Had to harvest due to pest issues. The plants bulked up but very leafy all throughout flower. It did get a nicer smell but nothing that took my breath away, atleast not like onion anyway. The plant weighed abit and the nugs were packed, still not a very terpy profile or resinous as much as id hoped. Wont be growing this strain again I reckon. Its good for someone who likes a puff here and there with a mild strain that wont last long. I have had worse strains but so far my least favourite grow but hey I grew within myself so it was not in vain. Enjoy familia.

Day 49 - lookin good..... been bending her, trimmin abit, messin with the water solution..... ph and ppm have been all over the place..... lol she's been transitioning from grow to flower, and once she settles into night mode, the solution and growing should stabilize...... the new fan is cool... tents working properly now, neg pressure, drawing in air behind the floor fan, blown around the bottom, and cpu extractor fan pushing the air out the top of the tent, straight into the filter..... really nice way to run a little tent, low airflow........ keeps the impurities out of the buds..... the stalks have all tuffened up since trimmin, and pretty strong now.... should hold the full weight that's about to occur all over the place...... i've simplified the nutrients, they were gettin alittle confusing, so started doin nuets differently, .... so, just making my own nuet solutions, nothing fancy just base amount of normal elements .... should be a pretty good christmas ...... STRAIN 1 sta sfocando le foglie con un colore viola scuro molto molto interessante, per strain 2 invece il discorso è più lento ma comunque ci sono i primi segni di viola. Day 49-56 (Day 50) I hooked up my carbon filter to the humidity controller and it is keeping the room exactly at 65-70% RH night and day. It looks like it turns on about every 45 minutes for about 5 minutes so it allows me to run the co2 bag properly. I don’t even have to use my dehumidifier. The room is 100% dark now too. Even the small red lights on the space heaters. Not going to feed anything other than foliars this week. (Day 51) Blackberry #4 & #8 #9 and white widows #2 & #3 are all confirmed males. Chopped them down and recycled the soil. White widow #1 is the first official female and I’m starting to see pistils on the m39/zkittlez too. Plants seem to be responding to the light fairly well. It’s hung 32 inches above the canopy which is as high as it can go without strapping it to the roof, which may have to happen one day. The plant can get within 6 inches of the light so I’m probably good. The ppfd output is 1800umols which is super high so I want to hang them as high as possible in veg. I wish I could rent a ppfd meter to see if I’m in range at 32”. (Day 52) Blackberry breath #3 is the first official bbb female to show. I decided to scrap BCTG #2. It sounded like a good strain but after looking at pictures of people who have grown it online, it doesn’t look up to my standards. I found a very small patch of powdery mildew on one of the leaves so I’m not even going to start with that shit again. I’m really thinking about scrapping the m39/zkittlez and the white widow too. I’m praying that I get at least 4 females of BBB. I tried super cropping for the first time today. A few of the branches I definitely squished a bit too much as they turned quite brown and looked dead within a day. (Day 53) Despite the m39/zkittlez vigorous growth, I know it will be a shitty strain that will most likely herm as it’s from a bag seed of low grade weed. I’ve decided instead of scrapping it, I will use it for experimenting with a new chemical powdery mildew preventative. If it dies oh well. I doused it and chopped a limb off a few hours ago during lights on and it seems fine. (Day 54) I’m about 90% sure BBB 6&7 are both female. #2 & #5 are looking like males but too early too tell. #1 is really tough to say. Just gotta be patient I guess. #3 has a great spread out structure, I hope it doesn’t stretch too much. The scrogging is a priority. I put up the scrog net just to see how it fits. It’s a little small around the edges but that’s fine. So it’s looking like out the 9, I would be lucky to get 4 fems if #1 & 7 would show forsure already. If #1 is a female I have my 4 and I can throw out the white widow. The white widow is just insurance at this point. Super cropped plants have recovered nicely. Going to continue doing this more. I’ve noticed that the plants that were put into my custom soil mix have very small fan leaves compared to the fabric pots of straight promix and dry amendments. Could also be the fabric pot is helping dry downs too. (Day 56) I’m seeing some yellowing so I’m going to give a foliar spray just too keep some deficiencies at bay. All of the plants are stunted except the m39 and bbb#3. Node spacing has also reduced significantly. I can’t help but feel it’s from the intensity of my lights but maybe they just need a transplant into some new soil something. Luckily the stunt and droop is only really happening to what I suspect are male plants anyway. Leaves are looking twisted and gnarled on #5. Going to move it into the veg tent for a while. I’m going to mix up and amend my Destiny/coco blend today and transplant bbb#3 and 6 & 7 in a few days. I mixed them up in contractor bags making sure to toss and turn vigorously. Here is my blend: 2 bags 40L Destiny soil 2 bags 40L coco 700ml glacial rock dust 700ml oyster shell flour 700ml nature’s pride bloom 300ml basalt rock dust 150ml langbeinite 150ml nature’s pride veg I am also going to try the Destiny top dress as it’s only 13 bucks a bag and full of good shit. I’m trying to not feed heavy in flower other than 2 or 3 top dresses and 2 teas and nothing after week 5. Because it’s taken so long for the plants to show sex, when I transplant into the 10 gallon pots, they should have more than enough nutrients too keep them going strong all the way through flower with just water. I’m a little skeptical about that though. Besides teas and dressings are fun. Everything should be broken down by week 8 or so. Will transplant in a few days.

