I fed the plant with Bio PK for the last time this week. From now on I will just water the plant without adding any nutrients. The buds are starting to swell up and they are getting more frost. The aroma is getting more intense from day to day.

Things are looking decent. Bud sites are starting to get nice and hairy. The blackberry breath pheno in the center of the room is chunking up like crazy and quite a bit faster than the rest. It might finish early or just be a super thick pheno. I’m going to give a fish fertilizer nitrogen boost to all plants that are yellowing, including the nice blackberry breath pheno. I’ve started a new living soil pile. I took the left over super soil from some of the male plants, mixed in a generous amount of dry compost, worm castings and natures pride bloom, sprinkled a shit ton of great white and mixed it all up. I also recently got another brand of beneficial bacteria called Dr. Mary Janes. Mixed a good amount of that in. I also found a good mychorizzae called WOW Organics. I mixed up a ton and then sprinkled a layer on top. I grinded up some oatmeal and sprinkled another layer over the mykes. I then mixed up a full strength feed of some Alaska fish and molasses and then saturated the medium. In a month or so there should be a nice layer of mycelium over the top layer

Welcome growers The first month of life is ended for this beautiful CREAM CARAMEL 🍬🍭🍫 She still one of the most vigourous in my garden and, like the previous weeks, very happy and healthy A few days ago i have decided to modificated her grow doing some training and, for be precis, i cut of the central stem, making of the topping technique ✂️ I would to have the same heightnes for all my ten strains in the garden and so, i decided to do it for all my ladyes (except one) I have also cut a couple of leafs off, not too much for now, just for increase the airflow and for a higher lights exposure of the lowers parts 🍃 And she reacts pretty well 💪 For helping in this "hard time" i have also changed anothers things, like lights intensity and types of nutrients.. About the lights 💡 Doing that, i have increase the potency of my two Mars-Hydro SP3000, from 25% to 50% ⬆️ The two led panel are connected with a cable and i have only to adjuste the dimmer of one of them for change the intensity of each one, in just one move.. Pretty useful 💯 In the middle of the week i have switch from 18/6 on/off to 16/8 on/off.. Always tryed to mimic the natural cycle of the sun light, works good to me 👌 Anyway.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have giving her always organic/veganic nutrients.. Wow what a stretch! She is now in flower and a real beauty. Very light defoliation of some upper fan leaves and lower flower nodes. I will stake her this week as I am sure buds/colas will tip her branches over.

I made too many mistake to comment light was to high early in the grow I forgot to transplant, I fed it veg nutrients for 2 weeks into flowering and RH went down to 25% at the end and stayed at 25% through trying to dry

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.
