Week 6 for the gorilla gas has finished up. These girls are showing their phenotypes and it's awesome. 3 different plants. One tall and lanky, one in the middle and one runt. All smell amazing. Finished up giving it bulk of the nutrients now it's a downward slope from here. Gradually decreasing every day till flush. Looking forward to the harvest!!!

Since now the plants are ok...zero deficiencies or problems Hopefully next week the plants will start flowering stage.

No complaints.. Only hard part about growing 4 different strains in one tent is finding that sweet spot with temp and humidity to keep them all perky lookin and happy. I find on water days bring it down to 45% humidity and dryer days I bring it up to 58%, seems to keep all them happy and up. Temp steady 88 day and 70’s at night they love it. Fim’ed the 3 twice and the little gelato just once. Gonna switch to flower in one more week. No crazy nutrients schedules just Mantis every other day and 15ml Holganix once every two weeks. As far as light this BlackDog just keepin them low and bushy. I moved it up quite a bit to maybe let them grow up a little more cause they aren’t begging for any, I want them too at least a little. Insanely awesome light for small grow areas you have to control height.

2024-08-31 They may have stopped to stretch, iam not sure, but i think so, you can see how the buds are forming, and they are already purple, thats fun leaves are changing color thats the tribute to the last 2 days where it was very hot and sunny, and tehy needed lots drinks and the big growth costed some leaves too. but anyways, not a Problem at all the Girl in the garden has more yellow leaves. BREEDER INFORMATION The cross of Frisian Dew with DucksFoot created Frisian Duck. It has such name due its characteristic leaf shape that looks like a duck's traces. The plant has a good growth in greenhouses and outdoors and also indoors. The strain is easy to grow and suit for begginers. It is harvested at the start of October outdoor and after 8 weeks of flowering indoor. The plant reaches 1.5 m indoor or 2.5 m in height outdoor. It demonstrates purple colors during a blooming and looks like a christmas tree. Frisian Duck develops compact buds. The strain has spicy aromas and tastes of pine, citrus and fresh wood.

Removed lower leaves touching media. 02/04/22 PH 6.10 TDS 774 02/05/22 PH 6.13 TDS 780 gave 2 quarts recharge. - Sensi Seeds Research The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. - 7 weeks in soil (week 7), this is where the ScrOG is a good method to keep on vegging your plants without getting too tall, saving space for the future stretch. Indoor growers are limited by the ceiling, this is the best way to keep on growing roots, more roots more fruits 😉 Sensi Seeds strains are perfect, it’s a pleasure to grow such genetics, everything is going like expected, each plants are doing their thing very well and dose respond marvelously to the plan, in time with no delays due to shitty or sick and weak plants ! 👍 - For the beginners : Setup the first trellis on the top layer, then lower each corners to the bottom level, smashing the plants and the 2 main stems to the third node where the topping has been done (see previous weeks). You will gain approximately 30cm of growth, and you will be able to keep on vegging them without getting to tall, as mentioned more roots = more fruits, and you will avoid long legs (don’t grow legs!!! They will have to be trimmed later on) where all the popcorns and small buds tend to grow. Remember, you are here to learn how to knock a ball out of the park, this method is complete, you avoid plants getting too tall and finishing with your buds too close from the light, killing all the essentials oils and terpenes (you will kill flavors and scents), you avoid to grow legs finishing with tall plants and just a ball head of canopy, you avoid small buds and popcorns by applying the incoming method in the next weeks where you learn how to clean your legs . Then , once you smashed the plants with the first trellis (you’re supercropping by doing this bro) , the junction of the stalk (at 3rd node) will probably split in half, no worries it will heal by itself. You just need to put second trellis on top ! -Watering and feeding, that is the question ? 😄 I’m looking the leaves lol 😝 They are around 2l every 4 days at this stage , I’m not watering until drains come out for the moment, I’m keeping all the good stuff inside the pots another week or two. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

Always a very pleasing on the eye strain to grow and was surprisingly easy to get a good yield with such a short veg and almost no training. Quality is pretty much 10/10

ON DAY 23 REMOVED THE BOTTOM GROWTH FROM THE PLANT. DAY 26 THE PLANT RECIEVED A TOP DRESSING OF DRIED GROUND EGGSHELL,DRIED GROUND ORANGE PEEL AND BLACK GOLD! ( WORM CASTINGS ). WEATHER THIS PAST WEEK HAS BEEN MILD RANGING FROM 13-17 CELCIUS WITH 2 DAYS OF SOME RAIN. THE PLANT IS LOOKING VERY VERY STRONG AND HEALTHY!! PLEASE COME AGAIN!!!😎

WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. Hi everybody this germination week went great very excited to see how she is .she looks very happy and healthy normally I start them with nothing except for a bit of cal Mag .for the first week then I move on to about 250 parts per million . But I have noticed with these newer genetics that there are a lot hungrier. So I started it off with 350 parts per million . And it seems to be doing great . Thank you for looking at the diary we'll be an update every week and always keep in mind it's 420 somewhere 🌱👍
