Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. Day 60 - 09/02/20 Lovely smell coming from the blue cheese plant :) the buds have a very similar smell to the blueberry outdoor grown buds i smoked in spain a few years ago :) took me right back there mentally haha. Ive added a good feed of calcium magnesium, nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus the last few days as these are big plants and a few leaves have been yellowing over the last couple of weeks. Since these feedings everything is returning to normal and flowering is going fine. This is my first time growing in biobizz light mix so i was bound to run into some problems. Still i think im gonna get around an ounce from this plant. I think harvest is still 2-3 weeks out for this one but as its a favourite of mine im really excited! Day 8 Flower The mission until the end of pre flowering is Fill all scrog area. Both Plants smelling well, showing pistils and become more thirsty. Now Im watering 3, maybe 4, a week (2 times with nutrients). At this week I started with Big Bud from Advanced Nutrients and its the last week of Open Sesame (Fox Farm). Now every week Im gonna stay anxiows, vegetative is boring but flowering dont. Lets ROCK! 😆 Day 11 Flower The routine still the same, watering 2 times a week with nutrients.

Hey folks. Into week 17, ran into some issues with plant #1 with total failure due to a windstorm and my laziness for not putting supports up sooner! Lesson learnt. Added bamboo stakes and supported most of the big heavy colas. Rain has been an issue so I slapped the ladies under the tent and a week ago sprayed some neem oil as preventive maint for powdery mildew. Iv cut watering in half due to the high humi levels and rain we been getting. Chop day is around thr corner! Hope you guys enjoy the content

very positive feedback on this strain, requires little attention, the production is incredible as well as the final quality. the buds get fat and very frosty. The taste is very pleasant and besides being a cross with blueberry, the flavor of the strain does not become nauseating, on the contrary, the taste is very sweet, berries and flowers.Dinafem is to be congratulated for this strain from another world. Lowered day light hours to 11 hours, trichomes need around another week

I am now flushing her with plain Brita filtered water PH'd with lime juice to lower her PH. I initially first flushed her with 42L of water and now I am flushing her once a day for 8 days and then I will put her in for darkness for 3 days and then I will harvest her and dry her for 9 days and then cure her for 28-48 days.

I really loved growing this strain. It was easy and stress-free. She seemed to be quite resistant to pests (my tent had a thrip invasion and it didn't seem to affect her too much). I will definitely grow it again in the future. Amazing tropical and fruity fragrances, I don't even know if I will be able to wait until it's cured before I can try it. It grew short and stout, almost buds only. I reckon it could have been a bigger plant if I would have started it under the Mars Hydro instead of on my balcony. Next time I'll do better 🙏 Overall great genetics from RQS, highly recommended! 🙌 **SMOKE REPORT UPDATE after a long and nice cure** The flavour is exactly what you would expect based on the delicious fragrance. Happy uplifting high. It's probably one of my favourite strains and it will most certainly come back in my grow tent.
