All in all I am quite happy with how things turned out. I got to use the short days to grow a photoperiod. This was not planed though, since it was packaged as a Skunk Auto. I think its Lemon Orange. Saw it grow before and it really looks the same. Smell is also in the neighbourhood After drying I saw that almost everything was modly. Had to throw almost the whole plant away. Aug 16: Tropicana Cookies FF is a really fast flowering plant. I’m getting excited for the flowering progress cuz it looks like it is going to be a big one. Very exciting and we’re still only at mid-August so the timing is very good for a strong finish in September without it dragging into October. Aug 18: video shows using the 730 nm far red light at dusk. To maintain a natural schedule I use Civil Twilight as listed on timeanddate.com. This is getting 2-3 minutes earlier each night. Just a couple seconds is all it takes to put plant into dark mode 2 hours faster making it like a 26 h day. Great trick if you have daily access.

Mrs B aka Bruce Banner #3 from Original sensible seeds is a different plant for me, in a good way of course. Beautiful thin sativa leaves and from the right angle looks like a picture of the tropics. The Fat early leaves on their way out over shadowed by smaller leaves above working on the Bud sites. A traditional super crop because she was starting to encroach on her girl scout cookie cousins space. Of course un fazed by the whole thing. I was once worried about her leaves touching the £1 emergency blanket I use as light reflection in the grow cupboard but has never been an issue its way too thin to hold anyway near enough heat to ever be an issue so the shaping also come somewhat naturally. shes under a selection of home standard LED bulbs around 10w, random blasts of UVB from a reptile light (I think helps growing with a slight slowing of the auto influence. My own thoughts from previous experiments only.) the other lights remain on 24 hours with a few 5 min breaks in the timer to cool the bulbs down a touch. I of course talk to her/them on a regular basis which has some scientific backing somewhere showing benefit for both of us.

Smells amazing, looks amazing just a beauty of a plant tbh...drinking loads but I'm just sticking to ppm for now with slightly increasing bloom boost every feed

Well, it looks as if one of the 3 plants is a male. I live in denial for one more day and then I toss it. Not sure which plant it is, as I painted over the strain names when I painted the cups grey. Smooth. So I will find out soon. Otherwise, good weather and some good growth. Roots are balled up at the bottom of the dutch bucket reservoir, Im sure, because I let the drip go dry for a day or two and the plants were droopin (coco)

Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I don't think I will use topping again on the lady because I should slowly blossom with a few other women :-) think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days for Flowering 👍. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). And so week 6 since the 12/12 flip begins. The leaves look a little rough on two of the three plants. I suspect a combination of old nutrient burn (flushed since then) and then a deficiency on one plant. Hoping that my latest nutrient mix takes care of everything. I don’t expect the leaves to improve. Two more weeks of feeding heavily and then I will start to taper my nutrients for the finish at week 10 (hopefully). Sunday: while filling the reservoir, I observed some very small bugs swimming in my reservoir water. Look like Springtails. Completely flushed and treated all equipment with bleach water and added new nutrient solution. Sprayed plants with Captain Jacks Deadbug to be safe. Hopefully this will knock out the potential infestation.

She grew fairly tall to 30" with wide node spacing allowing for excellent light penetration making her a growers dream, low maintenance, extremely tolerant of temperatures and disease/pests ) and a healthy yield of some epic GASSY buds glistening with trichomes... What more could you ask for? 😍💖 All in all, this strain has made it's way onto my 'list' and you'll be seeing it run again by me for sure as she's a hard one to stay away from! Hello Diary, The first week of flowering is behind me and as you can see in the photos, the Medusas are developing very quickly. The flowers have formed and now the flowering begins. Trichomes appeared around the flowers on the leaves, which is a great sign for this stage of the plant. What you can see is that the plants differ slightly in structure, one is taller with fewer leaves and a more sprawling structure, while the other is more of a bush shape with lots of leaves. In the description of this strain, they should be equal in structure, which is not the case, at least for me. I removed the humidifier so that the humidity in the air dropped to about 50% and the temperature rose to about 24 degrees. Watering has become a little more frequent, which is to be expected given the size of the plants. Here's what it looked like last week. 18/02/2023 - Day 25. Watering. I prepared 5 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and watered both plants with that amount. 21/02/2023 - Day 28. Photographing and height measurement.
