Finished the last week of flushing WOO! and its harvest time! I put them in 48 hours of darkness on Wednesday ready to crop for saturday, I will do a proper harvest report next week when I have them ready to go into curing jars along with some pictures and a full report, but I will add this some of the smells I was getting whilst trimming where unreal smells like pine, citrus, beef and a really faint sweet smell I cant put my finger on... I'm not saying that's 100% what it smells like but it smells similar to wild garlic. Well these b*tches took 14 long hours( could of done it quicker but we made a day of it ) all bud is trimmed and primed for drying then curing. Happy Growing 👊👍

Amelie has settled in well in the new tent and has gained 4cm in height this week. As she had been standing on the piano by the window under a 7W lamp for a really long time, waiting for a tent to finally become available, she had produced a lot of leaf material. This now had to come down. On 08.03.25 I therefore lollipopped and did some defoliation on the leaf canopy. Now it is nice and airy again and can concentrate fully on flowering. Incidentally, the pistils were already visible on 03.03., 8 days after the start of flowering. I had sent the mother into flowering in the previous run and fed her with Biobizz Grow/Bloom/Calmag and Plagron Green Sensation. As I still have a sample of Biobizz Topmax here, I thought I'd give it a try and see what effect it has on the taste. It's supposed to be sweeter, I've heard.

The flowering continues, only on one branch I went wrong I think the bud will not grow .. The girls are suffering from N deficiency (?) Or from continuous changes of Ph (?) Who is more experienced tell me .. Hope flowering finish well, I add some N. Besides, the heat is advancing and the temperatures in the grow are rising a lot, fucking summer

Another good week for the ladies with good growth. They are strong and vibrant with many tops starting to take form. With some of the taller branches I used HST by rolling the stem untill it bends basically in half, giving the lower branches plenty of time to grow up. Once they have reached past the scrog net I begin to LST by tucking branches under also making way for new growth. One more week with minimal training and mostly defoliation of bigger fan leafs before I'll flip to flower

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

UPDATE: New dry bud jarred up and bud shot pictures as well as ice bubble hash run pictures. Harvest day! Oh how amazing it has been. After 48 hours of darkness with just the dehumidifier and fan going, the smell of sweetness and gas filled our nostrils when the tent was opened to get the girls out. Unfortunately I couldnt get very good pictures with the lighting against the tent but got some decent results where I could use natural lighting. Ive got some more pictures on the way so check back for some dry bud shots as well as some macro shots of the trichomes. With the help of a couple good friends, we got the gloves and trimming scissors out and trimmed the girls down in about 2 - 3 hours while listening to music and smoking some joints (wth some added scissor hash between trims 😜). We only did a basic trim (taking off the fan leaves as well as the larfy/popcorn buds which then went into the freezer which will be used as a fresh frozen ice bubble hash run) as I like to leave a good amount of the leaves on during the drying process but not too much as the humidity is quite high at the moment anyway so I dont have to worry about overdrying. Overall this strain was super easy to grow but I can chalk that up to the environment and nurtients being on point as well as the light upgrade which has made a massive difference. They didnt stretch as much as they would do under a MH or HPS bulb but I was happy with their size but may look at going bigger in the next round (the diary for the next round is currently up so check the progress of what I hope will be monsters as I will be adding more light to the flower stage!) Once the girls have spent 7 - 10 days drying, I will be popping them in their jars and doing a smoke report with some pictures of the finished buds and some trichome macro shots. Day 63 Today I switched my light cycle from 18/6 to 12/12. I did some minor lollipopping and defoliation on 3 of the 4 ladys. After I noticed that one of them had very low hp, I flushed her till the run off was 6.5, now I’ll check her daily for needed nutrients after the flush. I installed a trellis net and will even out the canopy over the next few days. I appreciate every advice 🙏🏾
