The girls started to pre-flower on the 6th of June. They all have a slight smell when you rub the leaves. Kosher cake, Strawberry banana and the Forbidden runtz have a sweet smell to them. The Forbidden runtz reminds me of the smell of skywalker OG which is totally LUSH..!! The blackberry has more of an deep earthy smell with a slight bit of fruitiness. Super excited for the next few weeks with these ladies. Happy toking my peeps 😁

The weathers been pretty good this week and it's been really dry though so I had to water pretty heavy a few days. I'm glad I put that nut up. It's really catching a lot of filth. One of the roofs came on down, had to readjust it, so that was fun. I got a new measurement this week. She seems to have even down on height.. Ever since I put the canopy up it kind of LST'd did outwards when I was setting it up it rested on top a few times but it kind of worked out.

My first grow has been a great learning experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. DAY 42 F: Another roasting week in the grow room. Temps have been hitting 37°c still and keeping them watered has been a battle. The water has been taken up instantly and they had built up a little too much nute in the soil. We have a major yellowing of 2 of the middle row plants ( mango x mimosa fast bud cream cookie) They are still building buds but you can see the effort is taking them without the green for photosynthesis. Hopefully they will be fixable over the coming days. The Banana mash are doing well and even with the heat issues , still bud building. They have shaggy looking buds at present but I am confident they will become more solid soon and swell more. They have a pungent banana hit now and they are so tacky to touch too. The mutant #4 has really spread put at the back of the middle row and is producing some nice looking buds too. Purple Monkey continue to make me drool when I handle them and the buds up close look so edible. With their sweet candy smell and pinky/reds , i cant wai to try these out. They are just pushing their second pistil flush so should swell nicely over the next week or so. The heat has not bothered these at all it seems and keeping them nice and areated to avoid mould being able to form has been this weeks task. All fed and watered for the day now . The smaller one is less droopy now. 9/21: Tucked a few leaves and took some photos and a video. Looking good. Just a couple more days of 24/0... 9/22: Switched out the 560w of 5000k CCT lighting for 720w of 3000k CCT lighting and set the timer for 12/12. Decided against 13/11 with emerson effect...trying to save a few bucks on electricity. I'm keeping the lights at 30" from the tops for a day or two. 9/23: The girls loved their first night of sleep...so perky!

Day 85. First Diesel down. This was the most Colourfull plant in all year, sad that it was triggered by light shock, still she was always praying, drinking water fast and loved life. Smells so fruity and fresh. Day 86. Other run pushes me to chop them earlier, but taste qualities i will get anyway, so Last to Chop is choped ;)

This outside AK Auto is doing extremely well in the eastern Canada climate gotten a little rain but lots of hight heat and humidity. Very healthy girl no stress

There is little time left to go to flowering, so I no longer stress the girls. I am giving new nutrients to prepare them for flowering

Day 42 Flowering: Hi all. Here we are past the halfway point and close to seeing some finished Fast Buds nugs. They have been starting to brown off the 1st pistols on most of the colas but the Six Shooter both look like they will be finished 1st. With the different growing styles used on them leading to different structures, it will be interesting to see which yields the most. The #2 has lots of nice forming shaggy looking tops and the #1 has more natural long colas. The Mexican airline are similar to each other but # 1 is less advanced into flower I think. They have browning pistils but the # 2 is way chunkier and.developed . What can I sat about rhe Strawberry pie that the video doesn't show ?. Wow this strain is a nice grower. The buds are nice and large with a fresh appeal to them even as they ripen. They are a 9 week (63 days) flowering strain so with so long to keep fattening and developing , I can only imagine their bounty of colas to come very soon. Well done fast buds The fc3000 is doing a brilliant job and hasn't skipped a beat so far. The canopy has been so uneven and hard to please the needs usually but this has not held anything back now. The penetration is excellent and has helped develop some amazing buds not in direct light too. Roll on harvesting these amazing plants. Be safe and well growmies

Some leafs are turning yellow which is a signal that the root flushing has worked. I've tried to see the trycomes with s magnifying glass but I don't see any turning ambar yet, the opposite with the pistils, most of them are already brown. At this point I don't know if I should harvest now or wait one more week.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows.
