Another great week. No issues. She's getting thiccck lol. Buds are getting nice and dense. I added a fan for some more airflow so these dense bugs don't go bad on me.

Thought i could change last week to "Harvest" this works too lol....this plant is not a super heavy hitter and despite being an indica dom its actually a pretty good daytime smoke, I've been smoking a little with coffee the last few mornings without it zapping my motivation..would we grow again?..meh..maybe...the weights as usual are approximate..my hubby "eyeballed" half of what was dry and passed it on to family..the remainder of the dry stuff weighed 45 grams.. this is only to last until our next harvest in 2 weeks..thanks for reading and happy growing everyone!!❤️🐱💡🌱

Day 56 (flowering day 16): My stars of the show right here. These plants are beasts. I can only imagine how they would grow outside. I managed to get #1 as she had just gone to sleep. Her wilted look is due to having enough light for the day so she has dropped off like granny after Christmas Dinner while the kids carry on .lol The structures on these are amazing. They have een slower to flower and I expect a mid Jan 2020 harvest. #1 Sleeping beauty has not missed a beat the whole grow. She continues to wring every last morsel of nutrition from her soil. Tons of bud sites and each branch is looking like a mini version of a whole plant!!. #2 has een moved to the outside for more ligjt and so I can watch her more. she has shown signs of calmag issues so I have made sure to keep that up with the mega crop too. #3 while a lot less wide , has a very thick under belly to her branching. she should support a lot of weight. These ladies will benefit from the earlier harvested strains by getting a light each it seems. let's see what 300w each can do for their lady two weeks. Merry Christmas all

WEEK 4 (DAY 22-28) The plants are growing good. They are receiving plenty of light as they share a tent with older plants. Therefore, I always try to place them in areas with less light intensity. The mainfolding has been handled quite well, and both plants are now growing two strong and evenly balanced shoots each.

It’s my second run growing San Fernando Lemon kush, I had to repeat this lemony flavor. Even though I’ve already grow this before, I’m still very excited to grow it. Strain characteristics: This strain is an amazing hybrid between two great genetics. It crosses San Fernando Valley OG Kush which is what brings that lemony zest to the garden coming from the Lemon Thai which is crossed in that mix and then that’s crossed with Kosher Kush. The aroma of this strain is pure limonene it’s quite pleasant and very intense. Hints of wood, cypress, a bit of spices and a solvent scent which combines it all and just smacks you in the nose. The plant is a Indica-Sativa hybrid but it leans to the Sativa side, she’ll stretch on you quickly. This cultivar develops lots of trichomes and has a strong presence of the limonene terpene being ideal for resin extractions, from personal experience I highly recommend making some rosin out of these lovely flowers. Very tasty stuff, I might just set aside one whole plant to press. …getting ahead of myself here, still have a long way to go before I see any buds. Variety SWS62

As I’ve already grown this strain, I know what to expect so I’m hoping things will run smoother. Last time I only topped her and did a bit of LST guiding the colas. That technique was great but she stretched much more than I was expecting which gave me problems but ultimately gave me a good yield which were 82 grams. This tent is taller so I have more space to work with, let’s hope things run smooth and I can improve the quality and yield from last grow. Dropped 4 seeds but only 3 made it. One of the three sprouted 15 days later, while the other two sprouted almost over night. Ehy ragazzi qua tutto bene spero anche a voi lo stesso, le piante di anesia sono magnifiche! Profumi di agrumi della Red pudding e dei buds duri come la roccia! Ho dovuto provvedere a legare tutti i rami con del fil di ferro per sostenere il peso crescente delle cime, purtroppo si vede che all inizio del ciclo non avevo ventilatori etc per poter addestrare i rami in modo che diventassero più solidi e stabili, ora in vece il peso volume di queste cime mi sta piegando l intera pianta! Davvero delle genetiche eccezionali! Con dei profumi davvero complessi da descrivere e non vedo l ora che continuino a maturare per poi avere un finale "di erba perfetta definitiva"! Che purtroppo ancora nn ho mai trovato in circolazione una genetica degna di questo nome... Saranno forse queste di anesia?? Staremo a vedere! Buon 420 a tutti e buon anno nuovo! 😸💪😺🔥💨😎🌱🌿🌲🧑‍🌾💗

The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. Great growth and more LST The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. Adjusting the extraction fan Auto settings The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come.

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

Destiny has given me a wonderful climate so far but from the 18th the weather will change completely, precisely in the last 10 days of flowering which fortunately is very accelerated by the anomalous heat, especially at night. Typical late summer weather here, kinda for weed. First storm is expected on Saturday, I'm ready to protect them. I've made the last rearrangement of the tent, trying to give more room to the vigorous and overflowing Pineapple Kush so I've rised the roof to 110". The plants are all carefully sprayed with thyme extract to control mites infection, it seems to work, infection is stable from 1 week. I kill manually 20/30 bedbugs a day. During nighttime, maybe a monster grasshopper, is munching some leaves, at this point I don't care, I have to defoliate anyway and these bastards don't chew buds, for now. Perfect filling, very frosty, enormous main bus is forming and a dozen of big & fat lateral colas are ripening. Pine resin/wet earth scent. Expected harvest time September 4th week but she's ripening fastly so maybe she can gnaw her sister Gorilla a few days. 03/01 - Day 57 All the girls have their pistils changing colors, buds growing by the day, (B) has has very sweet aromas coming out, & (C) is more earthy and peppery. Still losing some fan leaves here and there on (A) & (D) from the Cal/Mag & Phosphorus defiance but nothing like 2 weeks ago. 03/05 - Day 61 Enjoying the process and maintaining the environment. Buds on (B), (C), & (D) are starting to get heavy. Maybe some foxtails starting on (C)??
