Week 8(Veg) This week the LST’d, Biggie smalls the wife calls her 😀, plant is really doing well. Tons of tops starting to form. I’m really getting excited about this plant. The wife and I rearranged the closet that I’m growing in. It looks much better and it’s easier to use than before. Also it doesn’t look so half ass’d. Couple more weeks of veg for this girls and then she’s going to the grow tent and into bloom. The normal plant will just be a mother.

Topped her late in the week but mostly hand lst and then after adding the hydroton back to lst with a tie. Had to switch over to Botanicare from the Jacks 321 because I ran out but I may switch back for flower. Last week Veg yay!

On the #2 really strange on one node, just one leaf, no stem, and I've seen that after, that's why I've keeped one stem from under. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

The first day of the sixth-week flowering

I'm happy with the progress they have made, all have responded well to defoliation and LST. I'll be adding a few more light nutrients at some point this week. The gorilla zkittles is shorter than the rest but looks very sturdy and has plenty of bud showing already, I think this is because it started flowering maybe 7days before the rest and in them 7days the rest shot up rapidly! I'll update daily and try get some nice videos with lights out.

Buenas chicos, ya empezo lo que nos gusta, la floración, y en este caso iniciamos con un 55% de grow proline y 45% de bloom, hago esto porque no me gusta que amarillen temprano, aun no le pongo el co2 ya que pienso aplicarlo a partir de la 2 semana, me toca hacer un poco de poda de hojas grandes y debajo de la malla pero por lo demás todo va bien, vamos a ver si sacamos buenos cogollos con este cultivo. I saw lots of development this week. I've top dressed with bat guano and alfalfa meal this grow to fortify the soil. They seem to like the advanced nutrients so far as well. It's getting a little smelly in the tent💪🏾

Started off cloudy then started to warm up late in the week hit the 90F range. Gave the plant a good watering on day 57 and also day 63 after taking the pictures for that day. 😍

Apr 28: all three seeds germinated strongly. Keeping the soil fairly dry this time and will focus on keeping them misted with water. Historically I watered the soil before planting the seed, but I think that likely slows down root formation as my plants always looked slow to start. So, will try it with drier soil this time to see if things start faster. Apr 30: some spring snow. May 3: plants are a bit stretchy so I’m transplanting into bigger pots.
