Microscope Trichomes observation checking amber

hi, the two plants are doing well and continue in their flowering and the odors they produce are increasing and these two have a sweet smell but also notes of wild fennel, or noticed that one of the two plants has a Polyploidy mutation in the flowers, for the rest, nothing has changed, they are still fed earthworm humus which was placed in the soil and cane sugar when given to drink with a controlled pH of 6.3/6.4

Overall a good week. I think the aphid army kicked in - noticeably less flea things floating around. Have to get the diaries organized better 😂. Green leopard tent should be here so next week expect to have that up - easy to follow one seed bank in each tent

12/16 - Today is Day 77 from seed. Mid-last week I switched her over to 60% strength (~1.2ec) and today I switched her over to flush with 10ml/gal GH FloraKleen. Upon checking multiple buds for trich ripeness and I found an average of approximately 10% amber across the whole canopy. Some of the larger, more mature buds were closer to 15-20% Amber while some varied as low as 3-5% Amber. I am choosing to go ahead and flush her out since I need the space in the tent sooner, rather than later. I am planning on a 48-72 hour flush then chop. This will definitely be my biggest yield to date, but her sister, the Amnesia XXL Auto might top her out yet, though she is still a couple weeks out. Thanks for checking out the garden. Hello to all growers. This week has been quiet, my leaves are turning a bit yellow, but hopefully some food will fix that. Otherwise, I am very satisfied, the volume of the drumsticks has increased by 100 percent. I assume from the trichomes that another two weeks, maybe a little longer. Keep it growing friends 👊🌱🌴

Plucked a few more leaves but other than that just feed them this week including bloom. Also gave them some rice starch (from boiled rice water collection) on day 42 as a boost for the microbes 👍 Turned the IR off now and turned up to 34000lux

day 43 : start of week 7 . i did some heavy defoliation in 2 rounds (yesterday and today) . i also did some more lst . i tied the secondary branches with some shoe laces :) all is good . i see more and more white pistils on top i think she finally entering flowering stage :D will update soon

Nice smell already The frost is insane this earlyyyy Mid week: the frost and smell is going crazy never seen this before

Lamp Brightness: 100% @ 16" - estimated 914 PAR (top of GMO 2/back left) Waterings only, daily crop steering - reduced water temp + dry down periods IPM once-a-week visual inspection - no foliar applications notes: harvest likely next week (after 12 weeks flowering) trichome check - showing little signs of amber looks like they could go longer but another week I feel is sufficient smell has largely stayed the same for a few weeks if anything just more complexities

Gonna harvest one of the devils.. she is amazing looking... I love the fade on her and now she's in the dark. 2nd one is still stacking and looking FAT all over..gonna wait on her another week maybe. The smell, OUTTA THIS WORLD!!!
