🌸 Week 3 Flower – Growing Strong, Tall, and Vibrant! 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! It’s already Week 3 in flower, and I’m thrilled to bring you this update because these plants are doing phenomenally well! Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. On day 1 I transplanted 2 BB clones into 3 gal smart pots with coco coir. I watered them in with veg formula and set up my blumat watering system with week 1 flower nutes. I raised PPFD to 600-700. On day 2 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.4 to 6.0. The rez is 823 ppm. The tops are 16.5" from the grow light. The blumats have not started watering yet and I will monitor to ensure it goes smoothly. I have the blumats set at 1.25 carrots on left plant and 1 carrot on right plant. The average PPFD of my 16 tops is 703 PPFD. I increased temps to 85 day 81 night to get leaf surface around 80 f during day. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 782 ppm. The blumats have started watering and I will monitor closely over the next few days. On day 4 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.1. The rez is 717ppm. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is steady at 6.1. The rez is 706 ppm. The highest top is 15.25" from the light. I defoliated to bring in more air and light to deeper into the canopy. I increased the flow rate of blumat by .5 carrot on the right plant as it was a little to dry for my liking. The Clones are preforming well. On day 6 the reservoir PH is going down so I adjusted up from 6.0 to 6.2. The rez is 730 ppm. The highest cola is 14.75" from the light. The left plant had a runaway so I reduced blumat by 1 carrot. I increased flow of blumat on right plant by .5 carrot as it is still drier than I would like. On day 7 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.0. The highest cola is 14.25". I reset rez with nutes.

Well the harvest was good still the best fricking smoke ever! So much crystals and so much keif and hasch from the leaves. Will grow it again soon! The 2 in soil are nothing like this in terms of colour. All coated in frost but this looks completely different. Had to lay low on the nutrients as I've run out of big fruits and bloom. The end of last week and the beginning of this week we had very good weather (Indian summer) 😊, but the temperatures started to drop at the second half of this week with lots of rain and humidity. 😡 First signs of budrot accured and I had to install 2 ventilators to move the air. 👿👿👿 With small scissors I cut away the entire top that has bud rot 👻 Now that I have harvested the last pepper plants, I have been able to give the cannabis plants more space. This will also hopefully result in a lower humidity level. Temperatures in the greenhouse this week : min temp 11.1°C - max temp 35.9°C Heighest plant (Cookies Gelato) = 155cm Smallest plant (Liberty Haze) = 135cm

On day 1 the plants are looking good. I confirmed that my one cola was seeded, so I removed all visible seed pods. After this run I will do a deep cleaning to make sure there is no pollen in my grow box. The rest of my plant colas seem fine... I changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. I also dimmed my light to 75% to mimic spring conditions. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir down to 6.1. The plants are looking great besides a few fox tails from too much light. On day 3 the PH in the reservoir is 6.2. On day 4 I diluted my reservoir with plain water to lower the ppm down to 400 ppm, and I adjusted PH to 6.2 . The buds are ripening for sure and smell great! I haven't gotten any autumn colors yet even though I have dimmed my grow light and lowered my night time temps. I hope by 8 weeks the plants will have some more purple tones but if not I'm good with the flower quality thus far :). The breeder says 7-8 weeks so I'm hoping I am close to the finish line. I will continue to monitor the trichomes for ripeness. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.0. I harvested my seeded cola on Pheno #1 as it had stopped growing/ripening and would be a good tester ;) On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. On day 7 the PH is 6.0 50 % pistils have turned amber so I believe I have entered my harvest window and expect to flush and harvest soon:) very excited!

* All good this week, pistils coming out, smells too,humidifier brings down humidity at 45%. * A 1st defoliation-clean up, down side mainly and the next one in 7-10 days on the main canopy. * Gemma crystalize NPK every 7-10 days. * 💧 Crucial to Keep moisture in soil cause Gemma crystalize nuts are too strong, if soil drys we have to water with tap water before feeding. All the others products are in every watering. 🍼 1000ppm when feeding nuts. ☆ Photos are right after defol and lst under net.

11/10 - comenzó su cuarta semana de floracion. Su evolución fue muy notoria, de un dia para el otro se desarrolló mucho. No tuve problemas en ninguna etapa, hasta el momento se encuentra perfecta. Los cocos son muy resinosos y grandes.

Day 69 12/12 Harvest day.

The GSCs finally hit their flowering stretch and turned from little ninja stars to nice little bushes. I think my low Humidity may have stunted growth a bit - dry winters in so cal. Overall they are doing super nice, and should start stacking and stinking here any day now. I moved them under the big light in the big tent and all the plants are reaching for it like mad. This Mars 2 1600 is a beast of a light.

In the begining, I had ph issues, but got it figured out and the plant grew like a champ. Over 6 foot just out of a 7 gallon pot. She grew very vine like and very much so is a sativa phenotype. When the buds started forming, they grew very long and lanky like and the buds drooped to the ground. I had to harvest earlier than I had wanted to but I should have done it before the rain hit buy even besides the little bits of mold, I found quite a few bud worms/caterpillars while trimming. I had to throw away quite a bit due to questionable mold and bud damage. Conclusion for my first outdoor grow, all in all was good I suppose. But next year, bigger pots or put in the ground. Defend against bugs even if I can't see them. And possibly even a greenhouse, which I had planned to do this year but never got around to it due to personal problem in life.

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. Well in a very unfortunate turn of events I’ve discovered the pound cake was a hermaphrodite & somehow I think I got very lucky and the lsd-25 as well as the papaya cookies did not get pollinated. As you can see she’s speeding a long I plan to push this plant to its true potential. I’m hopping for 3-4 more weeks.
