal Jack seed germinated today. The two Atlas are compact, with short internodes and no stretching. The Royal Jack is a little smaller, with narrower, slightly darker leaves, but it looks healthy. Day 12: I raised the lamp a few centimetres and set the dimmer to 40%. The replacement Royal Jack went into its 11 L pot, watered around the plug with Easy Root bacteria, under a cut-bottle dome to keep the humidity up. The larger plants are starting to push side branches. Day 13: No stress from the jump to 40%. The Atlas leaves are wide and well spread, with new side shoots at the nodes. The Royal Jack has put out a new set of leaves and is growing day by day, just more slowly than the Atlas. The replacement's cotyledons are open and healthy. Day 14: Today the three larger plants (2x Atlas F1 Auto, 1x Royal Jack Auto) got their first feed, RQS Easy Grow plus Easy Plus, at 30% of the recommended dose. The Easy Grow tablet is 3 g for 10 L of water, so I used 0.06 g in 0.7 L: about 260 ml for each Atlas and 160 ml for the Royal Jack, poured around the edge of the canopy rather than at the stem. I'm starting low on purpose: you can always add more nutrients later, but you can't take them out. There's also already 50 g of Easy Boost mixed into the soil. With autoflowers I always use bottled water during veg. The water I drink has a perfect pH of 6.3, but it's low in calcium and magnesium, which is why I've already added some Easy Plus. The last plain watering was on day 9 (150 ml each). All three look healthy and compact, with no stretching. The replacement Royal Jack stays under its dome until its first true leaves appear. The light is at 40%, about 40 cm above the plants. Next step is 50% for days 15–21.

Sep 7: this is a great plant, but it’s likely Overdose Fast and not an Auto version. Strange shape because I broke a stem after topping and expected an auto (single topping) and not a photoperiod plant that I would have manifolded. C’est la vie. Sep 11: progressing nicely. Sep 12: raining this morning but buds are looking heavier. Noticeable bud growth lately.

Temperature a little lower and plant responding well. Plant continues to stack on the buds. A waiting game now, as I check the Trichomes to see if I should start the pre-harvest preprations.

Both are doing great! Finally got the temperature and humidity corrected enough that the plants are stressing less, and i also increased the lights back to 200W after 5 days. I think they're large enough now to handle more light - going to increase the light slowly over the next few weeks as well. No other issues - haven't had to add much nutrient solution or anything really... ph is super stable in both reservoirs as well. All that being said, I know the reality is that i'm going to run into a bunch of issues now that i've said i haven't yet.

5/18: I did a little LST on her today and ordered another of the 200w lights and some panda film to line the interior of my tarped enclosure. 5/19: WTF?!? I was seeing a few pre-flower pistils here and there, but today it's looking like she's trying to flower along with every other plant in the outdoor garden! All I can figure is that being vegged under 24/0 for a month and then being put outside at just the wrong time under 14/10, they think it's becoming winter. I sure hope she notices the days getting longer and goes back to vegging.🙏 I wanted to beast her all the way out and finish up in late summer, and it's still only fuckin Spring! 5/20 - 5/24: She is really thriving. I did a little more LST on her before the rain started. It rained every day this week for at least a few hours, but I did manage to top-dress her pot with cavern culture and azomite between showers. I also did a foliar application with MicroLife Maximum Blooms that didn't get rainwashed off for about seven hours... That's it for week #7-
