The Strawberry Banana from Canuk seeds is doing good she is the smallest girl so far an the only one still not topped I don't think I'm going to top her an mite just let her do her Christmas tree thing she would be a little taller but she grew with a curved stock for some reason she's been growing great tho have not had 1 problem with her Ending week 4 of veg this girls is starting to pick up some good pace so she has been topped an has been doing great since she is deff doing great with this cultured biologix nutrients with her big fan leafs soaking in all the light from the medic grow fold 6

The smell is very intense and interesting. These ladies will be on plain water now until harvest. My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Welcome to week 4! The plants are really growing along now so we will be looking to transplant as soon as possible into their final homes ( 5 gallon ) I will be topping the plants this week to get some of that branching going and we will be looking to start the flowering process sooner then later. Im aiming for 2 weeks more of veg then flower time if things are in order. Huge shout out to @MarsHydroLED for allowing me to grow with their kick ass equipment! Day#23 Pictures N/A Transplanted plants into their 5 gallon homes except for 2 went into 7s and 2 stayed in their same buckets. Watered 1/2L each at 550PPM Day#24 Plants are digging their new homes , we took some video action. Its getting hard to fit all the plants in 1 frame haha. Day#25 Pictures N/A Plants are just growing along , going to top in the near future. Day#26 Watered ladies 1L each from the bottom at 550PPM. Going to be bottom feeding from here to see if it makes a difference. Day#27 Topped the plants let the branching begin! Day#28 Ladies look unhappy but thats them adjusting for their new nodes! Recap: Things are pushing strong this week we topped the plants and they are growing like nothings happened. I dont know that Im a fan of bottom feeding the plants but well see how things develop in the near future, I may have to practice the technique until im comfy with it as I would normally top feed.

Week 24 of growth, and this is the second week of flowering for the Pineapple Upside Down. Flowering has clearly declared itself now, with the first pistils appearing across the plant. That part is good news, but visually, the plant still isn’t where I’d like it to be. The foliage color is off, and I’m being honest: it makes me question the final yield potential. This probably won’t be the best run, but there’s no reason to panic or to quit. The plan is to keep things stable, finish the cycle cleanly, and take the lessons. Important timing clarification: this cultivar is advertised at around 45 days of total flowering, so we’re not “around day 45.” We’re simply early in flower, and the plant is already showing pistils properly. Stretch has remained quite limited so far. Is that purely genetics, or is it also influenced by the plant not being in peak shape? Hard to say. Either way, in a grow tent, limited stretch is honestly a comfortable scenario. Feeding-wise, the key point isn’t “soft feeding.” We’re staying under EC 2.0, with 2.0 as a ceiling, but the real note for this week is: no PK booster yet. For now, we hold the base feeding steady, and we’ll introduce PK later, progressively, depending on how the plant responds. So the strategy is simple: stabilize the environment, avoid adding stress, and let flowering build at its own pace. Next week we’ll reassess color, vigor, and early bud development, then decide when and how to ramp up.

SOOO GANG UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! I have put the Strawberry Pie Auto, Zkittles Auto, and the Gelato Auto On the chopping block, will update those within the next day or so, The Mimosa X Orange Sherbert is on the left (see photo) and the GMP on the Right!!!! They are starting to beginning the calix's and white hairs are forming lets GOOO!!!!!!

I’ve been dealing with an undiagnosed issue presenting with discoloured leaves. The buds however do not seem bothered as they develop happily or at least they appear to. On day 77 of WW I noticed cloudy trichomes! This is strange however as they are only in week 6 of flower. Not sure how long the cloudy to amber transition is but crop king notes an 8 week flower while growers report 8-10 weeks.

Northern lights is bouncing back from the salt build up. I have changed her to 12/12 today. I will likely have to hst her in the future. 🤞🏻everything keeps going good from here out. Feb 27 Swapped over to an 18/6 light schedule a couple days back. Getting some really good perking-up during sleep. Not quite ready for LST yet.

01/15 day 8 of flower start of week 2 did a little super dropping to some tops on 2 and 3 raised light to ceiling and moved fan. Will do defoliation once bottom probe number drops to 60 or lower 01/17 major defoliation today also supplemental watering with all the goodies and dialed back light a bit and dialed in environment also did light flower top dress

Don't have a lot of time these days to take pics so I'll sum things up. CO2 got outta control and the plants took tf off literally. The video is around middle of week 3, I had to flip at week 4 BC I literally ran out of room and I had to constantly defoliate.

TRANSITION DAY 10: This lady is my latest favourite. She is progressing amazingly under the new lights and has now started to flower properly. she has been putting her first bract pistils out since day 5 of flip. This is the fastest i have seen this occur with my grows. She has fought back from the stripping ,prior to flip, and her regrowth is virile and very strong looking. I think she will be in my top 10 of strains to grow. Her response to the quadline style has been excellent and i dont think it has slowed her down at all. She is stretching well and will hopefully be setting herself up for long thick colas. I need to strip out all the lower small bits of growth and maybe a few hopeful mains. her size has limited her possibilities with the space i have i think. I am going to be spacing my girls out a little more and trusting the lights will still give me adequate coverage to the canopies edge. We will see. lol All in all i am enjoying working with this strain so far and imagine a future grow to include a few more.
