I experimented with this as it was a free seed and I wanted to see what would happen if I removed any additional nodes and just kept focus on the man node/ cola. She weighed in a solid ounce dry maybe less give or take a few days of curing/ drying. Smoked really nice and packed a punch which kinda made me regret using this beautiful strain in my experiment as I would have loved more from her but at the same time she taught me a lot with regards to nutrient levels and how plants react depending on which way they're trained or defoliated which has really helped me with future grows so for that I will certainly be running this strain again! 2025 Plagron / Zamnesia Eternity Grow Runtz Auto Week 11 Flower 7 Runtz Automatic is in her last week; March 17 had her wet trim and was put in the dark for 2 days before getting the chop on March 20. Runtz fade and nutrient usage apparent in the leaves combined with a check of her trichomes were an indication of readiness. The older pistils are turning orange brown and water consumption is slowing down. Many leaves were fully yellow and fell off when I touched them. Her leaves look pretty with lime greens, pinky purples in the bud formation. The buds are dense and covered in trichomes supported nicely with her stems. Through the microscope, the trichomes are mostly milky with some amber as well. She was harvested on day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. She will hang to dry in a darkened room. Temps are 71-72and 50% humidity. This week the gals were fed on March 17 & 19. Pics were taken on the 17th. She looks absolutely gorgeous, her flowers are all covered in trichomes, very stinky and strong aroma, one thing I'm starting to notice more and more is that is starting to develop purple flowers, such a wonderful strain to grow,let's see how she performs. Grown 100% organically and naturally.

Very easy plant to harvest, didn't have too much leaves, so very easy to take out fan leaves and prepare to dry.

Had an issue this week with a fsn getting unplugged and the tent was extremely hot for several hours. Some of the top buds even got cooked. I took off thendesd material at the top and I'm hoping for a speedy recovery.

I have been checking them every other day now and this is the week they'll be 'going dark' before I chop and hang them to dry. 12/5- I'm continuing to flush all three with 2g of straight well water with NPK Yucca Extract added, which I then ph to 6.5 @ 68℉, twice daily for a total of 4g each day. The two purple pheno's are just breathtaking in looks and their aroma's! The #2 plant is a beautiful cultivar as well, just not purple, with several huge cola's having formed due to her being topped! 12/7- Today at 'lights out' I placed all three Tropicana Cookies in the dark for 72hrs. I moved them to a dedicated room that is totally dark and which I can keep control of the temperature, humidity and air circulation (same room I use for drying). For the 72hr dark period I keep the temp's between 60-65℉ at a RH of 40-45% with decent air circulation. 12/11- Today, all three of the FastBuds Tropicana Cookies were released from 'Dark Jail'. I actually let them go an additional day, for a total of 96hrs in the dark, and from the looks of them it didn't hurt them one bit! All three look absolutely fantastic and the aroma coming off of them is just incredible! 🤪🔥 Every plant is heavily frosted up and all have tightly stacked, dense flowers. After chopping, I'm going to hang each of them whole to try to extend their drying time as much as possible. My dedicated 'Drying Room' has no outside light and is maintained at 58-60℉ with a RH of 50-60%. I use a de-humidifier, humidifier and two fans in the room. One fan is for air circulation, the other brings in cold outside air and the humidifier/de-humidifier handle the RH. I'm shooting for a 10-12 day dry, but that can always change because we all know 'shit happens'! 😁 My next diary entry will be after these fine ladies are done drying, get trimmed up, weighed and jarred. The stretch was in full swing this week 🌸 Both plants showed strong vertical growth, with the flowering transition now clearly underway. • Height approx. ~90 cm • Strong vertical expansion • Stretch phase fully active Light intensity was increased to ~850 PPFD ☀️ and the fixture had to be raised slightly as the plants continued growing closer to the light. Clear phenotypic differences became more pronounced: • Pheno #2 stretched significantly and developed very large fan leaves. Its structure is compact, with side branches growing close to the main stem, creating a dense canopy. To improve light penetration, around 4–6 large fan leaves were removed ✂️ • Pheno #1 continues to grow more evenly, with side branches spreading outward and staying closer in height to the main top. Leaf posture also differs between the phenotypes: • Pheno #2 shows strong praying, especially in the upper canopy ☀️ • Pheno #1 shows more moderate praying Water demand increased during the stretch phase: • ~4L per watering until runoff 💧 Feeding this week: • 1x Orgatrex • 1x Greenhouse Bio Enhancer • Otherwise water + BioBizz CalMag Environment remained stable: • ~25°C temperature • ~55% RH 🌡️ White pistils are now clearly visible across the plant, especially on Pheno #2, confirming the transition into early flower. Overall this week showed strong stretch, increasing flower formation, and very clear phenotypic differences between the two plants ?🔥