We’re in the second week of flowering, and the plants are really starting to stretch! 🌿 They’ve gained good height, especially the one without LST, which has grown tall very quickly. It’s been exciting to watch them reach upward as they prepare for the bud development phase. Everything is looking good overall, and I’m happy with the progress so far. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the buds will start forming in the next few weeks! 😁✨

Pow pow and welcome in Week14 - official Week8 of bloom 😃 There is no much changes from last week apart from buds getting more dense with pistils changing colour to orange all over. Skywalker is absolutely full of knuckles or “good foxtails” as some of you will say. LemonWalker bending as mad due to bud weight 😍 At this stage both girls are in flush mode getting nothing but plain water. Pinched small stem from each of them to run some pre-test...couldn’t resist haha. 11/14 Day 23 from flip. The stretch has been explosive, so much so that I’m beginning to have height concerns. I can probably add another trellis net and lower it down a little bit, but not by much. I just have to hope they level off soon. I’ve needed to turn the lights down every day or two, and even then I’m at almost 800 PAR / 34.6 DLI at the topmost part of the canopy. The majority is closer to about 725 PAR / 31.3 DLI so I’ll leave it there for now. 11/19 Day 28 from flip. Well, the stretch sadly hasn’t stopped. I was able to raise my lights a few extra inches but it’s now maxed out at the top of the tent. The topmost branch is about 12” away from the lights so this really is about as much as I can realistically handle. I realize Ethos was up front about sending this strain into flower earlier than normal due to the way it grows but this is really nuts. We’ve now easily tripled, if not almost quadrupled, in height and lord knows how much there is still to go. Stretch aside, everything else with the grow is bang on. Everything looks healthy, no signs of any disease or pests, every branch has solid airflow around it with nothing being too crowded. I just need the stretch to stop and everything will be great.

Week 12 . Tricomes are nicely starting to form everywhere. They are starting to look daam sexy! . The smell gets stronger and stronger and the leaves are getting real sticky to touch and when cut. Overall conditions are golden! And each time i change my water i get amazed by how clear it is!

Day 29. Heavy work in progress, update will follow... Day 30. Job done, most lost almost all big fan leaves, all 3 Kushes where toped. In plans one more heavy training session in a week time, few days to recover and hopefully flower !!! Skunks overgrew Cheeses and start to smell, really to STINK ;)) And i love it !!! Next watering - full feed. Day 31. All Kushes have mini mag deficiency, but i get it with my lights often and know how to fight in early stages. All girls will get 3 feeds in a row. 1. CalMag only 2. Silica acid only 3. Full range of Biobizz feed. After installing new air fans, have to water girls almost every day. Try to feed them only once a week, but pot space taken in full by most of the girls and its time for first mini boost. Day 34. Girls got really heavy defoliation, HST , toping and LST session. First time in my life i trim toped plants so much, but they where reaching sky and stems too fragile for supercroping yet, i do it on branches, but not on mains. So i guess they will slow down a bit ;))) All girls got silica acid after. Happy Growing !

Hey agaaain! Let me start this week by saying wooooow, this was a crazy week and not because I made a mistake but rather because I had to do a lot of things to avoid unnecessary stress. Now allow me to elaborate why I tried to avoid unnecessary stress: I had to move out because the landlord where I lived sold the house (this is the main reason why I couldn't update the journals earlier 😛) and gladly I had friends who already owned an empty grow tent (4x4, I loved the size! 😍) and they allowed me to use it and bring my plants and my lights there for some days. I knew this whole experience would be stressful for my babies, but I had to do it anyway (and I'm glad I wasn't in the middle of flowering 😨). The first visit: Moving them to my friend's house was a non-issue! 👌 I fed the plants at their place (with some extra water and slightly more fertilizers) and everything was great! 😊 The second visit: After two days I visited my babies and the humidity was close to the 85%. That scared me but they also grew a lot during those days which I think was... cool? I installed a new extractor in the tent and used it to get more fresh air inside and obviously that fixed all the humidity issues I had! The plants looked great! 😍 The last visit: After some days I went to their house again and yiiiikes! Here is when the issues began! I couldn't visit earlier (thanks to the move) and the plants were super thirsty! Specially Boomer. I took them to my new house and when they were inside their tent I fed them some pHed water and then I allowed the plants to rest for some extra hours! 😱 Originally I wanted to go into flower after this week but clearly I couldn't start it immediately since the plants were clearly stressed! So I allowed them to rest for a little more! Anyway, the last photos show how the plants look after I allowed them to rest for some extra hours and after feeding them some water.