Looks like a promising sturdy but surprisingly tall plant. I thought BK was supposed to stay on the shorter side. Regardless I'll enjoy watching her grow & hopefully she'll reward me with beautiful flower. The BK flower I previously had was my go-to night time if I had a migraine strain - worked every single time. I hope this one is the same.

I think im at the end of the stretch now. Lets see these ladies do their thing! 25 percent increase on bloom nutes and increased the cal mag and floralicious this week. Removed floragrow. I hope to see some serious flower development this week.

We have a runner. She's growing to the sun 🌞 can't wait to get her outside. The male I grew was extremely tall I'm going to keep her short and bushy, hopefully. One of my favorite daytime strains for an uplifting mood that I've had so far.

EDIT: I've added some pics and video of my negative pressure setup to ensure no smells in my little 8x8 office! In fact, this room has the freshest smelling air in the house because it's constantly filtered XD This is what hospitals do when they quarantine people -- they put you in a negative flow room so any drafts you feel under the door, from the ceiling and windows, microscopic holes in the room, etc are going INTO the room, and exhaust is controlled through some decontamination method (I'm unfamiliar with that part of it). This week was a huge struggle with the clones. Self-inflicted. I was going to keep them in the buckets for a while, but when I watered them mid-diary-week pot A was not draining even though it has some decent drain holes and rocks on the bottom. I tried digging out the sides down to the bottom to try to open it up, I tried mashing on the sides and bottom of the pot to break stuff up... But it just would not stop being a pool of standing water :( So, I had to do an emergency transplant into the new perlite hempy bucket. Now other than a washed out soil/root plug about the size of my fist, I'm hydro in 100% perlite. (Manual Hydro though, I am the pump! :P) Been giving it MaxiGro since, and I think it actually really loves being in the perlite :O After having such success with the transplant for A, I decided to transplant B right after just because. But, I didn't cut one of the LST strings all the way :facepalm: When I went to lift it out I didn't get very far at all and the main stem snapped off, leaving only one fan leaf and some tiny growth! I figured since it has a healthy root system, it'd eventually recover / stabilize. So I did one of those "whistle while sweeping it under the rug" things, and just put it back the way it was. I've noticed a bit of growth today on official end of week clone servicing day, so I went ahead and transplanted B into a hydro bucket too! Gave it 2-7-7 cactus food and a splash of CaliMagic, the higher P and K of the cactus food should help it recover faster (or so I've read). We'll see how this goes moving forward. Even if it's a flop, it'll at least be a learning experience. I've moved plenty of plants from pot to pot, but never from grow medium to grow medium -- which is actually quite stressful and dangerous to the plant if you don't do it perfectly with all the precautions in place (like using gloves so you don't touch the roots!) I'm excited at the prospect of not having to screw around with soil any more. I can just rinse and sterilize (will use steam most likely) the perlite and it's good to go for the next grow! A shout out to someone I met on here that has been patiently answering all my questions regarding the hempy buckets, perlite, hydro nutrients, etc. I don't want to reference them by name because I don't want to risk causing them to receive a flood of questions from a bunch of random people.
